    OMGLUTES!!!! I did this workout and I love doing long cardio, but I have to say this one really kicked my GLUTES! I was trying so hard to keep up and I did it!!!!! I want to give props to all the girls in this video for making it look so effortless and I am over here struggling to stand and keep my legs up. If you really want to workout your glutes to the fullest I highly recommend this one. Thank you POPsugarfitness 😙

    My respect for ballerinas just increased like 1000%. I did this as a "break workout" in between tabata days. Lol forever! So intense, yet you guys make it look effortless. Even the pregnant one!

    I'm trying to decide if I want to do this today or tomorrow! I'm quite sore! this is my second day doing home workouts. the gym gets a bit boring. also I lost 84lbs in a year 💓

      I quit the gym about 4-5 years ago when I worked out 9 hours (!) per week. Now I workout only 3.5-4 hours a week (about 30 min per day & sometimes 1 hour) at home and I'm more fit than when I took classes at the gym. Thanks to Pop Sugar Fitness and Les Mills on Demand.

      I really want to lose some weight doing all those home workouts, but I always lose all the motivation. That's my problem. I can do it for one or two weeks, and that's all. I don't know how to change that :(.

      My "policy" has been that I have to open a workout video and I can't click away until I've done it (I do have to pause the video to get into the right clothes though). I don't always have the motivation to do it either, but I would be mad at myself if I didn't do the workout at that point - I mean the video is loaded and ready to go for me :) Maybe something to try - once you finish the workout you'll be happy you did it! Good luck!

    Love this. First work out I've done in a long while. Years. I've been so embarrassed by how out of shape I am that I just don't work out even though I love it. THIS was life. I could do everything without feeling ashamed of how out of shape I am. And it made me feel at home and like I was back in the ballet studio. Love this. Bring on more just like it.

    This is right up there with the 30-minute Selena Gomez workout & the 30-minute Cardio Dance ModelFIT workout. So good, under an hour & no equipment needed. I heart you POPSUGAR Fitness 💘

    I’m recovering from covid so I’m exhausted very easily.
    This was perfect! Not too hard - just enough to make my muscles burn a bit without making me lose my breath or get dizzy. Thanks for this one!! :)

    I did this workout but I struggled with the glute workout. My supporting legs were burning more than the one doing the work. I have never felt a burn like this before. Am going to repeat this for awhile until I do them without having to rest frequently. Thanks PopSugar

      it's normal that you also feel the burn in the supporting leg. Your supporting leg does not move, has to keep the balance and is supporting all your weight which is increased by the motion of your other leg.

    I am planning on having another baby and I LOVE that I can just follow Anna here while she’s expecting. My last pregnancy I gained so much weight and I wanna do things different this time. Great job Anna! Looking great!!

    I've done this so many times and its STILL so difficult and challenging. I love how you can get such a good workout but also work so much on flexibility AND stregnth- all at the same time. One of the best on Popsugar!!

    This was great. Romi has a gracefulness that, in my opinion, can rarely be obtained outside of ballet exercises. I see beauty from our Creator in this. Thank you. I wish there were more with Romi than this one. Enjoy!

    Came here during pandemic lockdown searching for a killer from my previous workout since I still felt some energy left, did the warm up and that just did it! OMG this is killer. I will definitely will be back to complete it. Loved this. I barely cant believe all these workouts are for free to people. You do so much good. Thank you Anna and all the crew!!!

    A bit of cardio, a bit of booty burn (and I mean BURNNN OMG), a lot of balancing. The day after my glutes were slightly sore (less than I expected) and my OBLIQUES were sore. Did not see that coming! All those leg lift balances really work the sides of your torso!

    Loved this workout!! As a New mom (10 months PP) What used to work for fitness goals, doesn’t work anymore! And I don’t have time to go to a pure barre class! This is perfect for a SAHM!
    Definitely took advantage of this during nap time! And I’m SO glad I did!! I could feel muscles engaging, and was dripping in sweat!! The 40min went by super fast!!
    I’ve actually created a playlist on my channel with barre workouts!! That are public! And most are from POPSUGAR!!

    I needed a low impact workout I could manage through some joint and body pain. This was definitely low impact, but high on effort and cardio! Avg HR 121, burned 243 calories. Next time I'll need a cushion under my knees for that glut isolation part.

    I did ballroom dance in my late teens-early 20s so I thought I had this. Hah… Man was this a challenge! This was one of the best barre workouts I’ve seen online. My hamstrings are so sore. Thanks for the great burn, sweat, and stretch. 💕

    popsugar’s barre classes always kick my butt (literally. my butt! ow!). i always click on barre workouts when i want something “easier”... but thanks to popsugar, barre workouts tend to be just as hard as the HIIT workouts i do!

    Wow this workout will definitely make you work from home! I burned a little over 300 cals with this one. Anna is a goddess for doing this pregnant! I found it hard to stay stable for some of these, so I recommend doing this one with a wall or something else to brace yourself nearby

    This was sooo much fun & I felt the glutes burning at all time! I love trying workouts that are similar to barre, so this one was amazing! For those who are curious, my apple watch says I burned 308 active calores & 372 total calories.

    I loved this workout. It was a bit of everything but also nothing was too difficult or complex to follow. It is also great having different sizes and abilities to follow, much everything much easier and much more enjoyable!

    I can't wait to give this a try tomorrow. I love PopSugar​ workouts combined with Yoga with Adriene I'm definitely seeing a difference.
    Update: This is not an easy workout, and you will definitely sweat. I thought I wouldn't, but I was wrong.

    Awesome workout! I was not expecting my whole body to burn like that. This workout was definitely out of my comfort zone, but I’m glad i did it. On my Apple Watch I burned 250 active calories and 306 total calories! Work that booty!

    this workout was awesome but for the glute section, i had to alternate between my legs so that i could get through it and finish. will definitely do this one again! :)

    Oh my god........ this killer workout torches the calories. And buckets of sweat coming from my body during the exercise. And thank you sooo much Anna mam 😍😍😍😍i love you......... and i love your workouts .this Anna's popsugar fitness workouts are really helping to me to loose my weight. I have loosed 6 kgs in 23 days with your all exercises. I'm doing all your workouts. Two to three times for a day. My actual weight is 66 and i have already loosed 6 kgs in last month . and i want to loose another 12 kgs in 2 months total 18 kgs loosing is my target. Do more new videos for me plsssss😀😀😀😀😀😀

    As a runner, this may be the most painful workout ever haha my glutes and hamstrings are so tight all the time, hoping this will help me strengthen as well as increase my flexibility!

    Loved it! But this stretching at the very end with the type of lounges what me soo lost and confused, I did what I can! But it's hard to understand where the leg and foot goes.

    OMG! I used to have good
    physical condition, but i injuried my ankle and did nothing for the past 6 months... I thought this would be good to get back into movement, like intense but possible... I was totally wrong... This was INTENSE AND I ALMOST DIE lol. The good thing is that when thiis hapen I wanna come back over and over until I make it better and better. I ejoyed this a lot and you girls make it very fun :D Love this
