I’ve been doing popsugar workouts for around a month now and it has REALLY strengthened my body and mental health. I used to do these boring programs on apps all alone and bringing this kind of social energy into my workouts really helps

I'm a beginner and really enjoyed this! I can confirm 24 hours later that I am struggling to sit lol.
This is second time iv done this workout. I have arthritis and I find the low impact workouts are great for me when I'm not great and able to do my usual exercise. Keeps me moving and great fun. Well done guys

The beginning of this workout had my heart rate through the roof! Some of the intense workouts don’t get my heart rate up like that. I approve 👌🏽

Everyone is complaining about his 'sweetheart' comments when it says in the description that they are married. Sure it might be little annoying but it is not as if they are making out on camera. It is a great workout and the crews energy made all the more fun!
Really. Affectionate without being smarmy. Good vibe among all 3 of them - you can tell they are having fun, which just makes the workout better.
It seems to me like that's a part of their brand. It sets them apart from other videos.

Have been giving my sore knees a break , so was trying to figure out where and how to do HIT without my knees paying the price. What a great workout!!! Going into my regular routine!

Love this ‘low intensity’ where I worked harder than some hiit workouts 😊. Only thing to improve would be a cool down without the rollers for those without. Thanks

How many pounds did u lose? Was this vid effective I’m stuck at 174lbs as a 17 year old girl and I’m trying to lose and be at 135-140 for healthy weight😭
Weight loss comes from changing the foods you eat (no simple carbs or starches, lots of fiber/veg/proteins/healthy fats), timing of eating (no snacks; 12-14 hours overnight fast). Ignore calories. Exercise is a bonus and can help metabolism, but alone doesn't contribute to weight loss.

This was a great low-impact workout! I had to move upstairs for exercise this morning because the rest of my family were occupying the first floor, and I didn't want to follow a high-impact, jump-heavy workout. This class really works the legs, arms, and core. I didn't have a resistance band, so I follow Dani's modifications during the arm sequence, but if I practiced this class again I would introduce some light hand weights (3 to 5 pounds). No foam roller, so I performed a few yoga stretches to cool down.
Just what I was looking for! I'm trying to do low-impact things as I've just healed some mild tendonitis in my foot, and this workout was perfect. Intense and my foot remained very comfortable. :)
Yessss completed the entire workout in one go! Improving slowly!

I love these low resistance cardio workouts! The perfect complement if you're doing workouts with lots of jumping. Gives you a break but still a good workout.

💪🏾 Great low-impact workout! 😅🦵🏾🔥 I was sweating buckets and feeling the burn on my thighs and legs! Like Justin said, "Low-impact doesn't mean low intensity." I didn't have a resistance band, so I follow Dani's modifications during the arm sequence. I also didn't have foam roller, but it was still a great workout. Justin & Taylor are such a cute couple! I did their workouts a few times before and they always bring that infectious energy! Thanks, Justin & Taylor and Popsugar 😊❤

Love the fast pace of this workout and that in 30 minutes I had a real workout. Highly recommend for those who need a low impact workout b/c of injuries such as plantar fasciitis, but also recommend for anyone injured or not!

I'm just getting back into exercise and I found this challenging but uplifting. I couldn't do everything but I will build on it. It was nice not to have to bounce around I I really LOVE squats so that was my favourite part and my thighs are on fire, but in the best way! Thanks guys x

I come back to this video at least once/month. I love the low impact when I don't feel like jumping around, and the moves are effective.

Apart from that I enjoyed the video! Would like more 'low impact' videos to appreciate the fact that a lot of us who want low impact want it because we've got bad knees... for which things like squats and lunges hurt like hell. Maybe some modifications for future videos because you present really well.
The foam rolling wasn't really part of the workout. Its a rehab stretch post-workout practice. They probably should have made it seem more like a bonus and not part of everything. But yes everyone should foam roll. So good for you!
Nicely done! I'm adding this workout to my favorites list.
Even though I didn't have the resistance bands nor the foam at the end, it was a great workout, I used light free weights instead of no weight in that part and felt it.
So glad you enjoyed our workout!!! The burn is there whether you use bands our weights!! heh!

I have had eleven knee surgeries since I was a teenager and now have three herniated discs in my back, so I wanted a good workout that wouldn't hurt me. I made it the whole way through and used resistance bands. When I finished I was super excited. And no pain in either "bad" area. Will definitely be using this workout regularly.

this workout is amazing. and the trainer is amazing as well! I love doing this workout for when I decide to do leg and booty day at home and I want a great warm up or when I decide I just want a quick GREAT workout. definitely feel this one no matter how many times I do it! I don't even have the bands. I just use two 5 pound weights and I still feel that burn. wonderful quick workout

Thank you, this video gave me new ways to use my bands! Recreating a ton of free weight exercises with them was really great for me to take away and learn. I cried a little when you said alternating lunges with a knee lift as fast as I could was active recovery haha, I gotta up my game there no doubt!
Perfect and absolutely low impact! For those who say it’s not low impact, there is no jarring jumps in this. Which means it’s low impact. Knees can hurt for a lot more reasons than just impact. Excellent workout!

Absolutely looooved this workout! I Didn't have the bands so I used my weights instead. Didn't have the leg band so I used ankle weights. Didn't have the foam roller so I just did some yoga moves! I am sweating and feel great. Definitely one of my favorite workouts from popsugar so far.
The main guy reminds me of the gogo dancers at the abbey, and YES that's a compliment!!! Amazing body.

I don't have any equipment with me so can I just do this workout without equipment?
A heads up:
2 months ago I started doing this workout 3 times a week and I've REALLY felt the difference BUT... this one week I had a lot of work to do at the office, and my shoulders started to hurt like hell. Nothing helped; if anything, the pain got worse. Long story short, I stopped doing planks, and the pain vanished within a couple of days (using Salonpas patches the first two nights).
For modification i just repeat single leg skaters and leg lifts.
i feel the burn... i love it....you did the great job...please post more like this...
So I tried this but it took me an hour to finish but I can assure you it’s really good!!
Due to being quarantined I lost a lot of stamina and had shortness of breath while doing basic tasks . And my shortness of breath improved drastically after doing it once . I’m just so happy with this result !!!

Absolutely fantastic workout, I have bad knees and joints and I just had trouble a couple of times, and he says, if you have trouble follow Danny, and that did it. It hurts parts of my body I didnt know It could hurt...it was wonderful!!!!!!!!

Please create another LIT class like this. I find the upper body exercises with the bands very useful. Haven’t found any other classes that offer this option.

Don't be fooled by the "Low Impact" title - this was hard work and I am sweating so much! I don't have resistance bands so used two 2KG dumbells - worked really well! I couldnt do the end stretches as I didn't have the foam roll thing but a great work out.
Was not feeling to work out and I did this workout and i was tired after the first 4 mins and my muscles were crying after the workout. This workout killed me. Thank you for the workout

This was a great workout for me as I rehab a hip injury. I was able to modify when I couldn't keep up but still get a great workout. My arms feel stronger already!

Hi, thanks for the workout! I was a bit confused in the beginning as to what a low intensity workout is and what the "isolation stage" would be. It would be helpful if there was maybe a sentence or two to explain what the audience is in for. Otherwise I was tempted to click away and find a workout that was more direct. Also, trying to speak to the girl who is modifying and the girl who is not in the same manner would help the audience feel equal and that one isn't better than the other. I think everyone is striving not to modify in general. Anyways, those were just some thoughts I had, other people may have perceived it differently. Thank you so much to PopSugar for providing these free workouts. Looking forward to the return of Anna!
Thank you for trying our workout!! We are Low Impact training, but very high intensity. The isolation stage is the point when your muscles have been preexhauhsted (or warmed up to reduce risk of injury) and we begin to isolate individual muscles!! Sorry for the confusion!! xo
