Been doing this workout for a week and a half and I definitely noticed some weight loss on my body especially my belly area. It also gets easier and easier the more you do it. I can do it without taking breaks!

Losing X amount of weight shouldn't be your goal. Doing X amounts of workouts per month is far better. It's all about making high intensity exercise a regular and consistent part of your life. Losing weight just happens along the way!

I'm literally so out of shape.. but I'm working on it and trying to hold myself accountable to change the things I want. I'm currently 260 pounds. Doing this was pretty difficult but manageable for my body. The lunges are the hardest for me. With me being so heavy I cant really bend my knees as far as I would like to get that complete lunge form. But I will stay consistent with working on it and not let that discourage me. I know that I just get better with time, so thank you for this video. This is where I'm beginning 😊

I cried at the end of this video, because I finally found an exercise that pushes me and that I can do even with my injuries I’ve had for years. They were tears of joy and accomplishment. This video is SO GOOD!!

Hey you will! I never thought I would either, I joined an aerial yoga work out studio, they do these sorts of work out, I got so toned and so lean in three months. I turned up at that studio 4-5 times a week. One of those days was for yoga. My body transformed I was in shock I could ever look like that. The studio changed their times, they also didn’t have air condition and I sold my car . Many reasons why I couldn’t go. So now watching these you tube clips , I noticed the work outs are the same , just different set ups. I now know work outs take patience and live a healthy balanced life.

This was wonderful! Low-impact strength training that got me dripping sweat like a HIIT workout! Not to mention, that cool-down was ahhhh-mazing! Love this trainer, love this workout, love this cool down- I am coming back for more!

Sophie M For me that was over 200 during the actual exercise. Of course, One of the great things about strength training is the extra calories you burn post workout, Great work out, I will definitely do this again, perhaps with heavier weights. (I used 8s for this round)

I remember exercising with this video 15 months ago, this was a day or two after my doctor told me that she was going to put me on cholesterol and diabetes RX. I told her not to prescribe me any RX and that i knew what to do to get my health back on track. I watched this video and felt great. I’ve been working out now for 15 months and wanted to watch this video again because this reminds me of the first day that I started working out. This video will always be special to me. ❤

This workout works!!! I've lost 14 lbs with doing this 2-3 times a week. Never more than 3. Even if you don't lose weight, this workout changes how your body looks. It has been a game changer for me! I do use the modified versions for the plank moves and it's still effective. This is a keeper ❤❤❤
With just 2 or 3 videos of pop sugar lost this last year like 10 kg by doing it 4-5 times per week. Love them! Now mi healthier and stronger than I ever was❤

This was a great full body strength training video! Great instructor and good combo moves.
I used 15 lb. weights and added in a few more cardio movies and abs at the end, and then some more stretching. So a total of 43 minutes, avg HR 130, approx calories burned 285.

When I first did this workout I had to do the step lunges that was almost a month ago... Now I'm jump lunging ALLL THE WAAAAY. Also now I like to do a 10minute jump rope drill before I do this workout to start with my heart rate increased. Killer🔥🔥🔥🔥

Popsugar exercises actually changed my daily routine! My body, mind...the whole existence. It was a hard first year in the medical university. I’m a beginner so cardio for beginners and core exercises were the best for my body. I did them for 8-9 days I think (every day). My body became stronger and I feel my muscles. It helped me with the pain due to scoliosis. Thanks for bringing great trainers and posting videos!

The workout was OK, I am fit enough so I didn't find it difficult but what annoyed me a lot is the repetitive "ha ha ha" and laughing all the time and all the "wow"..

Same! I do it 3 times a week and I've started losing weight again. I had been in stalled for months and my body is changing! I'm getting that hourglass shape back and My clothes are fitting so loose on me.

This workout literally gave me muscle in my arms after using 15 pound weights and doing it for like 2 or 3 months. I haven’t workout and Ive gained weight since I last did this but I can still flex and I have some muscle I’m tryna get my muscle back and my arms nice.
For those of us who are a lot larger and can’t do the floor work in the beginning any suggestions? I just marched in place 🤷🏿♀️
I really wish she wouldn't talk so much about "pain." Good exercise doesn't have to hurt. (In fact, this workout didn't hurt.) People in the fitness industry need to stop thinking of fitness as a war against the body. Exercise is not a punishment for eating.

The body hates you. the more weight you lose, the more it wants to go back to your original weight. It lowers your metabolism when you cut calories. Even the brain forces you to not care (lack of motivation is a side effect of working out). Your body needs to be disciplined. War is not to far from the truth.
Ladies I did 20 minutes and I died. This is a whole other level 😂😂😂 thanks though for the motivation . Will do this again tomorrow.

I'm pretty new to working out, help! I can't stop rocking side to side when I do the plank and weight lift. I've tried going on my knees but I don't feel any burn in my body when I do. What am I doing wrong?!
that happened to me at first too. i've started to do them more slowly and try to concentrate on keeping my core straight instead of trying to do them fast. i hope this helps!

And then started on 10 minute strength training because I heard it was important for health in these times. I was able to complete this whole video because of determination and stress relief. This was perfectly timed! Just last night I was thinking about cardio with some strength training and then when I logged onto my laptop this morning, this video popped up so I did it as part of my workout today. I’m 14, trying to lose 40 lbs! My highest weight was 165! I went down to 161, and now i’m 151 after trial and LOTS of error. I’ve been mainting my weight for a month but i got more weight to lose so i’m gonna get my diet together, do this workout 3 times a week, and dance for 46 mins 2 times a week! I’ll be updating if i remember

I started eating disorder recovery today and I'm trying to reverse my diet by slowly upping my calories by 50 each week and strength building to work my muscles. It's going to be a long process, but a worth it one. A lot of people do All in, but I'm trying to get my metabolism back in shape first.

I love this workout but weight training always makes me fear I'm doing something wrong that damages my body, especially my back, so I feel paranoid throughout the whole workout :c I really want to start doing weight training besides the usual cardio and bodyweight training, though, so it's quite frustrating
TheAvrilLavigneProject using a low weight dumbbell is pretty much the best way to combat that anxiety ! That way you can focus on form initially and then slowly work up with higher weights :)

Putting the ads in the middle of the video multiple times really ruins the workout and takes you out of the moment. Will not do this video again bc of that.
