    This arms workout has me feeling pumped! I love strong beautiful arms, I think everyone should be building strength in their upper body at all times to maintain proper posture and an overall athletic frame! We will execute each strength movement for 3 rounds of 40 seconds and we will be supersetting 2 exercises together. We will start with chest and triceps supersets, then back and biceps, and finally shoulders before going through a total upper body burnout! I am giving you a little more time under tension for our strength moves and I want you to challenge yourself each round! I will include modifications for each movement if you need them, don't be afraid to use them! Let's crush it together guys! Let's make 2019 the best year yet!

    Hey Sydney, thank you for another great workout!! I have a suggestion by the way, I think it would be really nice if you'd write down the exercises in the video description so that we can get ready and prepared knowing what moves we'll go through in each workout ... just a thought tho :D

    Here in 2020 lockdown 🙋‍♀️ this workout was the best upper body workout I’ve ever done!! I never usually sweat during upper body strength but this one had me dripping and my arms are aching like mad now!! (I did it yesterday) thank you 🙏 you’re my new favourite workout partner ❤️

    Hi Sydney! I am a third grade teacher and have been in quarantine for the past 2 months:( I am a workout enthusiast- I go to the gym 5-6 days a week and alternate between spin class and Les Mills body pump. I also try to get some runs in , too. I stumbled upon your workouts because I was looking to keep up with my weight training and I AM OBSESSED! Your workouts are a perfect balance between a challenge and keeping things real. I have been focusing on my upper body since I am currently nursing a hamstring injury. I alternate between your upper body and ab workouts and I am pleased with how my body is responding. Keep doing what you're doing- I am hooked:)

    Wow, this was a frickin' AWESOME upper body workout!! 💪🔥 It was exactly what I was looking for today, and it did not disappoint AT ALL!! Thank you so much Sydney 😍.     I work from home part time and am a mother to an active 2 year old boy, and I LOVE being able to workout at home during my day and get stronger and leaner.     Crushed it! those arnold presses are my enemy. I'm having troubles getting to elbows to touch... But i was knocking out those push up at the end... on my knees but still progress

    This was tough but so am I 💪
    I've made a goal to prioritize upper body strength as much as lower so I am aiming for 2 days a week of arms, shoulders, chest & back workouts! I'm making progress -- I got 8 reps of shoulder press with 20lbers and that's up from 6 reps last week!! I am PUMPED to get stronger!!
