Man i thought i was pretty good with my hiits but this one really made me focus mentally. Goes to show how important it is to challenge yourself and do new things. Without hardship there’s no growth ! Day 1: 8/13/23 Day 2: 8/15/23 it is much easier on the second day! You guys got this! Day 3: 10/1/23. Got caught up with a lot of school and work stuff but did other workouts in the meantime. This kicked my butt all over again😭 but i still made it to the end

I found low impact to be just as effective and less taxing on my joints. I’ve been doing them for about a month now while watching my diet and still lost 5 pounds
I can only go for 10 mins for this workout.. I’ve been following ur other 10 mins HIIT fatburn but this one is intense.. hopefull i can finish the full 20 mins soon .. great job 👏
the first time i did this workout i took 6 pauses.l i know from my other training that breaks up to 2 minutes are ok! i would set a 2 min timer, pause the video, and be good to continue. the second time i did it, i only needed 3 breaks! i hope this helps someone.
just did this again for the first time in like 6mths. wow those burpees get my heart rate up, i love the balance of cardio with the strength ....i was in hosptial in june , 3mths later getting stronger slowly. injury and health issues help me modify when i need to and as long as i am feeling good and working hard. i am grateful to move with you....by the way can you offer modifications or cues for wrist pain in planks, lots of mountain climbers here:) sometimes i use weights instead of pushing my hands to floor

First time doing this. Emi wasn't joking about the sweat part. Made it through, though I had to modify the jumping exercises with techniques learned from other videos. Also had to pause for thirty seconds twice to let my heart catch up.😅 Want to do more of the cardio-based exercises to boost my aerobic fitness - definite cardio was wrought here.

Done! Honestly, I liked the last full body workout for 20 minutes much more. Perhaps because it was lighter and there were no hateful jumps 😂, but I definitely liked the music in the past better.

@EK_97 Actually, it took a little bit of time. Maybe 1 year and a half. I didn't diet at all, I just tried not to eat after 8 pm.

I got abdominal muscle strain by doing these exercise 😭 and the hell i am dying with the pain , nausea . it is hard to stretch or flex it out
