      @EK_97 Actually, it took a little bit of time. Maybe 1 year and a half. I didn't diet at all, I just tried not to eat after 8 pm.

    Man i thought i was pretty good with my hiits but this one really made me focus mentally. Goes to show how important it is to challenge yourself and do new things. Without hardship there’s no growth !
    Day 1: 8/13/23
    Day 2: 8/15/23 it is much easier on the second day! You guys got this!
    Day 3: 10/1/23. Got caught up with a lot of school and work stuff but did other workouts in the meantime. This kicked my butt all over again😭 but i still made it to the end

      @@resitiara5766i did them a couple more times whenever I wanted a good workout but the high-impact exercises really started getting to me. I had pain in my lower back and knees. I found low impact to be just as effective and less taxing on my joints. I’ve been doing them for about a month now while watching my diet and still lost 5 pounds

    I can only go for 10 mins for this workout.. I’ve been following ur other 10 mins HIIT fatburn but this one is intense.. hopefull i can finish the full 20 mins soon .. great job 👏

      the first time i did this workout i took 6 pauses.l i know from my other training that breaks up to 2 minutes are ok! i would set a 2 min timer, pause the video, and be good to continue. the second time i did it, i only needed 3 breaks! i hope this helps someone.

    just did this again for the first time in like 6mths. wow those burpees get my heart rate up, i love the balance of cardio with the strength ....i was in hosptial in june , 3mths later getting stronger slowly. injury and health issues help me modify when i need to and as long as i am feeling good and working hard. i am grateful to move with you....by the way can you offer modifications or cues for wrist pain in planks, lots of mountain climbers here:) sometimes i use weights instead of pushing my hands to floor

    Thank you emi I'm a student who does not get much time for health but now I have breaks for one week I'll definitely try this one....After a long break I started doing this I'll continue for 1 weeks so I'll give update and keep you motivated
    Day1: out of breath but gave my best some of them were hard so I just done walking instead
    Day 2 better from yesterday but yeah still sore
    Day 3 felt easy and refreshing
    Already lost 1kg thnx emi

    Hey guys if was seriously burning exercise and right now my weight is 65kg and i want it to be 55kg as my height is 5'7 so i want a good body so i started this from 18june 2023 and now till 5 july i will see that is there is any difference in my weight and i will tell you alsoo and my target is 3 months so lets complete this challenge guyss ...Your body is made to move and if no pain then no gain so keep it up and i promise one day you will get your desired body if you will keep moving ,it takes time but remember your body will be with you forever so make it your dream one

    First time doing this. Emi wasn't joking about the sweat part. Made it through, though I had to modify the jumping exercises with techniques learned from other videos. Also had to pause for thirty seconds twice to let my heart catch up.😅 Want to do more of the cardio-based exercises to boost my aerobic fitness - definite cardio was wrought here.

    I qm trying this workout i have lost 8 kg in one month this is my 2nd month i did diet and emi's and exercise with cycling how much I can minimum 20 minutes to maximum 1 hour and did diet
    Height -165 cm
    Weight -90
    Age-14 ya ik i am too overweight 😅
    Day 1-✓ I did it without pausing
    Day2-✓ a little hardd coz pain in thighs and leg
    Day3-✓ hard took 3-5 pauses 😢
    Day 4-✓ did it but less sweaty and i have got arm pain with legs 😊
    Day5-✓ just done so proud of me 😵

    Done! Honestly, I liked the last full body workout for 20 minutes much more. Perhaps because it was lighter and there were no hateful jumps 😂, but I definitely liked the music in the past better.
