    Today is a cardio and abs workout so be ready to turn up the intensity! We will perform 2 exercises in a 3 minute circuit in a ladder style. This means that you will complete two reps of both exercises, then 3, then 4, then 5, etc.until the 3 minutes for those two exercises is up. Keep adding one rep to each exercise and push through the challenges today! I used my 5 and 8 pound dumbbells so grab some weights that are appropriate for some ab work for you. GO CRUSH IT!
    1. Plank Crunch and Mountain Climbers
    2. Squat tap downs and Standing Crunches
    3. Lateral Slide touch downs and standing twists
    4. Plank Jacks and Plank Hip taps
    5. Jackknives and Burpee Hop Ups
    6. Press Jacks and Seated Toe Touches
    7. High Knee Clap Under and Seated Tuck
    8. Sprint and single arm plank

      I did the workout this morning. But love is a strong word. I find it a struggle to work on form and keep count at the same time. But I appreciate your ability to be so creative in planning the workout programs Sydney.

      It was my favourite cardio workout! I love AMRAP workouts...but have never done a cardio workout as an AMRAP. Loved it so much!💪

    When Sydney says, "I'm so proud of you" I'm not sure whether I'm crying or it's just the sweat in my eyes. Sydney's encouragement helps me to step confidently into the things that challenge me, and I'm so grateful.

    Happy Ramadan to all muslims around the world and especaily who's working out here , though this is my first day fasting I didnt stop my self from crushing this 30 minutes I ve realized am stronger beyond strength 💪❤

    I try to only leave positive comments, because I’m very grateful for these workouts! This format was not for me, because of the lengthy wrist times. I tried doing as many modifications as I could, but I felt like I had to modify so much of the workout. I’m sure tomorrow I will be back loving the workout!

      Agreed. I'm not a fan of feeling like I'm flopping around like a fish, more than getting a solid workout in. I gave up after 18 minutes 😭

    Don't ever underestimate Sydney's 30 minutes workout. She is so creative in challenging our bodies. Never a dull moment. Let's go team. Let's crush it together. I am ready!
    This was a tough one but I crushed it. I was so happy to hear that winding down music at min. 27.56 which tells me that we are near the end of the workout. What a proud moment for me. Go team we can all crush it cos I just did.

    That was InSHREDable 🤣🥵!!! I didn’t know if I was gonna make it after the first circuit! What happened? I persevered. WE persevered 🙌 Today, instead of rushing to commit to the next thing, I am going to focus on growing my roots of patience and trust. I believe the next thing will be revealed in time.     I'm excited she said. This is going to be fun she said. Fast forward 30 minutes later and I'm like what the f*** was that? That my friends was one hell of a workout and I loved every minute of it, challenges and all! I am happy to be able to do these workouts and push myself beyond what I think I am capable of. That is the joy in the journey. I don't view working out as a chore or something I have to do. I see it as an opportunity to show myself I can push thru the hard along with getting the satisfaction of challenging my mind and body in ways I didn't think were possible. This workout will leave you breathless. But the sense of pride for completing the workout is immeasurable. Go hard my friends 🤟

    Sometimes when I workout, I don’t “feel it” all the time. I know that some workouts hit better than others, but my eating disorder starts to tell me that I’m not good enough and I’m fat. I have to keep reminding myself that some workouts are going to hit different than others, and it’s all part of the journey. Now I’m going to eat breakfast 🥳🥳🥳

    I tried really hard with this one but just didn't feel like I was getting anywhere with it. The transition did make me woozy. I still got a sweat on though. Off to stretch!

      I struggled with the transitions, too! If you are Syd it's no sweat (pun intended), but I have bad hips and don't want to pull a muscle regardless. I did it and amped it up when I could, but I prefer her other 30 minute workouts much more for that reason.

      I have orthostatic hypotension. The position changes do me in. I cannot transition fast or I will pass out. 😖 same way I cannot cool down right away by dropping my head down. I have to stay standing or I legit will pass out

    Never doubt your ability to do your best I am sick i got the flu from hubby and the kids I went to work came home and felt like I can workout so I did and holy smoke I feel amazing🎉 this program will forever be my favorite.🎉

    I actually think that the mountain climbers during the first circuit were harder than the burpees later on,,,,,, what??? This was a mental challenge as well as a physical one. Thank you Sydney. Crushed it!

    I've been going hard on all her other workouts, but I just couldn't bring 100% to this one. More like 65%. Still showed up. Still proud. Will show up better next time.

    First workout back from a month of healing and recovery from a UC flare. Through a lot of rest and prayer, I am pleased to say Sydney is back to kicking my butt. God is good!

    This was an extremely challenging one for me, I personally find longer work periods super difficult to push through. I also have issues with my lower back popping whenever I do core work so today was definitely a hard one. However, I gave it my best and tried to make modifications to suit my needs. Whenever it gets tough I kept reminding myself that any workout is better than no workout!

    This was a challenge! I find workouts with longer than 1 minute work periods to be challenging because I find it hard to maintain my focus. But I dialled it in and crushed it this time 💪🏼 getting better every day.

    Today I did not love the workout but I crushed it. Tried my best doing what Sydney tells us to do. Get out of our comfortable zone and accept changes in our life. Thank you Sydney

    I wasn’t feeling this one. Didn’t like the constant flipping and switching around. Found myself stopping towards the last 10 minutes and opted to just jump rope instead. I also needed to pause after the first set and stretch my hips because they were popping. Didn’t really ease into it today.

    I couldn't work out in the morning like I usually do so I had to face this workout after a long day at work. I almost skipped it--but instead decided to just give it a try (figuring I wouldn't regret trying). I stuck with it and was so grateful for your positivity throughout!     I knew this was gonna be a challenging on when MY ABS STARTED TO BURN 30 secs In. I was actually shocked. I definitely took her advice of “breath don’t leave” and CRUSHED IT. DAY 9 lets get it 🔥🔥🔥🔥

    Gearing up to doing this workout. So happy working out with everyone.
    Finished the workout. 30 minutes is absolutely no joke and today I really tried my best not to modify. I was literally panting from the time it started. At the end the sense of accomplishment was there. Finished it off with a 20 minute Sydney's full body stretch.

    I am proud of myself. I got my second vaccine yesterday and I have been out of one of the meds for my MS that makes me sick if i dont have it for over a week and I still showed up. Pushing myself to be healthier everyday. I did light impact and modifications but I still showed up and did it.

    This was amazing and just what I needed today!What you said at the end about looking back at where I started - this type of workout would have crushed my should a year ago but today I fully embraced the discomfort and the challenge - and my shoulders were shaking from the first set to the last and I loved it!

    Good morning, Sydney Squad! I’m proud of myself for doing jackknives with two legs for the first time today. The next thing that I’m going to work on after the regular tax season is over is my certification exam for Senior Tax Specialtist. I will be taking the test for the fourth time and I’m determined to pass it this time. Also, I’ll be working on my continuing education for the next tax season during my break. I hope everyone has a good day and I’ll see you tomorrow.

    Cardio + abs have traditionally not been a favorite combo of mine BUT this workout just may have changed my mind! I loved this style of workout and will certainly come back to it in the future!

    I had to stop halfway through and give myself a pep talk because it was not looking good. But I told myself my end would be better than my beginning and I could do this. And it was true. I pushed harder and I finished. Crushed it!

    I have no idea why anyone would dislike your workouts. I used to like Relentless Jake, Shelly Dose, Millionaire Hoy, WELL I guess they went Hollywood, and needed a PatreonPage. Well you don't ask for that....like a beggar. The levels you are taking us...I dig, because I'm 58 and want to be fit and have a strong core going into my PRIME TIME years. I am around Nursing Home facilities enough to see the devastating effects of losing core, balance, and posture. Although it happens to all of us at differing levels, I'll chose your workouts everyday. Love and Peace to You. THANK YOU, I LOVE YOU!

    Thank you! This is the first day of Ramadhan and I'm adjusting to my workout pattern, this is a perfect workout! Also, I can't thank you Sydney enough for helping me to define my muscle especially my arms and abs in last BURN program. Never thought I could grow my muscle and getting stronger like this! ❤❤ ❤

    I have very bad joints and at the beginning of my fitness journey I had to skip a lot of moves because I wasn't comfortable doing them. After 8 months, my mobility and endurance increased a lot and now I can do a lot more things than I was able to do before. Don't stop challanging yourself, you can do it (whatever that is)!!!

    I didn’t love doing this.. it was hard BUT I DID IT AND AT THE END I WAS SO HAPPY I HAD DONE IT AND FELT GREAT!!! I’m very sweaty and now feel very alive!! X

    This was my first workout after pulling a hamstring a few weeks ago doing kettlebell swings. I had to take it a little slow but I did everything and got a great workout. It's good to be back! And to make it even better, I wore my new silver Nikes I ordered after the workout where Sydney told us to do something that makes us happy. I felt like Flash Gordon!
