I love this workout, Sydney! It's fun coming back to your older videos, especially for cardio because you don't do much cardio anymore nowadays. I needed this so bad today! I wanted to just move and feel myself sweating and my heart beating fast. 💦 This workout accomplished that!

With 3:30 left on the clock Sydney says “doin ok?” and I say “uh well I have been dreaming about that “nice long cool down” since 9 min left” 😂 seriously though I was ready for a straight cardio workout. I was surprised today at how well I was doing with my agility, back in March I would have been falling all over myself! Thanks Sydney for all you do for us!

I cant believe how much i have improved in 2 years. I remember the 1st time i tried and I do say tried to do the plank jack shoulder taps. i kept falling. Today I did the shoulder taps while i jacked!!!!!! So proud of myself.

After 3 months of not working thanks to COVID-19, I finally got hired on at a hospital in my city. The shifts are long and I didn't work out with you last week except ONCE! I'VE MISSED YOU! I really don't like cardio, so when I saw a whole 45 minutes, I wasn't excited. But I came and did it anyway, and I'm so glad I did! I did way better than I thought I would and I'm really proud. Thank you for motivating me to push myself, Sydney!

Me too! Found her when my gym closed in 3/18. I have done her workouts every day since. Now that the gym has reopened I have options! Like today I stayed home. Most days I just take her with me, throw in my headphones and head to my gyms back room.
Okay I didn’t sleep well last night so I was not looking forward to working out. But I finished this bad boy. It was super challenging with breath work and movement. Wow! Feeling so accomplished after this. Thanks Syd.

This workout was insane haha, but I shocked myself with pushing through and not taking breaks during any of the exercises (behold the power of training w/ Sydney for nearly a year)! I love that she constantly comes up with new moves to keep us on our toes. The burpee/lunge jumps would have had me falling all over the place normally, but focusing so much on balance last month really paid off. Thank you so much for all that you do Sydney & Dustin!!

I crushed HIIT week! My arms were sore from yesterday’s workout but I did it. I also did last Sunday’s stretch to help in my recovery from the workout. I admit that I am nervous for next week since it’s Bootcamp Week. However, we’ll get through it together. I hope everyone has a good weekend. I’m looking forward to tomorrow’s stretch.
Sydney- I can't tell you how much of a difference you have made during this quarantine. I have been a gym rat but even when it opens, I will still be working out with you. My M.S. prevented me from doing much for about 2 months but now that I am back, I am finding the workouts I am able to do. Thanks for keeping me strong ABLE!!! I know you can't read them all but I really hope you see this. Even a person with a disability can do your classes. BEST TRAINER EVER

Going into this workout I was dreading it being all cardio as this has always been my nemesis, however I crushed that way better than I thought I would! A great reminder that the goal is progress not perfection and as long as you show up and go hard for yourself that's all that matters. Didn't have to dial back any of the moves which is big for me and was able to go hard and complete every round for the most part! Way to go squad! Keep crushing it!!!!
Loved this workout! I’m starting to see strength and growth :) I used to hate high knees and halfway thru the first round I was like “whoa I’m doing these and they aren’t as bad as I remember!” Also a few days ago I realized I can do V sit-ups taking both legs down low together and up at same time. Today was straight cardio day for me, and I'm so happy I found this workout! Thank you for a fantastic HIIT cardio burn, this workout kept my HR up ⬆and my quads were burning on some of those moves! 🔥I liked that burpee with a lunge jump, I haven't done that before, and it was fun! Whew, I'm super sweaty now, and super proud of myself for finishing this intense cardio workout! 😁💪

Loved this one! Those burpees and step up drivers were awesome, and it went by so fast. Super sweaty at the end (but also could’ve been bc I did it in my garage and the heat and humidity outside is insane)

Wow! I always find the cardio workouts really challenging, but Sydney made me laugh and I got through it. Especially how the donkey kicks are our new favourite exercise! Ha! I feel great now I have done it, I might have swore a few times during the workout though! Ha!

Today was straight cardio day for me, and I'm so happy I found this workout! Thank you for a fantastic HIIT cardio burn, this workout kept my HR up ⬆and my quads were burning on some of those moves! 🔥I liked that burpee with a lunge jump, I haven't done that before, and it was fun! Whew, I'm super sweaty now, and super proud of myself for finishing this intense cardio workout! 😁💪

Loved this one! Those burpees and step up drivers were awesome, and it went by so fast. Super sweaty at the end (but also could’ve been bc I did it in my garage and the heat and humidity outside is insane)

Wow! I always find the cardio workouts really challenging, but Sydney made me laugh and I got through it. Especially how the donkey kicks are our new favourite exercise! Ha! I feel great now I have done it, I might have swore a few times during the workout though! Ha!
