Today is a full body workout so be ready to turn up the intensity! We will perform strength moves for your legs, arms, abs, and total body for 3 rounds of 40 seconds of work and 20 second rest. I used my 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, and 50 pound dumbbells so grab some weights that are appropriate for something as heavy as a goblet squat and something as light as a plank open up for yourself. GO CRUSH IT!
Exercises:
1. Goblet Squat
2. Single Leg Squat Step out
3. Heel Lifted Squats
4. Curl and Press
5. Alternating Hang Snatch
6. Full Snatch with 2 push presses
7. Right side plank
8. Left Side Plank
9. Plank Open up and crunch down
10. Single arm Clean and Reverse Lunge
11. Plank Rows with Optional deadlift

Day 11 balance workouts fine. Sweat is just pouring like crazy. This was as challenging as it was 3 years ago. Ready for the day. Friends you all can do it. Great job everyone!!!

It boggles my mind that Sydney can have a calm and in-depth conversation about shoulder stabilization and mobility during a weighted side plank while my mind is screaming, "AAAAH! MAKE IT STOP!!!" Also yay the dancing is back! WOO HOO!

I remember being here doing these workouts 3 years ago. I restarted my fitness and wellness journey September 2020. I remember how I felt after completing my first Summer Time Fine program. I have never left this channel since. Sydney is a power house and she has helped transform me more ways than I can describe. I will be turning 37 at the end of this month and I really can not believe how far I/we have come

I don't know why, but I have tears in my eyes. No I am not new to Sydney. I have workout out with her everyday for a year. Maybe because this program was the start of a change for me.

This is the first time I have actually looked forward to workout- especially for such a challenging program. Not going to lie, thought I was going to die on those weighted side planks. To all of you who are 60 or over- trust me, you can do it🤗

B A L A N C E 2024! That was great:) Absolutely loved it. I had to do this with the air conditioner on and I am sweating more than some workouts I do with it off. Yes!! Good vibes. Good workout. Let's go! Each workout always makes me excited for the next.
I am kinda scared to say this but I will... I think this workout is my favorite so far. I really didn't want to get up this morning. But I am so happy that I did. It was great and I was able to increase some of my weight limits by combining my two 15lb weights to make 30lbs for some of the moves mostly Goblet squats!! Have a great week everyone!

I have been working out in different groups for 9 years six days a week. I lost 50 lbs and then plateaued 4 years ago. I desperately wanted to loose 10 more pounds. I have been doing Sydney's workouts for 3 months everyday and I just found out I lost 14 lbs! Thank you for keeping the workouts different, challenging, fluid, and obviously effective. They are making me stronger and help me reach a goal I thought would never be possible!

Finished this workout just now with strong and stronger motto and the fact that my trainer is proud of me. Did yesterday's stretch to relax and cool down.
I can feel the momentum growing this month and I know we are all getting stronger. And Dancing Sydney is back! This is a great start to the week.
I may say this a lot but this has to be one of favorites! I feel so strong after completing this workout. 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾I love how she continues to push us everyday!

YES! Day 8 done! Whose squats with the feet on the dumbbells got me shaking badly. Now i need heavier weights. Its really nice. Someone else got a huge smile on their face when she danced at the end :-)

Second time doing this workout and it’s sooo good. Didn’t think I’d get through all the snatched but did and increased my weight!!
We completed it! Had to modify some workouts because of some injuries but no excuses! We wanted to move!
This workout made me feel so STRONG! It is my third program with you and I got to experience yet another moment of realizing "I need a heavier weight." It feels amazing! And being able to do that last move? It is the greatest feeling. Thank you so much Sydney. See you tomorrow
