The way it hurts feels so good. I was actually sad when you said “last exercise” but my face visibly brightened when you added in a bonus round. I could do this all day - it hurts so good.

Is because you didn't use properly the abs to make the exercise. Is common. I always tell people to have a neutral neck and during crunches for example i always said that if you are feeling pain on the neck is because they are not using abs power to do the movement properly.

I've done this workout everyday since I've been out of school due to quarantine and I FEEL AMAZING! I started and just couldn't stop. Love your workouts! Sadly I wasn’t able to do all the exercises because I have very weak joints, especially my wrists. But whenever I couldn’t do one move, I did another one from my memory and had your motivational words to keep me going haha!
Gotta admit I was a little intimidated with this week being fire week. But I have to remind myself I can do hard things. Fav circuit was the squat/lunge and jump/RDL. Loved it crushed it! 👍🏋️♀️💪🔥🥵💦😁💜🦸♀️

So this workout does the trick. it definitely worked my abs but after doing the side crunches, the muscles on the sides of my neck are swollen and sore. my form must have been way off

This was a good little workout! The plank exercises back to back were too much on my wrists so I FF'wed through those but otherwise did the whole thing!

Ok so I did not crush this one today. I decided to this workout tomorrow. To be honest, today I kinda wanted to really sweat and work out intensely with a mix of cardio, strength moves and abs. I have been feeling like my body is yearning for that this week. So I opted to do your 60-minute full body bootcamp workout from June 2nd 2018. I really wanted to work myself into a good sweat and intensity. I feel great having done that workout and will most certainly do this ab workout tomorrow (which will be Saturday here in Nairobi, Kenya). Happy Friday Folks!

I did about a second of the workout, and already felt the burn. I could only do about 10 minutes of the whole workout though. It became to difficult, but if I try everyday, then I will be strong enough to finish it.
I loved this cause I just ate a muffin that was 400 calories!! Eeek! So I needed a workout that would burn most of that off. I didn’t feel like doing cardio so I’m so happy I found an abb one.

I normally stretch or do yoga on a Sunday but since I meant to do weights yesterday and accidently did stretch I chose this one. I have no regrets.

I only burned 142 calories but I completed the workout and my abs burned the whole time. I did struggle a little, but as usual, it was a good one!
SAME I only burned a little over 100 which frustrated me because I chose this vid for the Cals!
