did this yesterday.. I was dripping sweat half way through. I used 10lb weights because that's what i'm comfortable with, but this thing kicked my butt. My legs, booty and arms are all feeling it today. I'm keeping this one in my rotation.. it's amazing!!!
I love this workout. Did it for the first time today and felt like I burnt tons. I love Anna commenting on the back. Even her got worn out and that encouraged me all along, made me feel like I was doing it right and not the only one who got out of breath so fast right at warmup. We need more videos like this. Did this video all during covid. Will get you in shape in no time. Works all major muscles. Challenging but lots of fun. Even now as a personal trainer, this is my go-to when I don't want to think about putting anything together.
As a man, I must say that this is a total 'KILLER' workout! This is DEFINITELY one of my favorites! I am pouring with sweat and loved every minute of it! Not knowing what I was actually in for, I decided to try this with my 10 lb dumbbells...which worked out perfectly. Goodness, the circuits with the weights became more challenging when repeating each circuit. The mountain climbers got me midway through the 2nd and 3rd circuits because my arms were gassed out. After about a 5-10 second break, I was able to jump back in and finish strong.
I absolutely LOVE this workout. It includes most of my favorite moves like hip bridges and dead lifts, it works out the entire body. I am drenching sweat right now. I can do this workout every day.
This has become my go-to hard thank you you ladies for bringing this to the screen. I Allie is a great trainer and by the way I love Anna's comments, so keep it comin lady!🤣

Anna helps the trainer to let people what's important to know while doing certain moves, and sometimes the trainer forgets to show alternative moves if some are not easy to follow, Anna does help a lot while the train may focus on something much but forgets about sharing some information. If you follow popaugar long enough, you will know that.
Also, if people don't like Anna, don't follow popsugar. Go somewhere else where you're not irritated by a trainer's comments. Just a suggestion. I think she's awesome and so is Popsugar. I bust my a$$ with their workouts and it pays off!!!
By far my go to. I've gotten amazing results from doing this workout the last two years. I workout 5-6 times a week. I do this workout still about two to three times a week. Gets all the major areas of the body that needs conditioning. Cardio portion perfect too.
I did this workout last night it was fantastic. I was pouring off with sweat and it really worked my cardiovascular and respiratory system. I love this workout! I'm a beginner & after the first circuit I felt ready to lie down BUT with the little water breaks and the encouragement to remember why I'm doing this in the first place I completed the whole thing and I feel great. I feel challenged, great amount of sweater 30 mins and all my muscles feel worked. Also every move counts which is awesome! Thank you!

Love this quick session. Difficult and sore the next day but fun moves and instructors to make me want to come back the next day. Right now this is 2 days a week for me paired with other full body workouts.

Did the whole 30 mins without missing an exercise on the first go, which is huuuge since I rarely follow through with anything other than my ‘everyday vids’ i use. One word, this workout will have you- s-w-e-a-t-y! Great video, thanks for the workout ❤️

I’ve been using this workout for years! I love it on avg burns about 400 calories which is pretty cool. It’s also a full body blaster in half the time with weights too! Perfect if you’re trying to get in shape or even stay in shape. Weight lifting and cardio is the winning combo 💓

I haven't done this one in a long time and oh my gosh I was dripping sweat by the end! I only had to stop in the middle of the mountain climbers! That move is great, but challenging! This was a great, sweaty, and challenging workout!
I really like this workout and the exercises with exception to mountain climbers.. I modify by doing no impact mountain climbers with my feet on towels (tile floor). Paper plates work for this modification if you're on carpet.
I love workouts like these. I would love to see more strength training workouts with possibly heavier dumbbells. If you guys did something like cross training on this channel then that would be awesome :). I really appreciate what you guys do. You have helped me so much in my fitness journey. It's not about just losing weight, but making a life style out of it. Your positive energy helps motivate me. Thank you so much for all the videos you make and everything you do.

PopSugar Fitness is quickly becoming my very favorite series. Great guest trainers and I really enjoy Anna's comments. The one thing I suggest is to watch the whole "now we're gonna..." and "let's go ahead and..." that way too many guest trainers have. It's not only very distracting, but it's the equivalent of saying, "um" and "uh" every other word. These fitness trainers are clearly very intelligent and creative individuals and letting them get away with word spam is really as much of a disservice to them as it is to us viewers.

Bravo! This might almost be described as low-impact, which is great considering my wonky lower back. The arm circuit was perfect - I enjoyed how arm weights were incorporated into most of the moves. The pace was spot-on; I felt like Goldilocks, not too fast, not too slow...just right. I'm saving this to my workout folder! 🙌🏼💪🏼
