    Today is a full body workout so be ready to turn up the intensity! We are going to spell SUMMERTIME FINE 3.0 with our exercises today and you don't need any equipment! We will work for 45 seconds at a time and we will complete 3 rounds of every exercise in straight sets so you don't have to worry about about switching exercises until you are done with all 3 rounds! Work hard, have fun, and enjoy yourself!
    Exercises:
    Squat hop over and kick
    Unilateral lunge knee drivers
    Mountain climbers x 7 and open up
    Mini hop single leg squats
    Elbow plank circles with climb up and back
    Reverse lunge and hop
    Tricep Dips
    Isometic wall sit or squat hold
    Mat agility
    Eccentric leg raise to hip raise
    Fast twitch sprint call out
    Incline bicycles
    Narrow squat with heel lift to sky
    Elevated Heel Glute bridge
    3 Squat jumps left right middle , 3 high knee kicks
    Point-pointed toe star jacks
    0pen arm lateral hops
