I LOVE these 60 minute workouts 🥰!! It’s crazy how we have so much strength within us in the moments that we feel like it’s too much or we want to give up. I bumped up from 40 lbs. to 60 lbs. in the last round of glute bridges despite initially feeling like I didn’t have anything left. You’re SO STRONG. Let’s keep crushing Summertime Fine 3.0, team ❤️!! Good morning, Sydney Squad! I crushed this workout on Father’s Day and I’m caught up on the workouts. I dedicated this workout to my father and grandfathers in Heaven who are watching over me. I’m happy, healthy, and strong 💪!
Ok, when Sydney said “if you’re not ready for it that’s ok” I thought when the hell did I become ready. And then I realized the shift in body strength I’ve gone through! You guys Come On! We are Truly strengthening every muscle in our bodies! Thank you Sydney! From every muscle in my body! Thank you!
Sydney is like a personal trainer for me. Sometimes I feel guilty that I have a free personal trainer😢. But that is how much Sydney loves us because she wants her channel and workouts to be easily accessible for everyone. Before taking up this Summertime Fine3.0 challenge, I incorporated her strength workouts once in a while. But after taking up this challenge (done with day 48 out of 90), I can literally feel my arm muscles, leg muscles and defined calved 😍 (lost 2.5 kg which is not much of a difference) but somehow I can see that my body has been toned and changed. This made me realise that with proper workout routine and healthy balanced meals can actually help tone my body easily 😊, who once was overweight.
Well, after 2 1/2 years of pandemic issues, I’ve decided to go back to the gym. But Sydney is my Monday through Thursday Diligent work out. I will never give up Sydney. I do enjoy the group classes that I’m doing for core cardio, Pilates and yoga on Friday Saturday Sunday. But I will never leave Sydney! Also I have noticed that I am so much more stronger than I ever have been due to my commitment to Sydney workouts! Woo hoo! 💪🏼 ❤

Today I purchased my first of two 20 pound dumbbells and put that baby to work as soon as I got home! Typically I dread the 60 minute workouts, but something about today was different. My energy was up and my mood was good, so I crushed it! My husband was home today, so I tried to get him to do the workout with me, which wasn't successful. Maybe someday! He watched instead and complemented how great I did. Biggest confidence booster since I started STF 3.0! 💪❤
Great work out. Took yesterday off all exercise as my asthma has been bad this week.As a retired physician I know how important it is to rest the body when you are unwell but also know how important exericise is for me. Sometimes it does a body good to have a day orf rest. Delighted no issues doing work out, crushed it!. Have a good weekend everyone.

Oh man, that ab burn at the end was soooooo good!! I love ending with a good burn! Had to pause with 15 minutes on the clock to soothe a cranky baby, but I jumped right back in and finished strong!
What a great Saturday! Woke up at 7 and went to the local farmer's market, then did this workout and absolutely crushed it. I feel so strong right now! Now it's time to meal prep all of the fresh goodies I just bought!

I was so depressed early in the week but I’ve kept working out and focusing on hydration and sleep - slept great last night and was really ready for today-I got the message- I even appreciate my depressed self😑Thank you!
I like the way these 60-minute workouts are organized - by the time we finish one set, I have fully used up all my strength in that body part, then we move on. It goes by quickly and I really do feel how strong I've become.

Whew! The end of each circuit left me shaking lol Both ab circuits burned and I couldn't be more pleased that I'm actually able to do proper sit ups now. I no longer feel like a turtle trying to get off her back, ha. Sometimes I question my progress but these 60 minute exercises are proving how far I've really come. Proud of myself and proud of y'all for showing up too.

Today I was about to do only the stretch but after feeling sick of feeling sorry for myself I decided to do Saturday's workout. I felt that I really needed to listen to your words. I cannot undo the past. But I am in control of what's to come. Or at least I will control what I do with it. Thank you so much Sydney.

Wow what an amazing workout!!! 60 mins on a Saturday is always like UGH but this workout was so amazing and I feel soo strong!!! Really pushed my glutes and abs and I am sure feeling it!!! A++++++++!!!!!!!
Great strength workout. Thank you Sydney for letting us know it’s okay to use lower weights as we work toward our goals. I’ve learned to be patient with my progression because of this. It’s all about continuing to move forward regardless of the pace! ❤️
Sydney, I don't know if you will ever read this or not. Starting from last year I already discovered you before the pandemic happened. Sometimes I did your workout at the gym. Then since the start of the pandemic I bought 2-5kgs of dumbbells. I always did your workout at least 3-4 times a week at home until my gym was opened again in September. Starting from yesterday my gym was closed again and I was so sad. I could already do 52.5 kgs of deadlift (about 5 kgs above my body weight) and 60 kgs of hip thrust. Now I only have a pair of 5kgs of the heaviest dumbbell in my own home, but this still felt really good to my body! YOU ROCK AND I LOVE YOU SO MUCH!!

I really hope I can get through this workout without quitting. I won’t lie, lately I’ve become pretty lazy when it comes to working out which is probably why I feel so bloated and yuck. It’s not that I haven’t been working out at all... it’s just that I’d finish half of the video & then leave without really trying hard. Hopefully today will be a game changer.
I had that recently, it's normal. I took a break 2 weeks I think. Then bounced back into it with a new found purpose. 2 mths solid now, 2 week break, 3 months solid before the break. I think it's healthy to want to take a break at times.
Thank you guys for the motivation and tips; I finished the workout (skipped the last 7 minutes though). I feel pretty good, hopefully the bloating will go down too. I fkn hate PMS.
You are not alone. I've been doing some of these and sometimes walking or running or sometimes nothing. I never used to workout every day so I'm trying to remember that and give myself a little grace. I remind myself that I would be encouraging and positive to someone else and I should be that way to myself. Some is better than none is my saying!
i was having a really awful day today and i missed this workout on saturday so i decided to throw myself at it today and i'm so glad i did. feeling so much better now than when i started.
So proud of myself for this one! This is the longest I have ever stuck with a workout program, and it's all thanks to Sydney!! Her motivation is phenomenal, and it helps me be my best self every single day! Even on the days I don't feel my best, I live for the little pep talks at the end of every workout. I also was able to do floating RDLs today for the first time ever! Thanks Sydney!!!
Powering through 2nd half of STF 3.0. I mentioned it before, I like the continuity of the RUclips workout music. It reminds me of other channels that got me into video exercise. And of course I really appreciate all of the instruction and guidance. Thank you, Sydney!
Loved loved loved this one. The last series of core exercises at 45 seconds each was tough. I am in control of my own strength and I am going to take complete ownership. My granddaughter worked out with me to give me encouragement.

This was an amazing 1 hour full body workout!!!. I crushed it and I feel so much better than I did coming into it lol. I admit I dreaded it when I seen the 1 hr but I’m so glad I did it and feel so much better!!. Loved it now time to stretch and start the day. Happy Saturday everyone ❤️❤️
good abs burn !!! Love full body strenght. I had to wake up super ealy to have time to do this before work today. I'm glad i did it but i was pretty low in energy and wasn't able to lift as much as i usually do... But like sydney said yesterday in her speach: we can't always feel like a beast.! Great word !

Another AMAZING 60 minute workout!! I absolutely loved the glute and abs burnouts at the end😍🔥🔥🍑💪🏼 I got very little sleep last night but was able to crush this workout this morning and now I feel amazing afterwards! This program has made me love lifting weights and all that it is doing for my body! I am so much stronger and happier with myself. I’ve not missed a workout since your Burn program this year and this Summertime Fine 3.0 program I am especially obsessed with! Wow what an amazing workout!!! 60 mins on a Saturday is always like UGH but this workout was so amazing and I feel soo strong!!! Really pushed my glutes and abs and I am sure feeling it!!! A++++++++!!!!!!!
Great strength workout. Thank you Sydney for letting us know it’s okay to use lower weights as we work toward our goals. I’ve learned to be patient with my progression because of this. It’s all about continuing to move forward regardless of the pace! ❤️

Sydney, I don't know if you will ever read this or not. Starting from last year I already discovered you before the pandemic happened. Sometimes I did your workout at the gym. Then since the start of the pandemic I bought 2-5kgs of dumbbells. I always did your workout at least 3-4 times a week at home until my gym was opened again in September. Starting from yesterday my gym was closed again and I was so sad. I could already do 52.5 kgs of deadlift (about 5 kgs above my body weight) and 60 kgs of hip thrust. Now I only have a pair of 5kgs of the heaviest dumbbell in my own home, but this still felt really good to my body! YOU ROCK AND I LOVE YOU SO MUCH!!

I really hope I can get through this workout without quitting. I won’t lie, lately I’ve become pretty lazy when it comes to working out which is probably why I feel so bloated and yuck. It’s not that I haven’t been working out at all... it’s just that I’d finish half of the video & then leave without really trying hard. Hopefully today will be a game changer.

I had that recently, it's normal. I took a break 2 weeks I think. Then bounced back into it with a new found purpose.
2 mths solid now, 2 week break, 3 months solid before the break. I think it's healthy to want to take a break at times.
Thank you guys for the motivation and tips; I finished the workout (skipped the last 7 minutes though). I feel pretty good, hopefully the bloating will go down too. I fkn hate PMS.
You are not alone. I've been doing some of these and sometimes walking or running or sometimes nothing. I never used to workout every day so I'm trying to remember that and give myself a little grace. I remind myself that I would be encouraging and positive to someone else and I should be that way to myself. Some is better than none is my saying!

i was having a really awful day today and i missed this workout on saturday so i decided to throw myself at it today and i'm so glad i did. feeling so much better now than when i started.

So proud of myself for this one! This is the longest I have ever stuck with a workout program, and it's all thanks to Sydney!! Her motivation is phenomenal, and it helps me be my best self every single day! Even on the days I don't feel my best, I live for the little pep talks at the end of every workout. I also was able to do floating RDLs today for the first time ever! Thanks Sydney!!!

Loved loved loved this one. The last series of core exercises at 45 seconds each was tough. I am in control of my own strength and I am going to take complete ownership. My granddaughter worked out with me to give me encouragement.
Love this 1 hour workouts the most, I liked that it was focussed strength and that you made lots of abs work! More of these format, please!

This was an amazing 1 hour full body workout!!!. I crushed it and I feel so much better than I did coming into it lol. I admit I dreaded it when I seen the 1 hr but I’m so glad I did it and feel so much better!!. Loved it now time to stretch and start the day. Happy Saturday everyone ❤️❤️

Love full body strenght. I had to wake up super ealy to have time to do this before work today. I'm glad i did it but i was pretty low in energy and wasn't able to lift as much as i usually do... But like sydney said yesterday in her speach: we can't always feel like a beast.! Great word !
This was a fabulous way to start my weekend crushing the 60 minute full body workout with my fellow Squaddies. Such an amazing experience to connect with these amazing groupies.

Another AMAZING 60 minute workout!! I absolutely loved the glute and abs burnouts at the end😍🔥🔥🍑💪🏼 I got very little sleep last night but was able to crush this workout this morning and now I feel amazing afterwards! This program has made me love lifting weights and all that it is doing for my body! I am so much stronger and happier with myself. I’ve not missed a workout since your Burn program this year and this Summertime Fine 3.0 program I am especially obsessed with! Truly can’t thank you enough for all the light, encouragement, positivity and of course free workouts that you provide to all of us! You’re a greater blessing thank you know!❤️🤗

Okay total real talk -- today was one of those days where mentally it was a struggle, and the last 45-minute reps had me feeling super impatient, but I pushed through to the best of my abilities and so glad I did!!
