Hi Janessa! What dumbbells did you use? I have always been very weak and unconfident and really struggle very much. My mom told that this lesson will help me build very thick strong arms and great confidence! I did this lesson with my mom. It was really hard for me. I used 1 lb dumbbells and stopped midway as my arms just gave up :( Is it very weak? My mom did the full lesson with dumbbells of 15s, 20s, and 30s.

When my mom lifts a 30 lbs potatoes bag and puts it on the kitchen table with just one hand I feel so demotivated. I wish I can do that even with two hands.

This was one of the best UB routines I've ever done. Great format. Felt like no repeat, but it was repeat. It went fast. Was highly effective. (I am writing the day after--to make sure I was properly sore, and I am. Not overly, but for sure you hit new spots and blasted the normal ones). Thank you so much. Will do this all the time.

My rewards are things like new clothes or weights or bandanas for all the sweat! Always moving forward no steps back!!!
