    Hey everyone!! I know I've asked this before, but I'm asking for one simple but HUGE favor for myself and my fiancé, Dustin.     During this pandemic, I lost my job, went into depression for a couple of days. Exactly in those days I went through your channel and started to work out. Since the moment I met you, my life has completely changed, yeah I cannot do anything regarding the job I lost, yet I can improve as a human being by becoming stronger not only emotional but physically, thank you, Sidney, you have no idea how your presence has an impact in our lives!
    BTW this is my third challenge so far!! becoming stronger and confident :)

    Im proud because after two months of dealing with being coronavirus positive and so much deconditioning after being a go go go mom and 3-5x workout person I completed two workouts this week. I’ve modified and taken sooo many breaks but it’s a start. Here’s to rebuilding after a dark time❤️

    I am strong and I crushed it! I am sore as well from the workouts but I know that I’m getting stronger. Today’s workout was important to me because today is my father’s birthday. He died when I was 9 and I miss him. I even said during the tough part of the workout that this workout is for you.

    If you ever say to yourself "this is too hard for me, not gonna do it" just a quick pop up that im doing this at 7 months pregnant and not planning on quitting anytime soon 🤗 modifications are key! been here with Sydney for a while now and I am so happy we have someone like her!

    My shoulder was in pain 2weeks ago and I make sure I’m fully healed befor I jumped in to your program again. This is my second day of doing your exercises again due to eye surgery and frozen shoulder.     I can't believe that I can do a whole 40-minute video with weights now! 6 months ago I was sweating and dying after a warm-up. I couldn't run to the bus, I felt weak and sleepy all the time. And now? Now I can lift weights, do cardio, run and jump and have fun! I have so much more energy, so much more apetite and so much more fun in my life! And that's my SUCCESS!

      Bren- keto! Or mostly low carb but the carbs come from veggies. Lots of water to flush my system too!

    It was hard, but I crushed it. I need to work on my shoulders, I’m good with biceps and triceps but when it comes to my shoulders I get tired so fast. I can however do real pushups now!!! Thank you for doing this for us every day! We are proud of ourselves for doing this with you and we are so proud of you!

    Thank you for giving me something to look forward to every day for myself. As a stay at home mother, or just being a mother in general, I feel like I always put myself last or I lost a little of myself after having kids. Working out is not my favorite thing to do, nor am I great at it, but I push through these workouts every day and have learned to love the feeling I get afterward. I feel better about myself, my body feels better, and I just wanted to say thank you for giving me a little piece of myself back!

    This felt so good! After my back injury I chose to skip weighted workouts but today and yesterday I began to ease back in. My shoulders are especially hot after this workout but I feel good!! Crushed it!

    I have modified all workouts since Wednesday due to a low back strain and Sydney's word was just what I needed to hear! I used my lightdumbells and omitted any jumping but I am 💪 and I 😍 it!

    I never thought I'd enjoy arm workouts! I have such terrible upper body strength, and I spent the first half of the year nursing a terrible shoulder injury. But every workout with you I feel myself getting stronger. I loved today. I am strong and I crushed it!

    After this work out. I journaled about your exit conversation. We are all people operating on emotions and responsibilities. You are so right Sydney! With 3 little boys, a firefighter/paramedic husband and myself as a nurse in the field I am always striving to improve. Recently I havent felt myself because of emotions and responsibilities and am currently on a social media 30 day cleanse but I've still made it a point to give myself grace and stay productive with my goals because at the end of the day, you are in control of your wellbeing, mentally physically emotionally and spiritually.     This speech was perfect for me today and a perfect Monday morning workout. I had a long stressful week and ended up indulging a little over the weekend, I'm a critic and very hard on myself so I really needed this. Those super man pull moves were hard!! I modified with an extra heavy resistance band, I'm going to hit that move again throughout the week and make it a goal to get it down with the 8lb dumbbell! I almost skipped today's workout, I'm proud of myself for showing up.

    Love arm day! 💪Feeling so tired after coming home from a hiking trip but I’m glad I pushed myself to do it to the best of my ability! 🤩I crushed it and proud of myself! 👏💃👏💃

    Shouted, "I AM STRONG!" a couple of times towards the end of that workout to remind myself that yes I can push heavy weight and work hard all the way to the end! Crushed this workout--shoulders are on fire and shaking! Those split presses with the cuircut at the end was a burner! Great workout Sydney! I always love the way you give variety--body is sore which means I am working hard still and changing my body!!!

    I woke up today feeling kinda icky and sluggish and the last few days I've not eaten the best or been able to push 100% in my workouts. HOWEVER, in today's workout I upped all my weights and I'm damn proud of myself! 💪

    Sydney that was a great workout. Inch worm with a burpee pushup was the highlight. It was hard. Attempted a few just like you always tell us. Your motivational speech at the end always keeps me going for the day. Thanks to you and Dustin for keeping this going.

    I pushed after riding horses all day!!! Did I want to come home and do a workout...no, but I did it and even got my husband to participate!! I am so sore but I FINALLY found heavier weights in the store and pushed my snatches up to 20lbs today!!! CRUSHED IT!!! HANDLED IT!!! MADE IT!!! PUSHED THROUGH IT!!!!

    I have never had strong arms and with these workouts I’ve never had stronger arms! I do the best I can with whatever weights I can and I can tell a huge difference, weights are getting easier to lift and my endurance is much better after doing this summertime fine challenge

    I love all the positive vibes and comments! Most of the excercises were quite hard for me at first, but I kept coming back because Sydney is so motivating! And I love the fact that no workout is the same. I got bored with the workouts I was previously using because it was the same thing for several weeks!

    Just did this on my day off as a morning workout & I am shocked that I didn’t get tired, sluggish or gave up on myself. I am very proud of myself. Not to mention this is a makeup workout for not working out last night
