I am an active 74 year old going to be 75 in Sept so I was able to everything except side planks due to shoulder injury and arthritis and did as good of a modification of burpies as I could, but thanks for overall a great workout!

Love these workouts. Stopped doing daily workouts with SC because she now uses too many weights... so for those of us working out at home, without a full rack of weights, these are PERFECT and always a crusher!!! Love these oldies and goodies!
Believe me I started off with the same goal. As you approach these workouts you will begin to think differently. It's not just about being skinny, you will become healthier and start caring about youself more. You will become stronger physically and mentally, and aim for higher goals! However when i was doing this everyday i was eating bad and i didn’t gain weight i actually lost a bit. Im now doing the chloe ting shred(im on day 3) and im seeing changes and ive lost 2 pound xxx
I can't believe how fast this workout flew by - I was enjoying myself so much, I stopped looking at the timer, when I finally noticed it again, I couldn't believe there was only 15m left (I also thought, "YESSS - no burpees today" but, of course, you snuck it in there last minute...& surprisingly, I kinda enjoyed that too!). Tara Brown Beauty I always track my calories with her videos. I have an Apple Watch series 3 and I do it on the HIIT workout and I always burn as much as she does if not after the video I’ll just do burpees until I reach the same or a little more!

Really appreciate how Sydney’s workouts involve calories burned, that really helps especially when (like me) you don’t have a Fitbit or watch to calculate the calories 💕
Maddie Keown the calories she says the workout burns isn’t the same for everyone. Like for me I only burn 200 calories from this workout ( I track with my Apple Watch ) but it depends on weight, height and age
it’s my second day in the row doing this workout and i’m so proud of myself for showing up and giving it my all and actually finishing. I know it’s only been two days but i’m still proud. my goal is to lose 30lbs and i feel like I can actually do this, I crushed it🤩
That’s great! Remember this is an extremely high intensity workout, and it is recommended you do it o more than 2-3 times per week. It will physically exhaust your body if you do it too much. Remember that your health comes first! However, it’s great that you are so determined!

I CRUSHED IT!!! This workout is really reasonable! When I closely thought about giving up, she waked me up immediately. After the jumping workout, my power seemed to reach the limitation, however, it came to the releasing muscles which chilled it out. Thank you for the effective workout!

*¡FOR ANYONE WHO NEEDS RESULTS! I WILL UPDATE EVERYDAY UNTIL I GIVE UP AGAIN* (probably 1 or 2 weeks) Okay.. this is my first time doing any of her workouts, I'm usually a Chloe Ting girl but decided to switch things up. I'm really trying to glow-up before school, so I have 2 months left (my school opens in sept). I'm gonna keep track of my results here. I'm also doing the 30 mins full body fat burn' by Emi Wong and the '30 mins fat burning HIIT workout' by Sydney Cummings as well. I'll be switching between the 3 videos everyday with a rest day on the 7th day. I'm not planning on changing the way I eat. I don't eat 'healthy' foods but I eat around 1,300 kcals a day so I think I'm good. Also to note, intermittent-fasting has become a daily habit for me. I usually eat 2 times a day or once when I know I'm gonna eat something with a lot of kcals, like Chinese, pizza or my famous sweet chill noodles 😚👌. I usually eat my dinner(...or last meal) around 16:00 cause I don't like eating late. I don't drink fizzy drinks only water- infact, I've gotten so used to water that fizzy drinks taste so sweet and disgusting tbh. I did Chloe Tings 2 week shred program a week ago and lost about 1.5 inches off my waist. Hopeful I have a whole transformation by the time I'm done with this🤞 *Current measurement:* HEIGHT - 5'8/9 WEIGHT - 73kg WAIST - 30.5 in. THIGHS - 24.2 in. ARMS - 12 in. HIPS - 39 in. BUST - 37 in. MY BODY TYPE - No way am I skinny. I have fat thighs and a medium sized stomach-- also I have abs but they're *seriously* covered by annoying a55 fat. END GOAL - My goal is to be really fit. I want to have an amazing stamina and I want to be above average strong. For appearance I want to have an hourglass figure, like really small waist with a BUBBLE butt and all. I want my arms, back and legs to look more toned and I want to have rock hard abs with a v-line (v-lines on girls are too freaking sexc 🥵) - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - *DAY 1:* ✔️ -> Today I tried doing 'Pamela Reif's 20 mins full body workout' but I found it too advanced and felt really disappointed in myself because I kept taking breaks. I still finished it tho... But I'm not doing it again. -> I ate a scotch egg, meat pie and a bit of rice for the day. *DAY 2:* ✔️ -> Today I did 'Emi Wong's 30 mins full body fat burn HIIT'. It wasn't that hard maybe moderate but those squat holds and pulse were about to kill me 😓. It honestly went by really fast. Afterwards I was surprised I'd been there for a whole 30mins -> I got up really late, like at 15:00, so I only ate once today. I had a whole frozen pizza which is about 850 kcals and a few side things like onion rings, goujons and mozzarella sticks. SOOO not healthy I know😬 but it was like 1,200 kcals in total. *DAY 3:* ✔️ -> Today, my arms and legs were hurting a little but not a lot. I did the 30mins Workout by Sydney Cummings. It wasn't that bad but it felt more like 30mins than yesterday's. -> I woke up earlier today so I'm gonna eat twice. I̶ ̶t̶h̶i̶n̶k̶.̶.̶.̶ ̶C̶e̶r̶e̶a̶l̶ ̶f̶o̶r̶ ̶b̶r̶e̶a̶k̶f̶a̶s̶t̶ ̶a̶n̶d̶ ̶c̶h̶i̶p̶s̶ ̶f̶o̶r̶ ̶d̶i̶n̶n̶e̶r̶.̶ --Scratch that. I was held captive by Tiktok for about 2 hrs so only one meal today! I had cornflakes, scotch eggs again and some crackers. *DAY 4:* ✔️ -> When I woke up today my back was hurting from yesterday but I can't even recall if I did back exercises. But anyways, I just finished the 40mins workout by Sydney Cummings, it definitely got me looking like I took a bath in oil but it's not like I hated it. -> I woke up late, it's 14:00 right now and I still have to bath so I'm probably gonna eat once today as well.. Imma eat the chips I wanted to eat yesterday. Probably about 1,300 kcals I'm just gonna repeat day 2-4 again, so tomorrow is Emi Wong's workout. *DAY 5:* ✔️ -> My body is still sore but I feel like I've gotten stronger, the exercises were easier and KNOW my stamina has improved. -> Today I ate cornflakes for breakfast and rice for lunch *DAY 6:* ✔️ *Day 7:* Rest day - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - *CHANGE OF PLANS* Apparently it isn't good to do HIIT' workouts for 6 days straight so I'm gonna change my workout schedule. *MON / WED / FRI :* The three HIIT workouts I was already doing *TUE :* Abs *THURS :* Legs & booty *SAT :* Arms (with weights) *SUN :*Rest day I'll be be back on Thursday which is a leg workout. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - *DAY 8:* Resting *Day 9:* ✔️ -> Today I did a 20 mins leg & booty workout. Leg workouts would probably be my second least favourite --right after cardio. I didn't finish any exercise fully but I did most of it. *DAY 10:* ✔️ -> Today was the 40 minutes HIIT.... man I really hate cardio 😭😂 *DAY 11:* ✔️ ->
make sure you’re eating enough to give your body energy to workout. the less we eat intuitively, the more our bodies tend to store fat. I remember trying to lose weight by only eating one meal, drastically cutting back on calories, effectively starving my body of the nutrients I needed to gain healthy muscle and lose body fat! I didn’t see any results and I was so mad because on the days I did binge eat I felt so bloated and fat. Now I eat 3 healthy meals a day and I feel more confident and toned than I ever have. Proud of you for starting this journey for yourself but make sure you don’t make the same mistakes in regards to eating that I did! x

When I was at school my body got so used to not eating through out the day. Now I feel like I rather have 1 big meal that fills me up, than multiple small meals that leave me unsatiated. You are awesome. Really really awesome. When I was 16 I began feeling ashamed of my body and buried myself in drinking and eating disorders to hide it. Taking that approach nearly ruined my life but I finally came around to the decision that you are making at 14. Quit the bad stuff and exercise with compassionate people like this. However when i was doing this everyday i was eating bad and i didn’t gain weight i actually lost a bit. Im now doing the chloe ting shred(im on day 3) and im seeing changes and ive lost 2 pound xxx

Tara Brown Beauty I always track my calories with her videos. I have an Apple Watch series 3 and I do it on the HIIT workout and I always burn as much as she does if not after the video I’ll just do burpees until I reach the same or a little more!
I didn’t take breaks at all and work super hard but only burnt 400!

Maddie Keown the calories she says the workout burns isn’t the same for everyone. Like for me I only burn 200 calories from this workout ( I track with my Apple Watch ) but it depends on weight, height and age

it’s my second day in the row doing this workout and i’m so proud of myself for showing up and giving it my all and actually finishing. I know it’s only been two days but i’m still proud. my goal is to lose 30lbs and i feel like I can actually do this, I crushed it🤩

That’s great! Remember this is an extremely high intensity workout, and it is recommended you do it o more than 2-3 times per week. It will physically exhaust your body if you do it too much. Remember that your health comes first! However, it’s great that you are so determined!

Okay.. this is my first time doing any of her workouts, I'm usually a Chloe Ting girl but decided to switch things up. I'm really trying to glow-up before school, so I have 2 months left (my school opens in sept). I'm gonna keep track of my results here. I'm also doing the 30 mins full body fat burn' by Emi Wong and the '30 mins fat burning HIIT workout' by Sydney Cummings as well. I'll be switching between the 3 videos everyday with a rest day on the 7th day.
I'm not planning on changing the way I eat. I don't eat 'healthy' foods but I eat around 1,300 kcals a day so I think I'm good. Also to note, intermittent-fasting has become a daily habit for me. I usually eat 2 times a day or once when I know I'm gonna eat something with a lot of kcals, like Chinese, pizza or my famous sweet chill noodles 😚👌. I usually eat my dinner(...or last meal) around 16:00 cause I don't like eating late. I don't drink fizzy drinks only water- infact, I've gotten so used to water that fizzy drinks taste so sweet and disgusting tbh.
I did Chloe Tings 2 week shred program a week ago and lost about 1.5 inches off my waist. Hopeful I have a whole transformation by the time I'm done with this🤞
*Current measurement:*
HEIGHT - 5'8/9
WEIGHT - 73kg
WAIST - 30.5 in.
THIGHS - 24.2 in.
ARMS - 12 in.
HIPS - 39 in.
BUST - 37 in.
MY BODY TYPE - No way am I skinny. I have fat thighs and a medium sized stomach-- also I have abs but they're *seriously* covered by annoying a55 fat.
END GOAL - My goal is to be really fit. I want to have an amazing stamina and I want to be above average strong.
For appearance I want to have an hourglass figure, like really small waist with a BUBBLE butt and all. I want my arms, back and legs to look more toned and I want to have rock hard abs with a v-line (v-lines on girls are too freaking sexc 🥵)

-> Today I tried doing 'Pamela Reif's 20 mins full body workout' but I found it too advanced and felt really disappointed in myself because I kept taking breaks. I still finished it tho... But I'm not doing it again.
-> I ate a scotch egg, meat pie and a bit of rice for the day.
*DAY 2:* ✔️
-> Today I did 'Emi Wong's 30 mins full body fat burn HIIT'. It wasn't that hard maybe moderate but those squat holds and pulse were about to kill me 😓.
It honestly went by really fast. Afterwards I was surprised I'd been there for a whole 30mins
-> I got up really late, like at 15:00, so I only ate once today. I had a whole frozen pizza which is about 850 kcals and a few side things like onion rings, goujons and mozzarella sticks. SOOO not healthy I know😬 but it was like 1,200 kcals in total.
*DAY 3:* ✔️
-> Today, my arms and legs were hurting a little but not a lot. I did the 30mins Workout by Sydney Cummings. It wasn't that bad but it felt more like 30mins than yesterday's.
-> I woke up earlier today so I'm gonna eat twice. I̶ ̶t̶h̶i̶n̶k̶.̶.̶.̶ ̶C̶e̶r̶e̶a̶l̶ ̶f̶o̶r̶ ̶b̶r̶e̶a̶k̶f̶a̶s̶t̶ ̶a̶n̶d̶ ̶c̶h̶i̶p̶s̶ ̶f̶o̶r̶ ̶d̶i̶n̶n̶e̶r̶.̶
--Scratch that. I was held captive by Tiktok for about 2 hrs so only one meal today! I had cornflakes, scotch eggs again and some crackers.
*DAY 4:* ✔️
-> When I woke up today my back was hurting from yesterday but I can't even recall if I did back exercises. But anyways, I just finished the 40mins workout by Sydney Cummings, it definitely got me looking like I took a bath in oil but it's not like I hated it.
-> I woke up late, it's 14:00 right now and I still have to bath so I'm probably gonna eat once today as well.. Imma eat the chips I wanted to eat yesterday. Probably about 1,300 kcals
I'm just gonna repeat day 2-4 again, so tomorrow is Emi Wong's workout.
*DAY 5:* ✔️
-> My body is still sore but I feel like I've gotten stronger, the exercises were easier and KNOW my stamina has improved.
-> Today I ate cornflakes for breakfast and rice for lunch

Apparently it isn't good to do HIIT' workouts for 6 days straight so I'm gonna change my workout schedule.

make sure you’re eating enough to give your body energy to workout. the less we eat intuitively, the more our bodies tend to store fat. I remember trying to lose weight by only eating one meal, drastically cutting back on calories, effectively starving my body of the nutrients I needed to gain healthy muscle and lose body fat! I didn’t see any results and I was so mad because on the days I did binge eat I felt so bloated and fat. Now I eat 3 healthy meals a day and I feel more confident and toned than I ever have. Proud of you for starting this journey for yourself but make sure you don’t make the same mistakes in regards to eating that I did! x

When I was at school my body got so used to not eating through out the day. Now I feel like I rather have 1 big meal that fills me up, than multiple small meals that leave me unsatiated.

You are awesome. Really really awesome. When I was 16 I began feeling ashamed of my body and buried myself in drinking and eating disorders to hide it. Taking that approach nearly ruined my life but I finally came around to the decision that you are making at 14. Quit the bad stuff and exercise with compassionate people like this.
