    Today is a full body workout so be ready to turn up the intensity! We will work for 45 seconds at a time and we will complete 3 rounds of every exercise in straight sets so try and push yourself harder each round and focus on the single side strength! Work hard, have fun, and enjoy yourself!

    60 minutes....friends we can do this...Sydney does give enough rest in between to catch our breath so that we can push ourselves even more.
    Just crushed it. Boy it was challenging!!! Persevered And did not give up. Make myself the top most priority.

      It wasn't cardio (thankfully) that's probably why there wasn't much rest lol but yeah. That's what I tell myself.. More rest.

    I’m intimidated by all your workouts be it 60 or 30 minutes. The 30 minutes mean a shorter but fast paced torture. The 60 minutes mean a longer slow burn torture 😖. I still freak out every time I hear a blow horn 😂. But loving the workouts. They always challenge me and get my heart pumping. Thank you Dustin and Sidney. Much love from The Bahamas 💕

      Hi Mari! What dumbbells did you use? Is this lesson for men as well? I am a man and started this but it was too difficult! I used only 1 lb dumbbells but didn't even last 13 minutes into the lesson as my arms just gave up.😟 i am really amazed at just how strong and muscular all the women are here!

    Love 60 minute workouts, I used to only do 30 minutes in the morning but when I started working out with Sydney and she did some 60 minutes I started getting up with enough time to do 60 minutes every day, now if her workout is only 30-45 minutes I add to it to get in my 60 minutes. I have enough energy now to do that every day. I am strong. Thank you Sydney

    I am STRONG!
    Sweat dripping down my face, I felt the doubt creeping in during the work out. Sydney is helping me with both my physical and mental health, and that motivational speech in the end put tears in my eyes.
    I AM capable and strong. I CAN DO THIS.

    Last man standing 🤪. I was very hesitant to start this 60min workout. But then from the moment I started, I never thought of stopping. I am glad I am on the side who believes, we can do this 🦾💪🏾👊🏾

    I actually like the 60-minute workout. Of course, half the battle is just starting but at some point, you just shut off your brain and keep going. And then, when it ends, you're like, I just crushed a 1 hour workout! I've never been a good athlete, but Sydney has changed my body completely. Crushed it!

    I felt something pinch behind my elbow during the plank circuit. I tried to shake it out, but knew I couldn’t hold myself with a single arm. I was so proud of myself for listening to my body, but not giving up. Thanks to everything I’ve learned from Sydney, I knew I could easily work the same muscle group a different way. I was able to complete the 60mins, which I wasn’t looking forward to in the first place. Feeling super proud of myself right now!

    I was not feeling a 60-minute workout today, but I did push through it and crashed it. I have been working out with Sydney since March 1st, and I have noticed a change in my body. Appearance-wise and strength-wise. When I think about all the positive changes that her workouts are doing for my body, it gives me the motivation to do the workouts and crush them.

    I was so looking forward to working out with you Sydney! Unfortunately I've contracted Covid 19 and am bed ridden for a few weeks now! I'm so disappointed that I cannot follow along this program with you anymore. It was infact the first time I've been so particular and completed every single workout daily!     I dub this workout my pirate workout. There was a whole lot of swearing involved. At minute thirty I thought I was too tired to swear at Sydney, who clearly was unfazed by the fact that yesterday was leg day. But then, even though I fully expected them to be our last exercise, I found new energy in my swearing muscle as I crushed those heinous burpees!🤬💪

    I was always postponing this workout for later thinking it was going to be too hard, but I’m SO GLAD I finished it 😎 I left this workout thinking im strong and im capable to do hard things! If you’re doubting yourself about doing this workout, JUST DO IT!! You’re not going to regret this ❤️

    Just did this one for the first time in at least a year, but it still holds up so well!! The BEST 60 min full body workout!!! The pacing is great and I LOOOOVE the format with the 2 upper body, 2 lower for 3 rounds then the 3 core to separate those circuits. SO GOOD!!! I usually don't love 60 min workouts but this one flies by!

    It was so hard for me to start today! Was feeling down and the 60 min made me doubt myself. But I know for a fact that I always feel way better every time after a work out and I thought ok I'd do 30 min and leave the rest for tmr. Here I am! finished 60 min and feeling so so much happier! :) hope this helps if you are struggling to start just like I did!

    I like the 60 min workouts. I like to place myself and the variety. Just finished a 10.5 hour shift in healthcare and an hour commute home cuz of an accident and still crushed it 💞 on a Friday !

    I got up and thought there is no way I have any energy today...period due leaves me very very fatigued. BUT Sydney’s brightness, smile and her wearing my fave colour got me to start, I so wanted to finish with that second core circuit but Crushed the 60 mins and so happy!     You never cease to amaze me! Today's workout was my favorite, yet... But they just keep getting better. You have helped me become solid! STRONG! Except when you give your closing arguments, I am a weakling. Just saying stuff about my body and this life, I was brought to tears again! LOL!!! I LOVE YOU!!!

    I used to not like the 60 minute workouts but now I LOVE them!! I feel so strong! I love doing one side at a time, it really helps me focus on balance and core strength! My hamstrings and abs are sore from the last couple workouts but I definitely CRUSHED this one too! Now it is time to get out my foam roller! 😅🥵 Thank you, Sydney!!

      I have a really full work day today so the only way it was getting done was at 6 am (which is NOT my usual style) I did it though and so pleased! Did you manage it too?

    I used to be intimidated by 60 minute workouts but Sydney makes it go by so fast! Great format and challenges, I feel strong! Grateful for my body today that can do so many things. :)

    I like the idea of appreciating your body for what it does for you and not always hating on it. I enjoyed many of the exercises, but needed to get my mind right about them. I was also still very sore from yesterday’s workout. Surprisingly, I also needed more transition time between sets.

    I've been going through some stuff and I randomly cried like 5 times throughout this workout. I channeled my sadness into the exercises and actually had a good time! Exercise heals all wounds 😅

    I have to be honest, when I first saw this workout was 60 minutes, I was a slightly freaked out! BUTT, it was soooo worth every.single.minute! Thank you Sydney, for motivating me to be the best version of myself, by CRUSHING this workout, and thinking what else you got! WE GOT THIS YOU ALL!

    The last time I did a 60min I was scared and this time was no different but I found myself lasting longer throughout the reps and I was so happy about that. Thanks Sydney, Summertime Fine 3.0 has been going great so far

    Loved this workout! I was struggling on the seated arm overhead twists with the dumbbell and I didn't let my ego get in the way, took the dumbbell out, and felt good, controlled ab work. So thankful for Sydney for teaching me to modify when needed. If you're working YOUR hardest, that's all you need to do. Crushed it!

    Yes at first I was always intimated by 60 minute full body workouts since following Sydney for a few years now I crushed this today with a cold! 💪🏼🤧🥰 so I thought I’d try a little bit💪🏼 finished cool down & love my mindset thanks to you Sydney!!!!! Now perhaps I’ll rest a bit lol

    I AM STRONG! I can’t definitely tell that my strength has increased from Week 1 to week 4 of STF. With the variety and encouragement 60 minutes goes by fast. Sydney thank you for reminding us of how blessed we are to have these bodies working for us!

    60 mins!! I can honestly say I had nothing left. Everything is shaking!!! Really considered quiting a couple times but I got it done. Body is sore from yesterday. Whew!!!

    So glad I took the time to do the stretch on the calendar yesterday along with some foam rolling (my poor glutes/quads/hamstrings really needed it) because I showed up and showed out today! Woke up on time to get this in before my work day and I’ve also been making strides in my nutritional journey! Love these 60 minute workouts!! Congrats on making it to that cool down today, see you all tomorrow 💪🏾💛

    60 minutes sounds intimidating, but this workout flies by! I struggled a lot with the Mermaids, but was so proud to crush the plank open-ups. Great workout. I am strong!
