Let's really CRUSH this full body strength and conditioning workout together! I LOVED THIS WORKOUT! I used between 15-50 pound dumbbells so grab medium to heavy dumbbells that challenge you and grab some water so we can crush this workout together! We will work for 3 rounds of 40 seconds per exercise!

I’m redoing this whole series again two years after the first time when I first started with Sydney. I did something today I’ve been pushing myself to get to. I used my 20 pound weights for almost all of the moves! When I first got these 20s a couple months ago, they seemed so far beyond what my body could do. Well ladies, I did it today! Stick with Sydney! I never quit or gave up. Sounds corny, but you can do it! 😆💕

I forgot how absolutely great this workout is. I had it saved it but forgot about it for a while! Fantastic workout and only really works shoulders and back as far as upper body goes. Really great for the day after an upper body if you don't want too much arm action. Love it so much.

Been doing your no equipment workouts for a few months now. This is the first week that I started doing your strength workouts because I couldn't find adjustable dumbbells for a reasonable price until now. I loved the strength workouts even more than the cardio ones! Feel like myself... except stronger! This was a great workout!
I’ve been slacking big time on my workouts. While I got A LOT of steps in volunteering for my dear friend running for school board this past Saturday, I hadn’t worked out- worked out since last Tuesday 😬, I have no excuses except I allowed the frustrations of work and life convince me to “rest” instead of workout. Today’s workout felt great. I need to seriously invest in heavier weights and get back to working out more consistently... since my little trip to the ER, I’ve been slacking on making sure I workout at least 5 days a week...this working out only every few days or letting a week go in between working out stops now...I always feel great after and I need to remind myself that I’m deserving of 30-60 mins of strengthening and conditioning my body. #onedayatatime #embracingtheprocess #istillgotitibetternotloseit
I did this workout after more than 1 week break from workouts, I thought the break would affect my power and actually I had no energy before starting it, but I did it and I feel proud that I could still do those core exercises pretty much like before.
Saturday has always been and always will be my rest day. I did the upper body and cardio workout yesterday but I'm ready to crush this workout right now!
I feel off of this in june..cant believe it's been 71 days ...I feel so bad about myself not keeping it up. I had a bad incident happen with me and it just made me depressed all last month and gained 10lbs, I'm finally getting back to normal and cant wait to start over from day one so I can be proud of myself for completing this entire program you have dedicated for us. Happy Monday! I pushed 20’s for most of the shoulder press moves! I had to use the first round with 15’s to ensure I had proper form but then I moved out of my comfort zone and just went for it! Thank you, Sydney and Dustin! Happy Day, Squad!
This workout is awesome! Not a dry spot on me! I feel stronger in everything I do because of Coach SC. My swim training is stronger. My energy for my Toddler is stronger. My cycling is stronger. My overall energy level is much stronger. The heaviest set of dumbbells I have are 15s but I give it my all and focus on intensity and technique. 100%
I am strong and sweaty to start week two of our August workouts. I’ve been working on trying to find heavier weights and glute resistance bands. I was proud of myself for being able to do the hollow man move for the entire time for the three times in that circuit. I’m going to work on my hydration today to get back on track from the weekend. I did yesterday’s stretch to help with tension from reading my continuing education as part of my job. I hope everyone had a good weekend and has a good day.

I'm someone who likes to mix it up and do fun things like Samba, Ballet, Kickboxing, etc. as workout. However, Sydney is the only person who can make me do a traditional gym-style workout with weights and reps and all, and I actually enjoy them. Thank you, Sydney!

Crushed this workout but I need heavier weights and can’t find them anywhere. I’m doing the snatches with 20 lb and I need to go up, my husband has heavier weights but they are tooooo heavy for me. I just tried to do more reps, I guess that’s all I can do for now. Happy Monday.

Over the past 6 months I've been losing weight, eating better, and getting in better shape. In the process though, I've experienced plateaus where I'm working hard but seem to see little to no change. Your message today, Sydney, resonated with me. Great workout Sydney. Heart rate was up higher towards the beginning and towards the end the focus was more on lifting heavy. A good mix of core and cardio. Great total body workout.

This wo was amazing!! 💪💪 I'm so strong after this summer! I did those crunch-holds without dropping and I'm doing pushups on my toes. I've always struggled with my upper body strength and have had physical therapy because my back and shoulders were to weak. Now five years later I went up 2 kg in bicepcurls in less than a year. Before I was stuck on 4 kg for so long. I'm stronger than I ever thought I could be in my upper body and I'm beyond proud! You should be proud too for your progress. We're getting stronger everyday! Just keep going! ❤❤💪

I crushed it! I have used 5, 8 and 10# dumbbells and have 20# bells I almost never use. 10# was feeling too easy so I jumped up to 20..and crushed it! Time to fill in by getting some 12 and 15#ers. Thanks Sydney! Those leggings are my fave so far! I need to find those!
