Today is a strength and conditioning workout so be ready to turn up the intensity! We will perform supersets of a strength move and a cardio move performing the 45 second strength move and the cardio move for 30 seconds for 3 rounds of each. I used my 10, 15, 20, and 25 pound dumbbells so grab some weights that are appropriate for something like a renegade row and something as heavy as a squat and press. GO CRUSH IT!

I’m proud of myself! Today is a big day for me. I’m taking an exam to become a board certified family medicine physician! Four years of college, four years of medical school, and three years of residency (almost done!) are culminating in this exam. I needed this workout for stress relief and to go into my test feeling strong and powerful 💪🏻

I resolve to give every workout my very best, and remember that I am an athlete who can do hard things every day!

I nearly gave up half way through today, was really struggling but I decided to just go slower and do some modifications and carry on. I know I didn’t work as hard as I normally would but I didn’t give up so am proud of that.

Hello Monday! Freaking awesome way to kick off the week. Sydney turned the dial from last week and all I have to say is holy sweat balls 🥵 I was running out of gas with about 16 minutes left. But I had set my intentions at the start of the workout and there was no coasting to finish off the workout 👊❤✌ I finished feeling like a BA who can take on anything. That's how you start a Monday 👊 Push hard! Dig deep! Grit!
Super proud of myself. Aug 2024. Still sweat in the eyeballs lol. That renegade/pushup almost wiped me out but took it one movement at a time. Loved it crushed it! 👍🏋️♀️💪🔥🥵💦😁💜🦸♀️

I had this mental limitation on only doing 30 minute workouts but this is the second one that was longer I have done and I (mostly) kept up. I am proud of myself!
My six year old always asks to wait to close out the video until we've seen Sydney dance at the end - it's her highlight :-) - been doing these since COVID hit and am so thankful for these workouts!

Wow what a way to start the week! I don’t work out alone. When I start the video my very large great Dane here’s the music from the bedroom upstairs and comes running to join me. She has her own workout mat right beside me!.
I haven't worked out since Wednesday's 50 min legs. I had a stomach bug Wednesday/Thursday and my second vaccine Friday. My body has been so weak all weekend but I told myself I had to do this. I took it easy, used modifications and light weights and I made it through. Excited to build back up through the week and get back to feeling strong!
Crushed it! Sydney, you're explaining how to correctly perform the workouts and you take the time for it. It truly makes a difference!

If anyone is curious, my arm was super sore. Burpees, pushups, and overhead moves were a definite no-go. BUT the modifications were fantastic and I still got a great workout! Don't be afraid to modify!
