Anna, I LOVE every single workout video you do - you don't talk too much, all the workouts and trainers you work with PERFECTLY CUE EVERYTHING which is so huge and so many don't do it. And, best of all - no matter if it's a 5-minute workout you do or a 20, you kick my butt and feel it. A 20-minute workout is a luxury for me so I really appreciate the effectiveness!

im currently on my period, is it a good idea to do this workout but use modifiers for the cardio because otherwise im going to have a mess.

Lately, my attention span has been quite short, and I find that I get bored with longer workouts. Still, I need to get my 1 hour + of Cardio/Strength training in every day. My solution has been to combine shorter workouts together back-to-back to equal 1 hour. Thank you for these shorter videos!
I do this workout before I go on my treadmill. I went from 155lbs to 130 in 2 1/2 months and I’ve never felt so in shape and confident than I do now. So if you’re wondering, YES this really works and tones you unbelievably. Combine with eating healthy and you can’t go wrong.

they make these workouts look so easy, and then when I do it I feel like my knees are going to break lol but i love this channel... they are challenging but beginner friendly.

I am a huge fan of Anna's workouts, but this one was disappointing. The second circuit is only run through halfway the second time, the third circuit isn't repeated at all and there is not even time to switch sides on the last workout. For future videos, please carefully plan the timing so your subscribers are getting a balanced, comprehensive workout. Thank you.

I love Anna! But those girls in the back are horrible. They did so many moves wrong and were just awkward. Still loved the workout though!

I had to share; I usually workout before I let my kids get up in the morning, but today I let them get up while I worked out. Anna was telling us not to stick our butts in the air in plank and my ten year old son started to giggle and proceeded to run to the back of the house and tell the rest of the kids. Ha! This is the perfect quick workout!
I only have 10 lb weights...yay me. But I did it completely, no modifications or anything! :)
Good for beginners but if you have a high fitness level there are more effective routines you could do for 20 minutes for more burn. This was slow

Felt like the cues were hard to follow on this one. I didn’t like going from standing to floor to standing to floor. I had to keep moving the screen so I could see everything and get the move right.
Nice workout but should stretch a little more at end. Also added 5 lb weights for sumo squat to knee crunch. Really fires up abs!

I thought you weren't supposed to stretch before a workout? Only warm up. Then stretch at the end. That's what most trainers tell you.

Probably around 200 calories, but it varies depending on the person
I love working with Anna she is a good insentive for me and can modifive any workout and when I have been sick it is not too much so I don't over do and get sick again mainly in the winter months in Vermont love Anna's workouts they hit all body parts

LOVE LOVE the tips you always give. theyre VERY helpful. especially when correcting placement/form because its hard to look at oneself while working out and its essential that the form is correct. thank you for the great videos. always looking forward to the next one!
