I love that her workouts aren't focused on how you physically look, and more on how you feel. Nothing wrong with aesthetic goals of course, but I'm only 17 and its very pressuring when specific body types are heavily pushed on most youtube workouts. Love you Sydney, cant wait to do this one later!

I'm 27 and I can't imagine being a teenager now with social media etc. always showing unrealistic body goals. I started my journey with Sydney about a year ago with aesthetic as my main focus and i'm so much happier now just focusing on being healthy and strong - and luckily the aesthetic follows :) Happy you found a healthy start for your fitness journey! She's a great role model

Yeah! Especially because her videos aren't titled "get a tiny waste with this workout" or "lose fat in 60 minutes". Not saying that fitness influencers that post that kind of content Intend to put pressure on someone, but once you do those workouts and don't see results immediately, you do start to think that something's wrong with you

I love cardio, especially with Sydney! Glad u didn't quit, I have found these workouts to be very challenging to say the least this month (all of 3 days!).

I used to HATE cardio...still not my favorite, but Sydney makes it so much more enjoyable..now that she helped me improve my cardio endurance, I almost don't mind..still rather be lifting though lol

I put my two little kids down to take a nap and showed up to crush it ✌️ for myself, and for my family. It’s good for my mental health, my physical health and I feel so much better when I show up! So glad I did.

After almost a year of making myself a priority and working out every day there are 3 things that still challenge me..... endurance, cardio, and abs! Somehow Sydney put these 3 together and made ACCELERATE! This month is definitely challenging me! Taking one day at a time and we are going to crush this month together!

anyone else been shoveling snow for the past 2 days? I'm right outside NYC. Yesterday morning I shoveled a foot of snow, then came in to do my daily Sydney video. It was legs day! Today decided to start the day with the video. Crushed it. Endurance is what we all need right now. Sydney's workout formats really build our muscles for our practical lives. Didn't even wake up sore today. I've been doing her hip & back stretch video every night since it came out. Such a HUGE difference. Snow shoveling day 3, bring it.

I overcame those obstacles and I did this workout because I’m important. I hope this message inspires someone today to crush the workout even though you may be dealing with obstacles in your life. Sasha my dog has been my biggest motivator to stay healthy. She supported me through two rounds of radiation and beating cancer. She was at the finish line when I finished my first marathon. After 16 years of brightening our world my husband and I had to say goodbye to her. I knew this morning was going to be hard. Since the pandemic started my routine before work is coffee, take care of Sasha, and then Sydney. I didn’t want to get out of bed this morning knowing that she wasn’t there, but I knew she wouldn’t want me to be sad. So today I chose a random video to do, and when you said mountain climbers and bear crawls I wanted to quit. I did it anyway. When Moxie came on screen it was like a sign from the universe. I couldn’t tell if there was more sweat or tears falling on the mat at that point. It was kismet. Just what I needed to start a tough day. Thank Sydney and the Squad for keeping me motivated. Give Moxie extra pets from me for the cameo this morning it was EVERYTHING.
I looked up DYING hoping the workout was almost done but i still had 27 minutes left 😭 This was tough! But I pushed through and feel so much better! Thank you Sydney

I almost didn’t show up for this one when I found out it was cardio.....but I did and pushed myself really hard, and I know I’m gonna feel so much better today now that I’ve done it. Thank you so much for this Sydney :)

I love pups! They always want to work out with you! Lol even if they just sit there and stare at you! We crushed it! I am proud of my lunges at the end! They were much more stable! Grateful for my abilities, for us, and Sydney/Dustin!!

I’m loving accelerate so much, it kinda makes me sad February is a short month.
Sasha my dog has been my biggest motivator to stay healthy. She supported me through two rounds of radiation and beating cancer. She was at the finish line when I finished my first marathon. After 16 years of brightening our world my husband and I had to say goodbye to her. I knew this morning was going to be hard. Since the pandemic started my routine before work is coffee, take care of Sasha, and then Sydney. I didn’t want to get out of bed this morning knowing that she wasn’t there, but I knew she wouldn’t want me to be sad. So today I chose a random video to do, and when you said mountain climbers and bear crawls I wanted to quit. I did it anyway. When Moxie came on screen it was like a sign from the universe. I couldn’t tell if there was more sweat or tears falling on the mat at that point. It was kismet. Just what I needed to start a tough day. Thank Sydney and the Squad for keeping me motivated. Give Moxie extra pets from me for the cameo this morning it was EVERYTHING.
I looked up DYING hoping the workout was almost done but i still had 27 minutes left 😭

Crushed this awesome workout. Feel so good to be reminded of the power of the heart pumping fresh oxygen to our muscles to show their stuff! Gratitude for the opportunity to move and feel stronger each day.
