      I stumbled upon your channel mid March when quarantine was starting in my town and the gyms were no longer open. I wanted to be able to stay active during these times and once I did a few of your videos I was hooked. Your daily messages are always great and a reminder that you have to be both physically and most importantly mentally active and healthy. I fractured my ankle the end of May while doing some yard work (not your videos lol), and I instantly thought to myself, crap well there goes my workouts with Sydney. After a month on a boot and a month of PT, I was cleared to start doing workouts at home again. I have started from Day 1 of the Summertime Fine and just wanted to say thank you for all your hard work and dedication you put into your channel. I was bummed to see that the mens merch is sold out even with it only being 2 items lol.

    Body weight workouts are not usually my favourite.... however I’m starting to really enjoy them, especially today’s. It’s hot, I’m sweaty, but oh I love it 😁💪

    Great workout today! I totally resonate with your views on life and how you fuel your motivation. I had a serious car accident at 19 and broke my neck. Last year, I battled cancer and underwent chemo. I look at each incident as an opportunity because I am mentally stronger than I have ever been! The mind is a powerful tool.. and I needed it today during this workout. :) Thank you!!

    I just want you to know how much I appreciate you. You are such an unbelievable motivator. I always stay for your message at the end. Today’s brought a tear to my eye. 😢I lost both of my parents (before I turned 40) within two years of one another. We battled Alzheimer’s disease with my mom for 10 years then just as the wounds were starting to heal my dad passed suddenly from a brain hemorrhage. My sister and I really believed at times we would never recover. I decided I needed to refocus my negative energy and feelings of resentment for what had happened somewhere else, so I started to workout. Then I found your channel. Honestly Sydney you have helped me tremendously. I told my sister about you and she has been working out with you too. Again, thank you for all you do for me, my sister Sarah and the five hundred thousand other people out there. BTW-awesome workout, loved the 🦀 walk.

    Can't wait to workout again. My 1 year old (he turned 1 yesterday June 14th,) has been sick so I'm running low on sleep. 4 days with not working out 😫. Hopefully I have energy later to start the week good.

    I thought this would be easier without the weights!I was so wrong!! that was a killer workout-dripping my eyelids! I love the short circuits you bring into the session Sydney, keeps it exciting and challenging without being monotonous!As much as I search for other workouts, I find myself narrowing down to continue this challenge with you!

    Is it possible to continuously think in a loop of "I cannot push any further! DYING HERE" and "I WILL CRUSH IT! No matter what!"?! Yes it is.     Day 15 is DONE! And I am so proud of myself because I laid in bed for 30 minutes resisting this workout. I was trying to put off til that “later” which never comes. But I got up and started the workout. I didn’t give it 100% but I finished and I gave what I had.
    The speech was on point and resonates with me. I’m doing the work NOW, facing the uncomfortable for my progress. Im 26 and pregnant, and I’m not financially ready, and maybe not mentally ready but is anyone ever really ready for that? But what I’m doing is embracing the opportunity and bettering myself to be the best mom I can be - I’m in school to make us a more stable life, and I’m HERE maintaining my health and strength while pregnant AND using it as a way to fortify myself mentally. THANK YOU and I appreciate you! I’ll be here as long as my growing body can handle it!!!

    So I usually do your workouts at home on my tv and can't comment. Right now I'm in a hotel so wanted to just say- YOU ROCK!!!!! I haven't really lost weight but I feel so much stronger and my endurance is exponentially better with your workouts for about 2 months now. Your variety is fantastic. I turn 49 in a few days and am trying not to freak out:()!!!! Keep these workouts coming!

    The Milly Rock exit! 😂 I loved it! I CRUSHED circuits 3 and 4 in the first half and I pushed myself to keep moving. I told myself the faster you do these shoulder taps, the sooner you’ll get out of this plank😆. Also just wanted to share that while I have not lost anyone close to me I often feel I have lost parts of myself (If that makes sense). Motherhood has been and will always be my top most priority but I am a person and I find that when I feel GOOD, as a person, as a woman....I function as a better mom (and a better wife). Thanks for your pep talk. I actually cried!

    I typically don't comment, but your ending speech is just what I needed. I found your channel while trying to get fit during quarantine and I want to thank you for giving me an opportunity to discover how much I actually enjoy working out. I appreciate all your ending notes but today really spoke to me. I've been looking into starting a business of my own, but was so overwhelmed with all the regulations, the licenses I need to purchase, etc. I am afraid that it's such a big risk especially considering I have no knowledge about starting a business, but what you said really encouraged me to just take a leap of faith 💕

    Done! Did it! Complete! Crushed me! Happy Monday and I am so thankful for these workouts everyday! It has been a LONG time since I have followed any format of exercise! I have always trained everyday, however, it is different now with Sydney! I trust her and her experience and wisdom! Following direction is becoming easier the more that I embrace the challenge everyday! Even the challenge of taking a rest day. I look forward to Sundays now and the break that I give my body!     These abs workouts are so hard on my back, I hope I'll get to the point soon where I can easily follow the abs workouts. Thanks Sydney for being so motivating. I used to strictly lift weights but didn't see much results, I've been following for 3 weeks and mentally i'm at a better place with all the variety in the workouts. I'm never bored, and i'm doing workouts I never did before.

    This was the best post workout motivation! It’s been really rough with changes of moving, ending a long term relationship, starting fresh, focusing on my health, happiness and my career. It’s been go go go for a while and I really needed this today. I didn’t do the workout yet because it’s been already tough day, but Bailey Dawe did the workout FaceTimed me and told me to listen to the message at the end. The whole time I thought about my self working out, standing strong, not letting other deter me from accomplishing my goals and making me happy.     Loved the format of the 3 minute circuits. The counting two different exercises kept me distracted from the time and made each one go by so fast!
