    When you introduced the 10 second hold replacing rest, I was like, "Uh oh."

    This was so tough! You think 20 seconds is no big deal, but then you do it back to back non-stop and add in those holds in between, and it starts to burn quick! lmao
    I totally get what you mean! I always hear one of the best habits you can have for staying on track with your diet and resist those foods that aren't so healthy is to just not have that stuff around period! When it's always there sitting in arms reach, you're always going to have to resist the urge and the craving until one day you eventually down the whole thing!

    I just finished this killer workout! I'm nearing 64yrs old and i try hard to keep up with sydney. Some things are doable for me, some are really pointing out my weak areas. As you age is hard to gain strength and hold onto it. I've watched many workout videos on RUclips. Now i only watch you, Sidney. You even motivate the older generation and i like you as a person. You're inner beauty shows in what you do. Thanks, young lady, you're inspiring.

    I have been working out with Sydney almost every day for 6 months now and this workout is now the top 2 workouts of her where I had to quit before the third round of certain exercises! What a workout!

    Wow!!! Today was challenging and I loved it!!! Sydney you are right, your habits must support your lifestyle. I love wine and I realized that the wine was keeping me from my goals. Therefore, I removed the wine from my home or I keep less and drink in moderation. Thank you for your constantly pushing us and reinforcing positive behaviors through coaching. Love ya!

    Yes! Totally onboard Sydney!
    After yesterday's workout I was sore, this was perfect to smooth things out. Lactic acid burn anyone?!?! wow!
    Tracking my calories and macros has really helped over eating at night. After I get my kids to bed I look at where I am at for the day and see how many calories I can eat for a snack. Usually it's around 300/400. Last night was big slice of homemade banana bread and a cup of oat milk.
    Also, I don't buy any crap at the grocery store that I wouldn't feel good about eating. If I buy Oreo's I will consume them all! If they aren't in the house I can't eat them! Good luck ya'll and stay strong!

      Great to work out how much you can snack at night, I'm gonna start doing the same. Also yes to not having stuff in the house that you will eat of. For me its chocolate. Can not have it in the house

    What she said makes absolute sense coz I tend to tell myself I'll workout more to burn the excess bad calories....then I fail to workout and start hating working out then I gain weight and then I hate my self and circle goes on😪
    I'll take her advice and start all over though I'm tryna balance University and working out.....but I'll keep trying 💪💪

    That workout just about crushed me but it was a killer. Boy did I have to push. Bodyweight exercises are sneaky. I could really relate to the speech at the end as I got into all the chips and sweets last night 🤦‍♀️ But I am dialed back in today and felt I kicked butt in the workout 👊

    Ok if you have been wondering “what are my strengths and weaknesses” this workout will definitely show those to you! This is the first workout in a long time that I feel like I hit a wall in some of the third rounds! 😩 I guess my weaknesses have been fully exposed, but now I know where I need to start working harder and pushing myself more in those areas! Didn’t help when Sydney actually called me out for eating my Reese’s Cups last night! Yep fully busted!! 😞

    Loved this workout. I've done several of your videos and they're all great. I always end up sweating buckets! But I really would like to see longer cool downs. I did one of your workouts and the cool down and even after taking a shower I was still sweating. My body hadn't cooled down at all. Now I know I'll always need to add my own cool down after doing your videos. Please add longer cool downs! Please and thank you!

    HOLY GUACAMOLE!!! I was thinking that the whole time and when you said it at the end I felt so vindicated! My goodness Sydney that one was unreal and the burnout in those hold positions were such a challenge!!! Keep working hard squad---I felt so out of shape with this one but you can do it!!! Keep going!!!

    I LOVE focus on what good habits I'm adding instead of focusing on what I'm taking away. In other words, focusing on what I CAN have and not on what I CAN'T have. Love it Sydney, thank you! This was a hard workout for me, but I DIDN'T QUIT!

    Thank goodness for my dedication to myself. I am 1 day behind right now. Autoimmune is flared up! I took an extra day off. My growth is learning to listen to my body when it is not in optimal health. I am thankful for Sydney , being here for us everyday! No matter what!
