I am on the floor of my room, tiredly typing you this after relunctantly starting your workout and so glad i'm writing this after the timer hit the zero mark instead of halfway through. I have hypothyroidism so it's asking for the impossible to get up, put on my sports bra and actually committing to finish this half an hour. I've been doing various pop sugar workouts and even if I feel like my weight hasn't changed a bit, the workouts seem easier to me. Thank you @popsugarfitness. I love the motivation and keep it up

Phenomenal workout, great instructor. I live in an apartment and work out at home barefoot on a yoga mat out of consideration for my neighbors below me. The impact was just enough to be intense, but not enough to hurt my feet or shake the entire building. I did end up modifying a few things, especially the walking burpee toward the end- I just didn't get it. Overall, enjoyed this workout and will add it to my regular rotation.
Crikey I'm sweating and my body feels like jelly. I just about made it through to 30 mins. I didn't quite burn 300 calaories, more like 177. But its defeniltly worth it!! Thankyou Anna for this workout. You are very lovely and very motivating!! My body will be nice n toned for the summer!!
Hate sweat but..... this dripping sweat is so worth it!! Love these workouts! Really enjoy the circuits that combine strength with/without weights and cardio. Anna makes it fun too, knowing she's killing it with you helps a lot!
I love this one for a quick at home workout! Makes me sweat but goes by quickly and doesn't get too repetitive or boring :) According to my fitness watch it only burned 140 calories, even though I did no modifications, but better than nothing 😊

I really love this one! I tried to do the modified burpee with adding an alternating bicep curl with my weights each time I squat, it was very effective! But I missed your cool down at the end, it is so nice when you do them Anna! But still I loved your video, you bring joy and happiness in my day! thank you very much!

All these videos are really good, they are becoming part of my routines. Im a male and I'd cut all parts that make butt bigger because I don't like that for me and I already have it that way. Now what I'd like to see are more dancing videos for those days I feel like training but not so extreme. Keep posting! thanks!
This was a good one! Although if you're a women at an avg weight/height it will almost definitely not burn 300 calories! My Fitbit Charge 2 said it burned 215.
Awesome 30 minute workout! Not too hard on the knees (if you do the moves right) - so I can do it on the days I don't run, without risking knee injuries.
Great sweat! I was a little disappointed that I only burned 144 calories, but I understand that everyones calorie burn will be different depending on how hard they push-it or how heavy their choice of weights is. I chose to use 5lb dumbbells as I have a wrist and tennis elbow injury. I am however super sweaty and am very happy I choose to do this workout today!

Thanks for this wonderful workout! I even had heartrate 170 at one moment (didn't quite remember on which particular exercise) :) Anna, you are a wonderful motivator, I do believe you when you talk about celebrating strength :) Cardio is the best antidepressant ever!
This video is great! She keeps your heart rate up the entire time! If you only have 30 minutes, I would definitely suggest this one but make sure you leave yourself a few minutes to stretch afterwards because there's no cool down.
