I needed that pep talk at the end so much. I rely so much on exercising some days to keep me going mentally, it's become one of the few things I enjoy. I get disappointed with myself when I modify in these workouts or I drop from my max that I was doing in the gym. But Sydney's little talk at the end got me, because I can do this and some days I have to modify, but I always give it my all. Thank you so much for continuing what you're doing; these workouts have been my life during quarantine and I'm going to continue them as son as the gym reopens!
Sydney, I just want to say "THANK YOU, YOU AMAZING AMAZONIAN FITNESS QUEEN!" I gained 65 lbs. with my pregnancy. After my girl was born (Sep 2019), I was in a dark place, struggling with PPA, a death in the family, and 45 lbs. heavier than I'd ever been in my life. I've always been an athlete, I played D3 college soccer, but I was too heavy to run like I used to... and you can't really run with a baby when it's too hot or cold! I started really pushing myself to workout harder in January, then found your videos around April, and along with dietary changes I got to my prepregnancy weight by July. Your knowledge base is so valuable. Please know you are coaching and touching more lives than you realize. I AM STRONG AND I CAN WEAR ALL MY CLOTHES AGAIN!!!

Your advice is easy to comprehend and focus on. I’ve always been conscious about staying fit but your technique breakdown is the game changer for me!
The best thing Sydeny said today was to show up everyday with the greatest intensity you can muster that day. Some days I feel bad for not giving my best but as Sydney said, It is important to show up everyday and do your best. your best won't be the same everyday. Great workout!

I discovered your channel after covid happened because I couldn’t go to the gym. Now almost 5 months later I’ve seen so much improvement and I’ve seen myself lift weights I never thought I could. Thank you for doing this for us Sydney‼️
I liked the format of this burnout, with the 2 heavier full ROM sets, followed by the lighter pulsing set. Burnout, oh yes! For some reason, that abs circuit KILLED me 😬, I had to modify some of the exercises, and even then it was a struggle to complete all reps in the sets. But like Sydney says, struggle is not bad, it just means you're getting stronger!
Thank you Sydney!!! All of your anatomy talk helps make sure that form is on point and we feel the muscles we're supposed to be working! That tip on the triceps was perfect today--I was able to work them and feel the burn in a way I haven't in a long time just because I was dialed in on my focus! Crushed it!

I crushed it this afternoon! Full disclosure, I was tired when I woke up this morning. I didn’t sleep well last night. However, I was able to get two 15 pound weights and glute resistance bands when I went to the grocery store today. I’m proud of myself for pushing myself to lift 15 pound weights. Love it so much I have started to do this work out 3 x a week.. Along with cross fit and some running. I had gained 8 kilos in the previous lock down.. Loved this workout. The pec fly with bicep curl was new to me but it was great. Another hard one was bear crawl. Still working on that. Sydney love these 60 minute workouts. They seem long but go very fast.
I just ended a 5 day family trip and while I ate ice cream daily with my lil kids I also completed all of my workouts... every single day!! Sydney I am so proud of myself for crushing it and sticking to my goals 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

Today was the first time since May that I haven't done a workout with Sydney first thing in the morning. I woke up ill and knew working out then wasn't an option...BUT missing a workout was also not an option! A few hours later I got it in and feel so good!
