    Let's rock this upper body workout! I am using 5lb, 8lb, and 10lb, dumbbells today but as always grab a set of weights that suit you! Don't be afraid to challenge yourself with those heavier weights-you are READY! We are working for 45 seconds and resting for 15 seconds in our arm strength movements and we are not repeating any movements! We will complete 1 round of each exercise so give it your all from the start!

    Crushed it ❤ I’ve been going with the longer workouts for Augusts program but honestly did not want to do 50 mins of upper body so this was an amazing alternative !     Coming in late to the Royal Change family, I never got to see vintage Sydney. It's been a joy to do these older workouts and see her evolution. I was having some shoulder pain today, but I was able to work around it and push myself where I could. Great workout as always.

    I just did this work out and I just want to thank you.     This workout again in 2021 I've definitely grown in strength!!! I think the first time I did this workout I used 5's 10's and 15's only. Today it was 10's, 15's, 20's the whole way through!!! Feeling great! Short and Spicy and now on to the rest of my day!!! Way to work squad!!! 💪🏽💪🏽

    More workouts like this pretty please. You definitely have an audience for these with the lighter dumbbells. Many of us working out from home don't want to be body builders, we just want to have a toned feminine body.

    I just LOVE your workouts, your style and your energy! Since gyms (and my training sessions) shut down, I have lost a lot of upper body strength, definition and shoulder mobility! I would love to see, in your descriptions, what muscles/areas these exercises are really good for (i need to focus on rotator cuff and "wings" and am never quite sure if I'm choosing the right exercises.) THANK YOU for all that you are giving us!

    Love Sydney's 30 minute lower body and upper body workout videos as that is all I have time for. Sure hate she is no longer doing these.

    WOW! Hands down my FAVORITE ARM WORKOUT. I loved the varitey and no repeats of exercises. I love doubling up two thirty minute workouts. Upper and lower body! Keep doing the 30 minutes!

    Sydney, you are by far the most amazing trainer I have ever known in my working out world!. I really am a group exercise person, but going through these difficult pandemia to me it has been a blessing, because that’s how I discovered your channel. So....you thought me to build up fast, and have fun in front of my TV because all I need is a TV and you to feel great to look great. Thank you is not enough beautiful angel. 🌹😇
