      OMG! That first shoulder circuit was a killer! 🔥💪😲 I was like, if this is what the rest of the workout is going to be like, I'm in for it 🤣 But luckily I was mentally prepared, and determined to finish strong, and I did! 🏋️‍♀️💪 Yikes, though, I've got shaky arms now 😆

    gah...brought me to tears. I wanted to give up so many times and just when I thought I might; there's Sydney, "this is when you want to quit"...me: um yeah. "but don't give up - we started together, we finish together". Me: don't disappoint Sydney, don't disappoint yourself. And tadaaaa, here I am - finished!! Crushed it!! What a challenge mentally and physically. Arms done! Thanks Sydney!

    Aug 2023. I missed this one 3 years ago so it was new for me today. 50 min I thought I was gonna die but I didn't!! Feeling so strong! Loved it crushed it! 👍🏋️‍♀️💪🔥🥵💦😁💜🦸‍♀️

      I’m away too and I brought my 6 & 10 lb dumbbells. That was a MISTAKE 😂 Or was it a blessing in disguise? 🤔😂❤️

    This is going to be a cheesy comment but thank you so much. I've struggled with my body image for years, and because of your videos, I look forward to working out. It's become something I genuinely enjoy. Now, I don't work out just for the aesthetics, I do it to show my body love and to feel stronger each workout. Thank you thank you!!!     Woohoo, what a workout! I lover it and I'm feeling so strong after this 😀. I used my 12kg (ca 26lbs) for the chestpress and for the overhead triceps 😀, the first time I could do this and I' m so proud. And all thanks to you guys for pushing me every day to go to my limits 😘😀

    i had a really crappy morning that i wanted to let dictate the rest of my day. But I decided to reorganize things to make sure I workout and use this workout as a stress/anxiety treatment. i'm glad I worked out and prioritized my health!

    After hammering out this workout at least a second time on Tuesday, August 22, 2023, my arms were worked to the limit! I love how the warm-up and cool-down are always programmed into the workouts.

    I loved that workout style and would love to see more of these “sculpt” styles for sure! My goodness my arms were so heavy halfway through that I was mad I did not have a straw top on my water bottle and had to lift it up to o drink!     Crushed it!! What a burner. Never did this amazing upper body workout, but I went up in weight with a lot of my moves!! Needed to hear the post workout talk. My arms are barely hanging on. LOL😂 STAYING PRESENT that is a big one for me!! I am so thankful for you Syd!

    Yesterday I added Caroline Girvan's 5 Min plank Challenge in our calender workout which made this workout super challenging for me as my Abs and Arms were already so sore of course Legs too😅, today my arms were loving the overhead tricep extensions 😊.

    I like this 50mn format on arms, and your choice of exercices is always perfect. Could you write the workout structure in the description ? It helps to prepare the dumbbells.

    So thankful to see those back exercises today. My back has always been my weakest part of my body and because of that I don’t challenge it enough and I neglect incorporating it into my workouts. I don’t like the fat I see from my bra and tank tops. Today’s exercises was exactly what I needed to start working and improving that area.

    This workout was insane!!! I'm doing the August 2023 calendar and could have done the 30 minute workout option but I'm glad I challenged myself to do the 50 minute workout instead. I crushed it but I'm pretty beat… 🥵

    Loved the format of this workout! Whew, this was tough, and really challenged my endurance as well as strength 💪🏋️‍♀️🔥. Yeah, I'm glad we got that crazy shoulder circuit out of the way first, because it was HARD, and my shoulders were on fire 🔥 after that! Feeling like a bad-ass after this workout, I gave it my all and finished strong 😁

    Really loved that workout especially with the compound move at the end! Would love more moves like this! Thankful yesterday's was arms since I did a five mile hike yesterday, needed the break!
