    Lets work your upper body today!! I am using 20 pounds, 10 pounds, and 8 pounds dumbbells today and we will be rocking through 6 superset circuits today followed up by a 5 minute burnout set that will work each of the major upper body muscles individually! I want you to really push yourself on this workout and challenge yourself to stay using your heavy dumbbells for as many of the round as possible! Technique is always most important! We will be going through each superset 3 rounds -round 1 will be 40 seconds of work, 20 seconds rest, round 2 is 50 seconds of work 10 seconds rest, and the last round is 60 seconds! Challenge yourself and stay ready to work the whole workout. Let's get STRONGER TODAY! See if you can burn 475 calories too!

    Hey Sydney You are my 🧞‍♀️in a bottle! I wished upon this workout yesterday and here it is right on your channel! I crushed it 💪 with you guys. I went double time on all the rows and extensions as I only had a 2 lbs as the lightest weight but boy did it burn. I was juggling my arms only yesterday and remembered today what doesn’t challenge you doesn’t change you. Well done Sydney and #sydneysquad! See you all tomorrow now 😍

    OMG OMG OMG Sydney! I didn't know what I was getting myself into when I stumbled on to your RUclips channel almost a month ago but now I do! That 5 minute burn out round almost did me in but I kept hearing you say "you can do it" so I pushed my way through it. Even after a 10 minute cooldown my body is still shaking! LOVED this workout.       Esli Nicoletti Hi Esli I too stopped looking when I came across Sydney’s channel on RUclips. I’m a fitness fanatic and have been working out for 40 plus years and Sydney by far is the best on RUclips in my opinion. I’m up every morning working out with her at 5:30a. It’s good to know others feel the same way I do about her. She definitely is the real deal! 😂🤗🏋🏽‍♀️🙌🏽👍🏽

    Oh for the love of......I may have ended this workout with a four letter word! That was intense. I need to work my way up to 20lbs but am still struggling with 15s. 3 years ago I was injured in a bad DH mtb crash and suffered a compound fracture to my left radius and the muscle strength in that arm has never been the same. It's definitely a stronger thanks to you but it sure is taking its time to recover.

    Thanks for another challenging workout! My shoulders are the ones that need the most strengthening. Have a hard time pushing the dumbells over head.

    It is so easy to get side tracked and put working out on the back burner... guilty. But I’m here to do this 4 weeks with no slacking. Day 3, it’s amazing how much more energy I have by working out an eating better, I’m not tired in the morning now! I’m ready to get out of bed an start my day and hour before my alarm even goes off!! Here’s to staying on track and getting healthier!! You are amazing, Sydney!

    Smashed it. My muscles are so shaky! Using ISO 2.0 to get myself back into shape, as I let myself go a little in ISO 1.0. Thanks so much Sydney. Your work outs get me moving, even when I'm not in the best headspace.

    Am so glad thers 2 workout of urs thats pure arm workout without any cardio.. During my period I take rest since my legs r really sore and scared to work out as I had a torsion(endometriosis) once when I exercised during my period.. thot IL die Coz of the pain.. Fr d past 2yrs I don have the guts to even try jumping twisting,inverted or ab workouts during those days..n after the rest of 7 days i lose the consistency and n i bcum lazy to start over..I can do this now so I don have to stop yipeee.. thank u sydney❤️

    Oh my Goodness. wow I just loved this every day is better then the last. In the burnout i wanted to lower my weight the burning was so intense but you kept saying you can do it work through the burn and I did it i made it woooooo thanks Girl as always YOU ROCK!       Hi! What weights did you use? I am a man and started this but it was brutal! I only could manage with soda cans as weights but didn't even last 14 minutes into the lesson as my arms just gave up.😟 i am really amazed at just how strong and muscular all the women are here!

    Hi Sydney, I know this is an old video, but I 've been working out with you for two weeks and I love it. I love that when a workout lasts 50 minutes, it is 50 minutes of work. I love that you keep reminding us to keep a good form, to increase the weight and to push it. I love these workouts A LOT.

I know I’m getting stronger bc I can use my heavier weights 🙌🏼 Sydney don’t apologize for preaching! I love to hear the knowledge that you know and pass it along to us.     Love these arm workouts! I always felt as though my arms were my weakest area... but since i've joined you a few months ago, push ups don't feel so difficult anymore --haha! You are an amazing trainer! Thankful we have all discovered you! Hope everybody pushes through these arm workouts even though they are sometimes intimidating to start!

    I just discovered you on RUclips, Sydney, and I love your workouts. I'm 53 and love strength training because it helps me maintain muscle mass and definition as my hormones change. So I'm always looking for new workouts to challenge me and step things up a notch. I did one of your lower body workouts yesterday and my glutes are on fire! So today was upper body.     Oh yeah, I CRUSHED IT!! 💪This was the best upper body strength workout ever! I really felt the progressive overload in each set, as the interval time increased. I was really feeling my mind-muscle connection in this workout today! 😁That burnout at the end was so fire 🔥and my arms are still shaking even after the cool-down, as I write this! 😅
