I listened to this while taking a two hour walk in Ecuador. I just wanted to say this was truly one of the best and inspiring talks. Thanks for sitting “in the mud” with me.

This truly resonated with me ~ I was just released from my job and it was very humbling. This helped me to not only to be accountable for my own actions, but also accept my role/responsibility for creating my own happiness in work and in life. Truly grateful 🙏

The bagel example is a poor example. By taking bagels ahead of your turn you are literally preventing others from getting their turn and possibly their bagel if there wasn't enough. Surely there are examples where you can "bend" the rules and not harm others (get in their way)?? After all, if you'd been faster (worked harder) you would have been further ahead in the line

I loved this video! The story about the SEALs was especially impactful. It taught me that true strength comes from within, not from external appearances. Being genuine and humble is key to real success

This video is incredibly inspiring! Simon Sinek's rule about asking for help and being vulnerable really hit home. It's a powerful reminder that we don't have to do everything alone. Thanks for sharing such profound wisdom!"

"This video is full of practical advice! The idea of practicing being the last to speak in a conversation to truly understand others is brilliant. It's a simple yet profound way to improve communication and leadership skills.

To everyone focusing on the “skipping of the line for the free bagel”, you’re proving the very point of the story. The focus is on the negative of the story and you’re having difficulties seeing anything but that. Take a moment and readjust your perspective. Listen a few more times and really grasp the point of that story. I’ve got faith in some of you 🥂

Fantastic content! The anecdote about the foam cup was a great reminder that the respect and privileges we receive are tied to our position, not our person. Staying humble and grounded is so important.
