    I absolutely love this workout! Coming from more of a formal weight training style, I was really wanting the quick, long movements in a workout. Lindsey speaks very clear, gets you into the workout without stress, and makes a personal connection that is sometimes lost on video workouts. And being a mom of three, the videos for postpartum bodies is so beautiful and necessary!!! Way to go, Lindesy, making this about celebrating what women represent. Thank you for not once mentioning "looking good".

      YES- absolutely agree. I have had a whole journey of wellness since my son was born and I love Lindsey's approach to body image. Not ONCE have I ever heard "flatten the belly" or "look good in that dress" type language. She is so affirming and focuses on strength. From one mama to another, THANK you for creating this space.

    perfectly paced moves. you bring the legs to the perfect level of burn, and the cadence of the cardio and barre moves feel just right! i loved this workout.

    i work out a ton...all sorts...but when i come back to barre...it always surprises what a great workout it is! Adding barre is important. i think i will weave in more barre and Pilates for a while;) thank you!

    While recovering from an upper/mid back muscle strain, this workout was just what I needed today. My muscles were able to complete all the moves without pain. It's nice to have a bodyweight, athletic workout that gets the blood pumping, without added weights or high impact loads. Thank you so much, Lindsey!

    I finished a 26km run yesterday and today my body was screaming. This gave me the muscle stretching and burn that I really needed and like 🔥 Super firee, never underestimate bardio people, its amazing

    Finale ! And what a burn at that ! This is far from easy but oh so accessible to everyone ! For instance , I did 3 point pushups from the wall, balancing on one foot with one foot back in the air ! Bam !

    Will need to moderate for bad left knee but seems like a good mix of barre, yoga, martial arts warmup and lots of other stuff combined

    30 mins? Felt like 10 mins🤩🔥. Perfect amount of burn, sweat, push, and stretch! I did this one outside so sweated double haha. Then jumped in the pool and did som burpees 😂. I love summer LOL. I’ll see if I have the energy for another workout tonight! Thank you so so so much, it’s was amazing 💙

    Woah, what a sneaky burner! Time under tension for those legs - YIKES!!! Love your work Lindsay. BTW, if anyone can suggest an alternative to side planks from the knee (my right knee isn't coping well this this one!) please let me know :)

      WAY TO GO! You could go for a full side plank (knee lifted) or incline side plank (hand/forearm elevated on chair/bench)!

    It so funny. I always just watch the first time to know what's coming and work out the second time. Just watching you it always seems so easy. But this was hard! Especially after the work out yesterday. Will repeat next week to see if there's progress :D
