This is the perfect workout for days when I don’t feel like working out. The warm up helps me “get into it”, so thank you for that. I like that this workout isn’t too hard, but not too easy either. Just what I needed after a rough workday. 🏋🏽♀️ 😅
Great workout. I got tired toward the end and on the side plank I noticed part of my calf was also on the ground, but I was too tired to really try to force it up, so I just went with it. The rapid side step I have a hard time with. I may need to practice that movement a bit to get better, but it doesn't help I keep trying to just do a side touch not a side step. Thanks to both of you.
I really enjoyed this workout. Switching muscles at the perfect time for me. I know it's a fat burning exercise, but I did miss streath training, so I really liked how they ended with a bang

I always say I want to work out because I enjoy the benefits, but I actually don't want to follow through. Mornings are cold and getting out of bed is rough, lol. So I'm happy for the warm-up that coaxed me into continuing. Thank you!
I stopped working out for 3 months now due to the traveling health and physical limitations, and ended up gaining weight due to antidepressants, and today i want to start fresh from point 0, without weights as a starter then I'll start adding dumbbells
