    Wow WHAT A CLASS Lindsey !! If anyone has any doubts about how effective a 30 minute workout is, they should defo try this one ! Loved how much I sweated with minimal jumping (my knees are thanking you). Can't wait to see more workouts like this

    Girrrllll I feel bad for those people who thought Barre was for rest day!! So many iso holds make it the hardest type of workout for me! 🥵💪

    Don't let this 30 minutes Barre fool you! I was sweating a lot. There were a lot of dynamic and creative movements which created a good combination of cardio, strength, mobility and flexibility. Please please do more Barre videos. Thank you Lindsey!

    Your full 30+ minute Cardio Barre workouts are seriously my FAV!!!! They give me a fun workout that flies by and I'm always sore the next day but I get on it with one of your weight workouts the next day! I'm 5 months postpartum and really been working hard to get my body back after baby.... Thanks for all your great workout videos!

    This was my first time doing this one, and I really enjoyed it! Super energizing and it feels like it works the muscles of the legs in a different way than squats and lunges. Thank you so much for the variety!!

    I really enjoyed this one! I've been dealing with some autonomic dysfunction lately and while I really prefer strength training videos it just hasn't been possible - my heart rate quickly shoots up close to 200 and it wipes me out for days. I feel like I got the same level of intensity from this workout and was able to modify it to keep my heart rate at a more reasonable level (and the lack of jumping helps my knees and ankles). Really thankful I found your channel!

    I fractured my wrist about two weeks ago, so using weights is out (love those NML workouts)--the barre workouts are where its at for me now. So happy I gave them a shot

    Am so in love with today's workout...you were right, I did not think it would be HARD but I so loved it!!! I actually have a Barre and I look at it every day, have not used it in years, as a matter of fact, I had thought of selling it .... NOPE I will definitely be using it. Once again, thank you for a fantastic workout!!!

    Barre always surprises me! It seems like it should be easier than strength training but the pulses and isometric holds create an intense burn!! Thanks for this awesome workout!

    This is my very first Barre workout. Awesome intense moves. I cannot do full lunges due to the knee issues. I am doing quarter lunges here and only the 1st option for me for the exercises.

    Great to revisit this one and be able to see that I’m getting stronger. Any suggestions as to how I can modify things that require me to be on hands and knees (arthritis in wrists and hands so I can’t bend at a 90 degree anymore and it really flairs up when I try to be on all fours)? Thanks for the workout!

      LOVE to hear about those strength gains! I would try taking it to an incline (a chair or bench or counter work great) to reduce some of the strain on your wrists -- I also like to do push ups or any kind of plank work personally on my dumbbells because that feels better for my wrists!

    Big fan of your workouts. Just an observation, the pace of the moves especially at the beginning is fast to be able to keep form in check. Had the pace of a HIIT workout. But love love your creativity and passion. Felt it!

    Today was the day I pushed myself out of bed. Then I didn’t feel like working out but started what I thought was a warm up, then I wondered. Why is this warm up so difficult but good. Only to realize a good 6 minutes in, this is the workout😂🤣😂🤦🏾‍♀️. Thank you for an amazing workout. Finished strong and so glad I pushed through.

    Just what I needed today. I love your channel and as a fitness instructor myself I'm very picky who I like and who I feel has good form and new ideas, keeping workouts fresh. Love your commendations and that you don't do a lot of repeats. I just started a fitness channel myself called Zenzar Fit after many requests for the last 25 years of teaching here on Maui so excited to do that but its people like you who continue to inspire and remind us its not high tech or fancy just good descriptions, safe and fun workouts that are varied so we don't get bored.     When I watched this I thought I wouldn't be able to do this workout, but when I did it, of course I could 😁💪 That was week 3 of workout plan#8 🎊 Doing your workouts has made me realize that I always doubt myself and I don't know why, because clearly I can do anything 😄

    3-2-8!! I thought my arms were gonna give out doing triceps on the chair! Especially after all the tricep work yesterday!! This was great!!

      You got this! Yes, you can modify all the plank exercises as needed and/or move up to a countertop or wall for an incline plank!
