    In this workout we use booty bands, resistance bands, and foam rollers in the cooldown section. But don't worry, you will still be worked without them.

    Loved this workout and I rarely ever comment, so I mean it! As someone who sticks primarily to high impact cardio and HIIT routines and heavier weights, this was a much needed change to something low impact with bodyweight. Time to give the joints a break! Don't be fooled by the low impact title/description with this one - the sweat was dripping, heart was pumping non-stop and muscles were burning. Burned a ton of calories (in my 40s and very close calorie burn to my hardest boxing workouts), trainers were great, time flew by and my body felt relieved afterwards! Can't wait to see more workouts from this great LIT Method duo!

      N B right!!! I’m going to be 40 in a few days and I usually do high cardio/HIIT type stuff- so this thing was a shock!! I had a max HR at what I get with my high cardio ones! Which totally blew my mind! I wasn’t in peak heart rate quite as long but I wasn’t expecting to get up that high with this! And not a single burpee? Or star jump? Or pop squat?? Whaaaaat!??? Lol! This thing was AMAZING! Love it! Although I have a feeling I won’t be able to walk tomorrow! Lol!

      I love this work out and have done it a ton of times! I love the chemistry of the personalities that make it fun and interesting and still get a good workout. It’s hard to find a low impact workout that will actually make me sweat! Keep up the great work.

    Why do people feel the need to complain about FREE workouts? Especially free workouts from PROFESSIONAL TRAINERS?! This workout will make you sweat and will get your heart rate up. Thumbs up from me.

    Absolutely LOVE the resistance band section! I don't usually comment on videos, but I've been dealing with a back injury for the past month or so, and have been looking for ways to strengthen those muscles to speed up my recovery and prevent it from happening again. I can already tell that these kinds of exercises will definitely help a lot!

    I am 7 months postpartum and I have been doing yoga for 67 days now but as a former athlete I felt like I was missing something, and now I know that something was cardio. This workout is a butt kicker but I absolutely love it. I am incorporating it into every day this week, it doesn't get boring. I don't have he foam roller, so I am substituting with just stretching. I burn over 600 calories each time I do this. Ill come back to this workout to let you know what I drop at the end of the week! These workouts kick my postpartum blues to dust. From the bottom of my heart thank you guys!

    I was looking for a work out for those days I can make at the gym, and this is awesome. I knew 30 minutes low impact work out and this one is even better. I was like sweating a LOT, and at the same time not very hard to do, and the time was just flying... Thank you.

    This is one of my favorite workouts! Low impact but high intensity. I complete the routine in chunks (anyone who can follow this video all the way through at one time, hats off!), but it's always a challenge. Thanks, Anna R. and Pop Sugar. I really like your exercise videos!

    Loved this one! Very well balanced and a very good warm up. Most of the aerobics programs we see practically have no warm up. I'm a physical therapist and I use a lot of your moves in my Practice. Thank you and keep up the great work! ⛹️

    This workout is absolutely perfect! I love-hate every bit of it :D It's challenging and still protects my joints, gets every muscle and I looooove the foam rolling at the end! Justin and Taylor are great. I also love their other workouts on popsugar.

    This is such a great low impact (a must for my sleeping babies) but high intensity workout that engages your ENTIRE body. Just what I was looking for. You can easily scale up or down depending on your fitness levels (video gives you ideas) and I love that they incorporate a cool down AFTER the 45 minutes so you know you're getting a solid 45 minutes of elevated heart rate plus the oh so important cool down. This is going in my weekly routine. Thanks popsugar!

    This was challenging and I loved it! However, I had SIX ads interrupt this video. I have been doing Popsugar workouts for a couple years and this has never happened. I'm really disappointed.

    This is so good. I am rehabbing from an ACL surgery and so many of the HITT workouts have a lot of jumping in them that I cant do right now. What a great way to get a burn on. Thanks!

    Thank you for this workout! I have osteoarthritis in my ankles among knee and feet problems and this had me working hard and dripping in sweat! It is so great to find a low impact workout that made me feel great and keep my body safe. I love you guys, wish you were here in NC! Thank you a million times! Plus this 45 minutes flew by, it was awesome!

    I love this workout and I love the chemistry other personalities making it fun and interesting and still be a great workout. I am 74 and have some issues from doing high impact all my life. It’s been hard to find a low impact workout that actually makes me sweat! I love it! Keep up the good work.

    Low impact does not mean you wont sweat! This was a fantastic workout, I've been doing Beachbody on Demand for almost 2 years now & decided to start saving money & trying something new & these Popsugar workouts have been fantastic! Also everyone needs a foam roller! So inexpensive & it hurts so good!

    This was awesome for hyper-mobile joints! High intensity, full range of motion without impact to compromise stability. I used a blue theraband in place of their bands (PT had me at that resistance for the some of the same exercises so I'll stick with it)

    I keep going back to this workout when I don't feel like working out. Definitely very effective and enjoyable. I normally turn on background music but I don't want to. I receive a very positive response from listening to him. I've been complemented on my quads, which really pop in a lean way after doing this. But you can really notice it all over. I hope he will release more like this because I don't ever want to get bored from doing it. Maybe one like this but more challenging..? Popsugar please!! :)

    Thanks for this wonderful section in teaching me how to follow through your routines. I have tried many video as well in which to tell you the truth you just happened to nailed it off right away. I have kept up with it for awhile. Zumba 💪 rock on all the way.
