    So I’m going to be doing these every day with an occasional rest day along with my cardio HIIT and keeping updating the comments!!!
    Day 1: ✅ was extremely hard, I used to be strong in the core but not anymore!!! Didn’t complete all the exercises (hip dip planks are so hard) but got a good sweat regardless!!

    Yikes after that 10 minute obliques burner I threw in the towel withabs today.but then RUclips auggested this one and I convinced my abs to pushit just a bit more and OUCH WHAT A BURNER! Haha awesome!

    So I did this as part of my first workout in 2 months due to health issues. 1,5 minutes in I felt the burn. Now I'm proud but oh I'm not gonna be able to sit up in bed tomorrow 😅💪💪🔥
