I started this challenge to become stronger and disciplined. I've broken the promises that i made to myself many times before. Fooling myself and giving absurd excuses that i regret afterwards. This time it is different cuz i am determined to break this chain and change myself.

Also I have PCOS, which makes it difficult to lose weight. Doin this challenge again and hopefully complete it this time! *Starting from 1st APRIL 2024* Day 1: done and it's very hard 😭 Day 2: done :> Day 3: painful but done. Day 4: this was much easier 🌱 *4 days period breakkkk* Day 5: done and easy, but the next morning, my legs and core were so sore 🥲☝🏻 Day 6: This workout can kill me so easily, BUT AS EMI SAYS, NO PAIN NO GAIN 🫧 Day 7: (just to clear things I didn't do the streches instead I started the arms workout) it was comparatively easier than full body cardio one! Done!! Day 8: breakk Day 9: Done and died 🥲 Day 10: doneeee 🤍 Day 11: break day!! Day 12: done!!!

Day 3:this 30 min,done and tbh absolutely killin!but seeing emi keep doin it gave me encouragement so i didnt stop!it was worth it

just finished the 30 day transformation and stated the full body shred yesterday. I have to day I'm amazed I started at 190lbs and am down to 168lbs. In 30 days I am down weight, inches and am seeing muscles start to define
I have been following emi since 2018, but doing this workout video is nothing like her previous videos where she used to motivate us through her words. Her motivation is one of the main reasons for following her but this video is just a workout video like other yt channels
Day 1 ✅: I was happy she posted a new program. ❤️ Day 2 ✅: Wanted something difficult, so I did other workouts along with the k pop dance and pilates from day 2 schedule. Day 3 ✅: Enjoyed it. 😊, Will keep sharing my progress in the comments. Day 4: Couldn't make it, unexpected early meeting came up! Instead completed 10,000 steps. Day 5 ✅: Completed, it was a bit challenging. Day 6 ✅: Good workout, I also did some pilates with this. Skipped day 7 Day 8 ✅: it's a new workout for arms and upper body, I'm so excited for doing new workout by emi as she's so creative and gets something very good in every new workout, I really enjoyed day 8. I have also started feeling a slight change in my body, it's mostly internal 😄 but I'm happy that I'm doing this series.

Attendance check (for me LOL) for SWEATY 30 CHALLENGE: Day 1: Complete albeit not doing it properly haha. I was motivated on the first sessions but then found myself stopping in between exercises to giving up 10 seconds before timer ends (guilty). I miss Emi's voice here. For those starting this exercise like me, let's go guys! (Day 2): Woke up with burning or sore legs and butt lol. Did the two exercises on the program (different from this video), it's on the lighter side so it's doable with the sore body parts hehe. Keep it up guys! Day 3: Still sore from day 1 and 2 but still completed this exercise. I can't say I was energetic as day 1 though but somehow knowing what exercises to expect is a bit helpful to prepare myself lol. Guilty thing is that I changed plank jacks to plank side steps hehe. We're still doing this! (Day 4): (Plank workout) and (Chest lift). Planking, as always, is challenging but the chest lift is easier. Enjoy your day or night everyone! (Day 5): (Inner thigh burn) and (Booty pump). They are both in the light to medium exercise but of course everyone's body and circumstances are different. Still have fun everyone! Day 6: Back to here again. Lol it's probably just because of how my day is going but it feels like even the 3 seconds timer is slow haha. Have an amazing day guys! (Day 7): Stretching time!! This exercise is easier but it's probably just for me because it's legs. We at week 4 already guys! (Day 23+ Day 21): Did killer abs and back pain stretch from day 21. Guys the stretch kinda helped in the end because my inner thighs were sore from yesterday and the stretches felt good after the killer abs as well. Hope you guys doing well. (Day 24): I said this is easier for me but I still feel a bit sore in the inner thighs lol. Move those legs guys! (Day 25): Arms and back again. Already used to the exercise so this time, I just ended up enjoying this exercise and feeling good at the back which needed the exercise lol. 25 already guys! (Day 26): Killer abs! Leg lifts, crunches, planks, and done! (Day 27): Back to legs and thighs! Easily done this time. Almost there guys! (Day 28): Arms and back again. Enjoying the stretches here once again. How you doing everyone? Day 29: So I needed to exchange day 29 with day 30 because tomorrow is going to be a long day for me hehe. I thought this exercise will become challenging again since it's been a few days but it's actually easier to get back to now and I actually really did the plank jacks for the whole 40 seconds! I feel good and hope you guys are feeling good too! (Day 30): The stretching feels good to start the day for me...and we are done! Last day everyone! How are you all doing? Okay so if we're talking about numbers, I only lost 2 - 3 kgs but that is normal because fat out, muscles in right? However, the changes on my body may not be seen on the weight numbers but it is noticable. People around me noticed that I lost weight and I also noticed that some clothes of mine started getting loose around me. I look at myself everyday in the mirror so I'm already used to seeing my body that sometimes I just can't see the differences anymore but the changes are there. By experience, the exercises is really challenging in the beginning especially when the routine is different from what you're used to doing but it does get easier and easier - honestly the challenge is still there but still easier. My only tip is to take some time getting used to the exercises. Take breaks between exercises, do an easier version, etc. until you find yourself needing these things less and less as the days pass by. Have fun! You can do it!
I finished this program in almost 3 months because of my busy schedule. I've lost 8kg by this time with well diet. It's a huge achievement for me who thought I can never lose weight. Thanks Emi for the for this workout program. I'll keep on doing your other programs as well. Consistency pays off 🖤
@@surabhinataliekullu1623 it will. However, I'll suggest you to go for her belly and abs programs which are mainly focused on reducing belly fat. You will feel the direct effect of those exercises on your abs while doing so.

Since im out of school, im going to start doing the 30 day sweat challenge (hopefully i will finish it) Day 1✅: first time working out in a few weeks, it was hard and i started to modify the workout towards the end. Day 2✅: A LOTT OF SWEATING. i did switch the kpop workout video with her 20 minute hiit workout, which was challenging but fun. First time doing pilates so ngl i did struggle but i got thru it. Day 3✅: ngl i didnt feel like doing it but i got up anyways and did her 20 minute full body and 10 minute standing abs. Day 4✅: ngl I lost motivation after day 3 so I stopped for like 3 days 🥴but I got up this morning and pushed thru and got it done!!! Day 5✅: ok so I didn’t do an emi Wong workout because I wanted to do something different, so I did nobadaddiction’s 40 minute workout and it was so intense. I made it thru the whole video 🥳plus a 10 min ab workout Day 6✅: I did a 50 minute workout plus another 10 minute ab which was very intense and sweaty but I got thru. Day 7: my body was sore from day 6 so I took a rest day. Day 8✅: still sore from day 6 but I did a 30 minute standing workout from nobadaddiction and I was fighting for my life but we made it 💪🏾
Hi 👋 Emi great workout, It’s sweaty 🥵 like hell OMG but I finish it somehow and enjoy it a lot moreover I just love your dogs 🐕 they are amazing. Their presence in between the workout make the whole workout more enjoyable and funny 😄
Wow emi after such a long break of real exercise due to my foot surgery... Now i'm back and i can not lie... This is the tough one.. I kept taking breaks every few exercises... I will come back again tomorrow to do the next sweaty challange exercise! Hope i could get fit soon! Don't give up everyone! You can do it! It's ok to take some breaks in the middle of exercise if it is still too tough for you. Do it slowly but sure, listen to your body!

Day12: ✅4/8 final exercises burps are more difficult but I completed 🥵 Day13:✅ 5/8 full sweat 😂 Day14: ✅ 6/8 it’s so relaxing now 😊 Yeeyyyy 🎉 week2 completed 😅. This is the only program am sticking. Week3: tmro I will start week3 program 😅. Am so chubby I didn’t expect that I will be slim in 2 weeks but I felt energetic. It takes time to eleminate fat 😊 and get toned. When i m doing this workout i didn't enjoy that much cause her motivational words were this was the only thing which i felt different from others workout plan that's why i follow her but today i m sad 😢😢 seriously missing those golden words of yours

hi I did I stopped eating fast food and started making healthier options at home
and I didn't work out prior some exercises I swore were to hard now I am capable of completing them

I have been following emi since 2018, but doing this workout video is nothing like her previous videos where she used to motivate us through her words. Her motivation is one of the main reasons for following her but this video is just a workout video like other yt channels

Day 1 ✅: I was happy she posted a new program. ❤️
Day 2 ✅: Wanted something difficult, so I did other workouts along with the k pop dance and pilates from day 2 schedule.
Day 3 ✅: Enjoyed it. 😊, Will keep sharing my progress in the comments.
Day 4: Couldn't make it, unexpected early meeting came up! Instead completed 10,000 steps.
Day 5 ✅: Completed, it was a bit challenging.
Day 6 ✅: Good workout, I also did some pilates with this.
Skipped day 7
Day 8 ✅: it's a new workout for arms and upper body, I'm so excited for doing new workout by emi as she's so creative and gets something very good in every new workout, I really enjoyed day 8.
I have also started feeling a slight change in my body, it's mostly internal 😄 but I'm happy that I'm doing this series.

Attendance check (for me LOL) for SWEATY 30 CHALLENGE:
Day 1: Complete albeit not doing it properly haha. I was motivated on the first sessions but then found myself stopping in between exercises to giving up 10 seconds before timer ends (guilty). I miss Emi's voice here. For those starting this exercise like me, let's go guys!
(Day 2): Woke up with burning or sore legs and butt lol. Did the two exercises on the program (different from this video), it's on the lighter side so it's doable with the sore body parts hehe. Keep it up guys!
Day 3: Still sore from day 1 and 2 but still completed this exercise. I can't say I was energetic as day 1 though but somehow knowing what exercises to expect is a bit helpful to prepare myself lol. Guilty thing is that I changed plank jacks to plank side steps hehe. We're still doing this!
(Day 4): (Plank workout) and (Chest lift). Planking, as always, is challenging but the chest lift is easier. Enjoy your day or night everyone!
(Day 5): (Inner thigh burn) and (Booty pump). They are both in the light to medium exercise but of course everyone's body and circumstances are different. Still have fun everyone!
Day 6: Back to here again. Lol it's probably just because of how my day is going but it feels like even the 3 seconds timer is slow haha. Have an amazing day guys!
(Day 7): Stretching time!! Have a relaxing day everyone! 1 week done for us! Yippee!
(Day 8): Start of a new main exercise for the arms and back. My hands were vibrating lol. Start of week 2 everyone, let's start it strong!
Day 9: We're back here again. I thought it would be less challenging by now but some exercises will always be challenging. It's the plank jacks for me. We've already started so let's keep going guys!
(Day 10): Went back to arms and back. Tad bit easier than the last time but I doubt it will stay this way lol. Have a great day!
(Day 11): (Abs and legs) and (Love handle). Core exercises so of course it's...challenging, for me at least. Still, have fun everyone!
Day 12: Back here again. Still the plank jacks for me but no surprise there. Hope everyone is doing okay!
(Day 13): Arms and back again. Last main exercise for week 2! Ey!
(Day 14): Back and leg stretches! Relaxing...and we're done with week 2! Yippee!
(Day 15): Starting week 3 with killer abs exercise. Contrary to my dreadful expectations, it's not full of planks hehe. It's week 3 everyone!
(Day 16): My abs are a bit sore from yesterday but back to arms and back. Easier this time since you get use to it. Have a good day!
(Day 17): Still sore but killer abs again. Managed to survive and finish it (with lots of groaning lol). Keep it up guys!
Day 18: We're back here again. Getting used to this exercise already. I still have to do interval plank side steps and plank jacks though. Hope everyone is having a great day!
(Day 19): Arms and back. It's getting easier to do and yes, it does feel good on the back. Have a great day everyone!
(Day 20): Killer abs! I love that it's all not planking haha. Keep it up everyone!

(Day 22 + Day 21): Due to schedule jumbles, I opted to do the leg and thigh exercise with the first stretch from day 21 which I hope is alright hehe. This exercise is easier but it's probably just for me because it's legs. We at week 4 already guys!
(Day 23+ Day 21): Did killer abs and back pain stretch from day 21. Guys the stretch kinda helped in the end because my inner thighs were sore from yesterday and the stretches felt good after the killer abs as well. Hope you guys doing well.
(Day 24): I said this is easier for me but I still feel a bit sore in the inner thighs lol. Move those legs guys!
(Day 25): Arms and back again. Already used to the exercise so this time, I just ended up enjoying this exercise and feeling good at the back which needed the exercise lol. 25 already guys!
(Day 26): Killer abs! Leg lifts, crunches, planks, and done!
(Day 27): Back to legs and thighs! Easily done this time. Almost there guys!
(Day 28): Arms and back again. Enjoying the stretches here once again. How you doing everyone?
Day 29: So I needed to exchange day 29 with day 30 because tomorrow is going to be a long day for me hehe. I thought this exercise will become challenging again since it's been a few days but it's actually easier to get back to now and I actually really did the plank jacks for the whole 40 seconds! I feel good and hope you guys are feeling good too!
(Day 30): The stretching feels good to start the day for me...and we are done! Last day everyone! How are you all doing?
Okay so if we're talking about numbers, I only lost 2 - 3 kgs but that is normal because fat out, muscles in right? However, the changes on my body may not be seen on the weight numbers but it is noticable. People around me noticed that I lost weight and I also noticed that some clothes of mine started getting loose around me. I look at myself everyday in the mirror so I'm already used to seeing my body that sometimes I just can't see the differences anymore but the changes are there. That means that this program really works! Thank you Emi! 😍🥰

@@dancingbird1330 hello. Thank you for reading my long comment hehe. By experience, the exercises is really challenging in the beginning especially when the routine is different from what you're used to doing but it does get easier and easier - honestly the challenge is still there but still easier. My only tip is to take some time getting used to the exercises. Take breaks between exercises, do an easier version, etc. until you find yourself needing these things less and less as the days pass by. Have fun! You can do it!

I finished this program in almost 3 months because of my busy schedule. I've lost 8kg by this time with well diet. It's a huge achievement for me who thought I can never lose weight. Thanks Emi for the for this workout program. I'll keep on doing your other programs as well. Consistency pays off 🖤

@@surabhinataliekullu1623 it will. However, I'll suggest you to go for her belly and abs programs which are mainly focused on reducing belly fat. You will feel the direct effect of those exercises on your abs while doing so.
After months, I will say that I have suffered these pains and the difficulty of breathing and I will rebuild myself. 💪💯

Since im out of school, im going to start doing the 30 day sweat challenge (hopefully i will finish it)
Day 1✅: first time working out in a few weeks, it was hard and i started to modify the workout towards the end.
Day 2✅: A LOTT OF SWEATING. i did switch the kpop workout video with her 20 minute hiit workout, which was challenging but fun. First time doing pilates so ngl i did struggle but i got thru it.
Day 3✅: ngl i didnt feel like doing it but i got up anyways and did her 20 minute full body and 10 minute standing abs.
Day 4✅: ngl I lost motivation after day 3 so I stopped for like 3 days 🥴but I got up this morning and pushed thru and got it done!!!
Day 5✅: ok so I didn’t do an emi Wong workout because I wanted to do something different, so I did nobadaddiction’s 40 minute workout and it was so intense. I made it thru the whole video 🥳plus a 10 min ab workout
Day 6✅: I did a 50 minute workout plus another 10 minute ab which was very intense and sweaty but I got thru.
Day 7: my body was sore from day 6 so I took a rest day.
Day 8✅: still sore from day 6 but I did a 30 minute standing workout from nobadaddiction and I was fighting for my life but we made it 💪🏾

Wow emi after such a long break of real exercise due to my foot surgery... Now i'm back and i can not lie... This is the tough one.. I kept taking breaks every few exercises... I will come back again tomorrow to do the next sweaty challange exercise! Hope i could get fit soon! Don't give up everyone! You can do it! It's ok to take some breaks in the middle of exercise if it is still too tough for you. Do it slowly but sure, listen to your body!

Day.1-Started with full energy replaced few exercises at last with russian twist my legs are shivering,I'm feeling sweaty and I'm panting alot took longer breaks in between was really hard for me because I'm not used to it feeling good🎉
Day.2-having cramps in my thighs and abdomen but managed to do it till 56% no changes till now but there is internal changes feeling happy gonna continue till 30 days
