no exaggeration i have watched this twice a week for two years, it is my favourite video on youtube and has changed my approach to fitness. this woman is a hero!
Best guest trainer you have on here. Finally someone who pushes to work hard and not apologize for it. This trainer instructs an actual workout, not a pretty performance like some of the videos. She seems to care that we get a good workout, other trainers give a HIgh-5 after 10 pushups and act like they just climbed Mt. Everest!

I lost 50 lbs doing this video 3 times a week and weights 2 times a week. Still going strong! These videos make me feel liek Im at an actual workout class in the gym, only its more comfortable because i dont have to worry about other people (i have social anxiety). Thanks pop sugar! Im trying to conceive and getting healthy before conception is a huge deal to me you guys have helped so much and I love you!
Update: Since the last update I've lost an additional 15 lbs! Eating lots of veggies and drinking water have helped too!

Kit Rich is the best trainer on Popsugar Fitness!I have done this video (and all her others ones) hundreds of times! I am a distance runner and turn to her videos for strength/recovery/core etc. She really knows how to pack a punch while working the full body, leaving you energized and stronger than when you started. She is great about getting right into the workout & not talking too much or over explaining. She does a simple demo and dives right in. She knows how to encourage and push while still being intentional and sincere. I really never comment on any videos, so this is how much I love Kit Rich!

I've been using this workout as one of my few "go-to" workouts. I love the energy Kit brings and no matter how "fit" I am this always gets my heart pumping and I'm dripping with sweat afterwards. Soooo good!!! :)

Absolutely loved this workout! I've spent the last few months of quarantine doing all of Raneir Pollard and Jeanette Jenkins' workout videos on Popsugar. And I have to say, this workout is definitely not easy! I sweat so much that I was literally sliding of my mat during the side planks hahaha For those who are interested, I managed to burn 516 calories (158cm, 54kg) during this workout :)

This is when Popsugar actually had real workouts and was no joke. Their new stuff is a joke. I miss pop sugar that was for exercise and not pretty videos.
It went downhill after Covid, when they tried to cater to their new followers with easy workouts.

I like this video so much because even though it was hard as hell, it was easy to keep going since the moves were only 60 or 30 seconds. Just when you think you're about to die and give up, it's over & you're on to the next move!

I love this instructor! She explains the form of each move really clearly and motivates without it being too over the top
I love this workout! Even tho it hurt the whole way, she was able to motivate me and make me smile, because of how empowered she helped me feel. I will do this one again for sure!
I was surprised by this. I find a lot of fitsugar workouts aren't challenging enough for me. this workout starts slow but it builds. I also thought there would be a long cool down period at the end but thankfully it is a full 45 min workout with some nice stretches after. will definitely do again

Phew! Just finished and this is an awesome workout. The inspirational message during cool down was so nice, I literally shed a tear and was like "yea! I can do this!" Lol... But... more likely I was shedding a tear of happiness the workout was over 😂💪🏼

LOVE this workout and great 45-min length. Challenging but very fun and goes by fast. Love the trainer’s enthusiasm and as always I love when Anna is in the class. I liked the cardio portion so much once I finish it I go back to the start to do it over again and turn the 45 minutes into about 75 ! Please get more workouts by this trainer!

Love this workout! I've done it a few times now and have to do the modified version of a lot of the moves, but it makes this workout no less strenuous. It kicks my butt each time and makes me feel great!

Excellent workout routine! I love it. My abs have never been so tired. Those abs exercises at the end were very hard and very fun executing it. I really enjoyed. The trainer is very good at it. She kept me motivated all the whole time. Great workout for replacing the gym during this lockdown.!!!
