Hi! This is probably the 4th video workout from you that I've followed. I must say, your workouts are unsuspectingly...tough (tough like strong.. Not tough as in just difficult). This workout is INSANE!!! Insanely AWESOME! I hurt so bad, but it feels so good. First time ever really doing a true barre workout. I've done a mixture but never this. So hard, but I know results will come. My arms are jello right now!
This was a totally new and unique kind of barre, and I loved it! I felt all my muscles and also sweat dripping down my face (which I rarely do ) 🥵. Most of all it made me happy, such a great start of the day! Thank you ❤️

Died while this workout! I always do plie squats instead of booty lifts in the end. My ass sticks out so badly, i just want to have smaller butt but still do barre. It's the only type of workout i love.
This is really, deceptively tough! Honestly I had sweat running off me 😆 I’ve been feeling awful all week but this helped me a lot. Goes to show you don’t need high impact to get a really good workout. And unique moves too! Excellent 👏 💃💪🥵😁
Hi Jacquelyn, this is my first time taking one of your classes. I love working my body like this, getting to the little muscles you do not use. I also lift heavier weights , so workouts like this are help me to even everything out and I know by strengthening the little muscles , bigger muscles will benefit as well. Beware first timers with sensitive wrists, this workout is fully on your wrists, be gentle. Also, the audio was cutting out during the "little finisher." It was a great challenging workout!
