In this 30 Minute Ab Workout Burnout, I take you through multiple ab exercise targeting the rectus abdominis, the obliques, and the obliques! I burned 370 calories-can you beat my number? Can you last the whole workout without stopping?

Is because you didn't use properly the abs to make the exercise. Is common. I always tell people to have a neutral neck and during crunches for example i always said that if you are feeling pain on the neck is because they are not using abs power to do the movement properly.

Tip: imagine you’re pressing your belly button into the floor while you bring yourself up.

Love your workouts! Sadly I wasn’t able to do all the exercises because I have very weak joints, especially my wrists. But whenever I couldn’t do one move, I did another one from my memory and had your motivational words to keep me going haha!
i do the same with burpees or lunges (knee pain) i swap them fro something else lol
I normally stretch or do yoga on a Sunday but since I meant to do weights yesterday and accidently did stretch I chose this one. I have no regrets.
