I'm covered in sweat from this one, not because it was terribly intense, but because of all the overhead arm movements. It took me three months to be able to get my arms above my head after bilateral mastectomies. Today when my husband came in and saw me doing this workout he just stopped and starred at me. When I asked why he was being a creeper he said it was the first workout since my surgeries that he had seen me do any type of overhead work. Not sure if that was a conscious move on my part or not but I made it through the entire video. Kit is awesome and so motivating to just get through each move at your own level. Thank you again Kit!

Thank you for this workout. What I love the most was, it wasn't repetitive at all. I get bored very easily, so I have to do 4 times the same repetitions I loose the interest. This workout was great for my Friday fitness routine. I agree with some of the viewers, we need more!

1st week i was very weak, i cant even maintain a proper posture and keep falling down, maybe because of my week tummy muscles and back, but after doing this for 2 weeks, i can finish it all at once. 💖
This is a great workout. I was able to keep up with each exercise. Kit really changes thing up and it kept me from getting board. I could feel the burn!

I love the energy, the voice ( not monotone), clear, and encouraging. Not a super intense workout BUT hard enough. And I’ll give it a go. Thank you.

This is a great cardio to follow, has been a year now since I started to follow this video and results are tremendous, I have been fit like never before and had to do this after COVID-19 came in. Some of sections I modified to make it a bit tough particularly for legs and abs.
