    BURN UP TO 350 CALORIES LIKE ME, Sydney Cummings, in this 30 Minute Ab Workout! We are going to crush your abs using interval style training working for 40 seconds and resting for 20 seconds throughout the workout!
    There is no equipment required, and this workout is for all levels from advanced to beginner! I provide modifications and options to advance the exercises as well! We will go through 3 exercises at a time in circuit style working for 40 seconds and resting for 20 seconds.
    We will complete 3 rounds of each circuit before moving on to the next circuit!
    I am taking you through exercises to hit all 4 main ab muscles to really feel the burn! We will hit the transverse abdominis, the rectus abdominis, the obliques ( love handles ), and the lower back as well to target the entire core!
    If you need a modification, slow the movement down, but don't stop! The best part of this workout is that we keep the same work and rest ratio throughout the whole workout! This one is going to burn so good! Above all- DON'T QUIT!

    2. Seat V Clap
    3. Straight Leg Bicycles
    4. Split Leg Crunch and Switch
    5. Single Leg Raises Starting at 6 inches
    6. Supermen
    7. Forearm Plank
    8. Side Plank R
    9. Side Plank Left
    10. Hip Taps
    11. Left Side Reverse Crunch
    12. Right Side Reverse Crunch
    13. Leg Lift and Hip Raise
    14. Heel Taps
    15. Plank Body Saw
    In this workout you are training with me, Sydney Cummings, owner of Royal Change and NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I am a fitness trainer is Charlotte, North Carolina and was a Division 1 athlete at West Virginia University where I was a national qualifying high jumper.     Sydney, just did this workout and I love that you talk to us the whole way through because it totally distracts me from my burning core😂😂 and I am laughing when you are laughing! This is a great ab workout thanks as always for your awesome and enjoyable workouts.

    I've worked out w u every day for the last couple months. Started at 135, down to 120. Everyday I just find a workout according to how I feel! Thanks for the results!

    Ive been using this workout and her other 30 minute abs everyday for a year and i love her so much! Shes my favorite person to follow for workouts. Shes fun and i have definately seen results over the year.

    Hey Sydney! I am new to your channel and am LOVING your workouts! You mentioned in this one that you are hoping to make our lives a little more convenient and I just wanted to let you know how much you are that for me! My husband and I were gym rats prior to having our kids, but the last 3 years we have fallen off the fitness wagon due to having our 2 1/2 yr old son and 1 year old daughter. It's been a long stretch of sleepless nights and incredibly life changing, but amazing. Having the love of fitness I do I was determined to get back into shape and hopefully even stronger than I was before, but finding time to go to a gym with two very small ones is not always easy. Your channel has brought the level of fitness I want to achieve right to my house and for that I am so, so, SO thankful for you and your channel! You are so awesome and I can't wait to do more of your workouts!

    hi, very good workout, i did whole of it using my fitness braclet, and it shows that i burned only 120 calories...it was hard, but are you sure that its really burns 350?

      Sydney Cummings for some reason working out with you i am getting the moves and stuff without any trouble. Often times i feel like im not sure what the trainer is doing. I work out a lot... but i feel in sync with you working out . I just love it. Thanks so much!       Seriously, I cant tell you how much this means to me!! These are the goals I have running through my head as Im recording the workouts! I want everyone to be able to go with me at their pace and finally feel like they are feeling in sync with their body and the way it moves! I never want anyone to feel rushed or confused. I just want you all to get a good experience each workout and remember the feeling right as you are done!     Great workout, but I can’t help but wonder what I am doing wrong. I did everything as you instructed but I didn’t even come close to burning 370 cal. According to my Fitbit I only burned 71cal. Every time I do a workout I am always way below the suggested about of calorie burn, and I always give it my all. Any suggestions of what I am doing wrong!

    Its a little challenging for me to do the sit ups with my feet on the floor. I have to anchor my feet under a chair to do a good sit up. I enjoy your workouts. Do you have any suggestions?

    Great workout, with a lot of different exercises! For me the planks were really difficult to do the whole 40 sec in the correct position. But I got to keep exercising, abs are the hardest for me.
