I’m proud of myself! Today is a big day for me. I’m taking an exam to become a board certified family medicine physician! Four years of college, four years of medical school, and three years of residency (almost done!) are culminating in this exam. I needed this workout for stress relief and to go into my test feeling strong and powerful 💪🏻

I haven't worked out since Wednesday's 50 min legs. I had a stomach bug Wednesday/Thursday and my second vaccine Friday. My body has been so weak all weekend but I told myself I had to do this. I took it easy, used modifications and light weights and I made it through. Excited to build back up through the week and get back to feeling strong!

Yes it definitely felt like a Monday today! I felt like I had 10 pound weights attached to my body! I modified tho, and finished! And so did you! We "stopped to breathe but didn't leave" just sydney tells us!!!

Hello Monday! Freaking awesome way to kick off the week. Sydney turned the dial from last week and all I have to say is holy sweat balls 🥵 I was running out of gas with about 16 minutes left. But I had set my intentions at the start of the workout and there was no coasting to finish off the workout 👊❤✌ I finished feeling like a BA who can take on anything. That's how you start a Monday 👊 Push hard! Dig deep! Grit!

RANT AHEAD: wow! that was the shittiest i’ve ever felt during a workout in my entire life i think ... and that’s say something!! 😅 my nose started to bleed and my eczema was flaring up and i even started to cry. i’ve been working out extremely consistently for a year now with Sydney and i’m just so frustrated as to why it hasn’t gotten easier. i’m okay with myself because even tho i had to stop many times, i finished it in the end, i just wish i could be better and do better. any tips out there? i love this community so much and i’m so proud of everybody, and i want to be proud of myself too.
