This is by far the most challenging workout I have found by far, so I have stuck with it for more than a month! I challenge myself now by doing burpees for the first workout and squats for the lounges. I feel like I accomplish so much in this :30 min workout. 😊
I love the PopSugar workouts, but this is probably my favorite. I'm huffin' and puffin' after a couple of these moves. I find it very challenging. Thanks, PopSugar Fitness! I also like that this goes for 15 minutes, even though it's considered a 10 minute workout, but she warms you up for the first minute and a couple minute cool-down. This one covers it all for me.
What I love about this workout is that I had really bad cravings before and I told myself I would eat after and I'm not craving anything anymore. I did feel quite lightheaded at the end though.
I travel all the time for work and these work outs make it easy to get a little activity in from my room so I don't totally get out of shape on ever trip. Thanks!
Absolutely fantastic! Autumn is top-notch. She's got great energy, doesn't overdo the enthusiasm, but actually keeps it fresh and vibrant. And her cues are spot-on, just precise relevant info without overwhelming. And I loved that she demonstrated the moves first. The exercises are really good compound moves. I didn't know her, thanks BeFit for introducing her to me. Shall be following her from now on, no doubt. She's great.
I did this yesterday afternoon around 5pm and I’ve woke up this morning in agony!! My full body is sore but i guess that’s a good thing and it really does help!! I’ll be continuing with this
Wow, I can't do those side plank leg lifts AT ALL, but I love this workout! I did another popsugar workout yesterday, and my legs were hurting this morning, so I know it really worked lol.
does this work your FULL BODY? and also does it build muscle because I'm a guy and my weights broke and I wanted to do this but idk if it'll help at all.
+Shannon Wolfgang Real solid advice from a NASM certified personal trainer: Just because it hurts doesn't mean it was beneficial. Great form, proper breathing, and good diet means it was beneficial regardless of if you "hurt" or not. Just something to keep in mind. Great job doing the workout!

Great workout and instructor! I just wish the motivational comments weren't getting rid of love handles etc; I'm trying to get strong so I can live forever, can't the motivation be about something more important and interesting than how I look to other people?
+Jocelyn Ramos Real solid advice from a NASM certified personal trainer: doing this routine for the timetable you've given can lead to dramatic decline in changes in your body aka "plateaus"; It's been 2 weeks of doing the exact same thing (if you have been doing it). So I would recommend changing to a different routine next week; if not in 2 weeks at the latest...And if it has gotten really easy, I'd say change today.
+Jocelyn Ramos it really helps if you add a day off from this particular work out say on Wednesday and combine 2 different PopSugar workouts. It's better for your body health cause it rests the areas you have worked out hard and works other areas instead with a diff work out.... and it gives you some variety.
I still have trouble with the straight leg side planks. I can't keep my legs straight, I have to bend one knee. Those are tough!! This one was quick, but I am sucking wind!

I have been doing this 10 minute workout every other day for two weeks. I still can't complete each routine. I have to stop before it's done. Not sure I will ever be able to do the whole DT workout.
Great weight session, I did this today after a bootcamp class. Of note it's in no way a big calorie burner - I have a FitBit with a heart rate monitor, and it said that this burned 90 calories (for an average weight 5'4 girl). Still a good strength workout to go along with cardio.

I'm on my third round of 21 DFX and I'm only 12 lol. I feel amaaazing and this meal plan is so duable. If your a beginner, I recoment getting 21 DF because its a little easier, that's what I started with lol.
Day Fix. It is a workout/eating regimen from the company that makes Shakeology shakes. I know a lot of people do it with the shakes, but it can be done independently along with clean eating using the little portion control containers, or you could always buy your own shake mixes from a health food store

On the knee pull & the side shuffle, she said "your/our right" but used her left. I'm so used to Popsugar meaning *the* right & left, not *our* right & left...confusing.
Great workout, thank you! I also kept slipping during the side planks but then again I was doing them bare foot which probably didn’t help. Made me work up a sweat though!
One very good motivation technique is to imagine to be super motivated in advance of doing a workout, like really trying to imagine that feeling as if there was something in your life that you'd really really want to go for right now, for example that you won the jackpot on the lottery and you're going to pick it up now or whatever kind of thing motivates you personally! And then put this motivation into the movements, into the sports! That's a good way to get to moving your body more out of a natural, inherent motivation again :)
Also this is an amazing work out I'm sore and I only did it this morning. Totally awkward on some things and feeling the fat jiggle around isn't great but will keep at it!

That really depends on your fitness level and what your overall fitness goal is. This workout works all major muscle groups so you can start off with that and then add more workouts as you get better. Ask yourself this: how do I feel after this workout? Do I still have energy for more? If so do another one or repeat this one again. But if you're all worked-out maybe wait until you feel better. Hope it was helpfull ;)

For the side plank lifts people don't push yourself too hard I did it on my right leg but thought I was just out of breath but I really struggled with it and pulled my calf muscle real bad now I can't walk. It's a hard exercise be careful
