That lunge sequence was brutal! That class exercised the legs without need for jumps - a plus for someone who is up early and doesn't want to awaken the rest of the house.

I've been incorporating this workout in my routine for well over a year now, one of my favorites!... I can keep right up with these ladies & even use a 15lb weight for the split squats. I do palates 100's for the abs at the end though, the move they do is brutal on my lower back as I have broken my tail bone in the past..

Exaaactly, no jumping and still the heart rate is rising as Anna says! Very nice trainer, calm, modest and that way very motivating! Not superficial and very focussed on the exercises. Also good explanations, no fast changes. The lunges were awful but great at the same time, I'm simply not trained enough yet haha.
i had to stop a few times while doing the leg excercises.. and could do push-ups only from the knees. But i loved the workout and i'll getting stronger every time doing this! :)

Glad I found this. I have always enjoyed your ABs workout when I did the 21 days fix....I just need toning on my arms, thighs, abs,and butt. Hopefully this will help. One question, for this to be effective, how many times a week should I do this? I am also doing 25 minutes HIIT and 10 minute lower ab. Thanks
Love, love, love this workout! It's part of my weekly rotation. I have knee issues so I sub out the Bulgaria splits for single-legged deadlifts. Still burns like crazy! Not sure if there's a better alternative. Thoughts?

This is an amazing workout! I love that the moves are simple but still so challenging. I really liked it for booty, legs and arms. The stretches after each set are a major plus 👍 anddddd it's only 20 minutes!! my only complaint is the ab set. I don't have a lot of tush (working on it 😉) and the ab move really hurt my tail bone and even left a sore 😓 I tried readjusting and shortening my rotation but then I felt like I wasn't working my abs 😒 idk I could just be totally doing it wrong. Any tips for next time?

I did the same thing, worked my leg,s glute,s Abs, did it for 6 days 2 hours a day 3 days a week lost 30 pounds 5 pants sizes weight is 145 now again i am now, 59 next month i bike 10 to 20 miles a day but goatheads got me:( (i get lost i forget my map of the area too) try obsenty with 15 pound weights like wind mills for the count of 30 on both arms when they feel like they are going to fall off switch to 10 pounders for the count of 40 then rip that core up 50 crunches each hour every day and night 4 times each

I did this yesterday with 90% honesty and I can't move my glutes and thighs today. Since I did this additionally with my regular workout my triceps are screaming too. I hope it will show results on a month with three times a week

Years later and still once of my go to workouts! I'm pregnant now and other than the pushups this is a great workout to get my heart beating without the normal butt kicks or jumping jacks! And only 20 minutes with one of the BEST stretches! LOVE!
