    About Jacquelyn Umof (aka Action Jacquelyn):
    Jacquelyn is an international yoga and fitness trainer, educator, speaker, and founder of her two online training programs - Get Stretchy, a yoga therapy stretching program, and the Stretchy Fit App, a yoga-fitness monthly membership app helping women gain flexibility, strength and confidence at home. She’s a former ballerina, NBA Laker Girl, ballroom dancer and celebrity fitness trainer. However, in her career she found herself suffering from crippling anxiety and panic attacks. This led her down a path to discover a natural solution to her suffering instead of medication. After one of her first yoga experiences, Jacquelyn found that when she became present in her body the anxiety went away. The anxiety couldn’t survive in the present moment. After this pivotal moment, she realized she had the least anxiety when she had the most mind-body connection. This has inspired Jacquelyn’s work after her transformative breakthrough experience. Jacquelyn is passionate about educating people on the importance of stretching and how it builds a better, stronger relationship with their body and mind.

    I workout no matter what feeling I think I have I really fake it to make it . A workout in severe pain ,a workout with real pouring rain, a workout just to go to the store then a workout to make the correct nutrition choices while everyone else but me eats wrong

    My first Action Jacquelyn Body Barre workout, and I did the whole thing, just not with weights! So my goal will be to add the weights as soon as I feel strong enough. I am 64 years old, but I've been exercising since I was at least 25 years old. What I LOVE about the ballerina barre workouts is that I can get a cardio workout w/o jumping, as I also have osteoporosis. Plus, as you age, your body loses its tone, and these workouts will definitely help me to gain back and then maintain my tone. Thank you so much for your wonderful workouts that make me feel healthy, alive, and pretty -- like the inner ballerina that I believe is inside all of us!!!

    A bit late to the party with this series & only a few days into my barre 'journey' but omg I've completely fallen in love with this!     I’m really loving these workouts!!! Thank you for getting to the point, moving though the moves quickly and not being annoying 🤭😬 seriously though a lot of instructors talk too much or really overdo it with “ motivation” to the point it becomes distracting. I love that I’m in and out! And I also love you break it down in to 10s it does help with getting through it ☺️Lastly your humbleness is also really refreshing!

    First thing i did in the morning after bringing my kids to school I did day three of your body barre bootcamp , and it really brought up my heartrate 🥵! After a cold shower I still feel hot 😂🤪but thankful that I showed up to the work for my body and mind. Also I am grateful for the workouts you bring to us, for free 🙏

    Today's workout reminded me of the 30-days six-pack abs challenge and Barre sculpting leg challenge. Those were tough but the best part is you always help us to get through the tough moves. I love your in-between workout talks. Now I am not feeling my legs but it is worth it 💪❤

    Who woulda thought ballet could burn like this! Been doing A.J.’s workouts for a bit now and love them. I love getting a full on cardio workout with no/low impact while strengthening/toning. I’m a multi-tasker! The other day I did one of her newer workouts and I loved it even more - because the intervals were timed instead of counting. And though I know big-picture the workout is timed, the miscounting drives me crazy! I naturally start counting reps in my head, but when AJ jumps back in, it’s always wrong. =) I know, it’s a silly thing. Also want to mention…a couple months ago there were a couple moves I couldn’t do in a workout (one of her other ones), and when I did it the other day, to my great surprise, I did them both!! Strength is definitely increasing. Thank you!

    My abs were feeling it from yesterdays workout. Tomorrow it will be the legs. Just as I started doing the work out, my migraine of 2 days started to lift some!!!! A little essential oils along with my sweat gave me the motivation to move my body that does not want to bend. Thanks for day 3

    Aside from these specific moves, is there anything that I can do to increase my range of movement when I lift my leg behind me? I'm really only able to get it to my butt and I really want to improve on that.

    Hi! :) I love this and all your workouts! The thing is that my left knee starts aching (I have always had a bad knee, so it's not age-related). Other than that, I'm loving it! In your opinion, should I just push myself and the knee-pain will pass or is this not the right type of exercise for me?

    Hello Jacquelyn, I liked the workout, however, many of your moves are hard on your back. I made some modification to accomodate my bad back but I think you need to give those options to the people following you.

    I like it a lot, but after doing the workout and pause to find another playlist to cool down, don't like it. Would be better if it's all in one video. And also if would be possible to see the watch for how many seconds you have after every exercise would be more motivating
