Sydney, I've found in your workouts what I can't find anywhere else they keep my body engaged and burning, thank you for your videos they are very informative and I feel like I've worked out after each one.
So I’m going to be doing these every day with an occasional rest day along with my cardio HIIT and keeping updating the comments!!! Day 1: ✅ was extremely hard, I used to be strong in the core but not anymore!!! Didn’t complete all the exercises (hip dip planks are so hard) but got a good sweat regardless!!
Crushed it!💪 Yikes after that 10 minute obliques burner I threw in the towel withabs today.but then RUclips auggested this one and I convinced my abs to pushit just a bit more and OUCH WHAT A BURNER! Haha awesome!
So I did this as part of my first workout in 2 months due to health issues. 1,5 minutes in I felt the burn. Now I'm proud but oh I'm not gonna be able to sit up in bed tomorrow 😅💪💪🔥
