Me! Day 12 had my 🍑 on 🔥, but this was only 10 minutes. I could do that right? By minute 2 of this, I was questioning that decision. Let’s see if I’ll be able to sit tomorrow, but I’m determined to grow/build my glutes. I may be sore, but getting stronger every day!!

I am really loving these 10 minute resistance band glute workouts! The band is awesome for really getting into that area, and I was burning by the end of this 🔥💪It doesn't take much movement to really feel the work. I added this onto the 40 min Shoulders and Abs workout, along with a 10 min quick cardio kickboxing routine after this. It turned out to be a really nice workout, and I am pleasantly fatigued, and feeling the work in my muscles 👍💪😊

I know I'm late to the Transcend program (not that I wasn't exercising regularly, I was focusing on other goals last month), but oh my goodness! I don't know if my glutes are just tired from the day 12 workout (which I was totally pumped for when it posted, Dec 12th was my bday, even though I didn't work the Transcend at the time I still watched all the videos when they came out), but this burner was FIRE! 🔥🔥🔥

If any of you don’t have a resistance band, you can do it bodyweight and it will still burn a lot! I just did it bodyweight right after the 30 minute glute and tabata workout and it BURNED!
