I came across her workouts back in August. Been dealing with a right hip issue so limited on lower body workouts. I do this one and her other one with arms every other day since the second week In August. Been taking pictures weekly, seeing the results. So grateful I came across her!
Me and my little five pound dumbbells had a great time! I love the rest times during the sets. Really lets me set the difficulty level as I go. Great video!
I’ve been working out with Sydney since 2020 and throughout my entire pregnancy. I usually use something 3-5 pounds lighter than what she uses. I’m now 30 weeks pregnant so I’ve been going back to her older videos while she’s on maternity leave. I’m so proud of both myself and Sydney for how much stronger we’ve both gotten in the past 2 years.
I don't usually drop comments, but since the corona lockdown i've been following her step by stop, and my body couldn't show progress more !! she is so real and amazing unlike other trainers !! thank you so much Sydneyyy
I’m a Canadian ZUMBA instructor living in Toronto and I’ve been doing regular strength training three times a week for the last 10 years. I’ve been able to keep teaching my ZUMBA classes over zoom but unfortunately, all my strength training has been in group exercise at the gym. Since the pandemic hit, my strength has really gone down, so did my motivation.😓 I want to thank you Sydney for posting these strength videos. You gave me the motivation to go out and buy dumbbells. Now every morning when I get up I go to your channel to get some strength in; and I feel so much better. The sculpting of my body has come back. I feel like myself again, thanks to you! This is so great!! I really love that each work out is 90 seconds and then we move on to the next workout! That helps me be motivated!! I get so rundown when I do the same things for 4-5 rounds... this is great!! My upper body is burning!!!
That 30 minutes flew by! I love that you include a short stretch at the end and reminders to eat. My only suggestion would be to lower the volume on the intro video!

I have a very small spare room that these and a bench fit perfectly into. Like others mentioned the size of these are a little bigger/longer than traditional weights so they aren’t the perfect solution for everyone. However, if you're looking for a flexible and space saving design for a home workout I’d recommend these.
Thank you Sydney. My wife and I are both 74 and losing strength our arms. We have never worked with weights before but I am sure this is what we need. We only have 3lb weights but are going to get some heavier ones to make it more of a challenge.
Good Morning, I love the key moments listed above. Prior to the workouts, I tend to do a quick scroll through to make sure that I am set up for what I need. I would love to see these incorporated again into your new posted videos. Not sure how much trouble it is. And like others, I also really like to see these older videos compared to your current self. While I would say you have evolved, your workouts were then and remain intense and focused. Thank you
Totally loveddd the entire set.. it got me sweat like a running tap. But it was designed in a well manner so that it doesn't burn out in the middle and encourages you to do the entire set effortlessly but pushing hard at the same time.
I know I've finished this workout before because I already gave it thumbs up, but I did it again today, 8-16-2023. As always, awesome programming, outfit, and stage! I have been using Sydney's workouts for several years now and I have purchased a few calendars and merchandise since then. I can tell you that I have had several people compliment me on my arms! I love this 30 minute workout. I really felt your guidance because when I do the triceps I really don’t pay attention sometimes how I’m doing it, but this time when I did the upper workout, and I really enjoyed all the variation of dumbbells that I used and challenge myself tomake a workout better and to do things correctly which I felt this time. I finally got the triceps down right to help me really work on that area of my arms.

This is still one of my favourite videos I do with you! Thank you Sydney! I have not stepped into a gym. I do all my workouts at home using your videos! I used to hire personal trainers in the past and used gym memberships. Now no need to spend all that money. Just money well spent on dumbells & a yoga mat!
Newbie here. My workout was no weights and then a half-pound (8 oz ) weight. Concentrated on higher reps and technique... still got a burn. Maybe in 6 months I'll get up to 15-pound weights :-). Great workout. Saving to my playlist.
i love sydney. she inspires me to want to be fit and strong and not just skinny. i would have never done an arm workout like this in the past, but now that she's inspired this better mindset, im glad to challenge my body in new ways! and yes, this was a challenge lol me and my baby 5 lb weights were working hard

I love this 30 minute workout. I used to hire personal trainers in the past and used gym memberships. Now no need to spend all that money. Just money well spent on dumbells & a yoga mat!

Newbie here. My workout was no weights and then a half-pound (8 oz ) weight. Concentrated on higher reps and technique... still got a burn. Maybe in 6 months I'll get up to 15-pound weights :-). Great workout. Saving to my playlist.
I just started watching all you work outs I love them. Can you do more without weights no equipments?

i love sydney. she inspires me to want to be fit and strong and not just skinny. i would have never done an arm workout like this in the past, but now that she's inspired this better mindset, im glad to challenge my body in new ways! and yes, this was a challenge lol me and my baby 5 lb weights were working hard

I loved it. First time. I needed a 30 minute. Instead of having to jump around for 30 minutes of exercise. I also like the pace that do you had for each exercise.
