@ hi! i only did this workout for about 2-3 months before moving to something else. but it was extremely helpful! it helped me improve my form tremendously and my endurance. it also made my stomach flat and slimed down my inches a considerable amount, i’m not sure on any specific numbers though. but i would definitely recommend this. it’s super helpful!

Started today after doing cardio. Wasn't able to complete it, will increase my time little by little. Day 1: did around 6mins, then my legs began to crumble down. Day 2: did 20 mins of groww with jo, then 14mins of this. Edit Sorry couldn't keep you posted had periods but guess what I have been working out everyday, I can see such a difference also i feel so good and confident about it

I loose 3 kilos on 9 days!!!!! By the way I only eat at lunch anything i want and dinner only banana or any fruits😊 keep going promise you gonna love it!!! I cant see the abs result but i see my stomach is getting little 🥰
7 minutes today and I'm done. Trying not to stress my body with cortisol levels and pcos. Now to go chew on holy basil to keep it in check. Cause I don't want the cortisol levels fight against my workout results. Be back tomorrow I mighttry the full body work out instead.

Thank you for your content Emi! If my mom wouldn't have found your channel and pushed me to begin working out I would still lay on my bed, crying and thinking how I'm so lazy and weak. I'm currently on 3rd week of Emi's Full body transform program and I must admit that the progress I have made so far makes me feel like that exact program is easy. The second set was so hard and painful I broke into tears. I was really mad I couldn’t get the workouts right and almost gave up. Even though I probably didn’t do some of these workouts right, I still finished strong!

What a great workout, I came across this by accident but boy I’m glad I did. It’s intense but at the same time not very difficult exercises to do, and you definitely feel the burn, loving it so much, it’s one month I do this at least 4 times a week along with a quick hit workout and I feel much stronger. 💪Thank you Emi ❤️
Been following your exercises for a while now. Just wanted to share my slow but gradual progress, I went from 64kg (March) down to 59.6kg (Oct). Still got a long way to go to my optimal weight, but I already feel so much more toned and healthier. Will still need to drop some fat so my abs are more visible tho lol 💗 thanks Emi

I've been using Emi Wong's programs since 2020, and all I can say is that her program is the most legit, the most considerate, and the most effective. Her programs do not force you to starve yourself, all you have to do is to eat healthy foods and follow the program consistently.

Lost from 67kg to 57kg. Not just from these exercises tho. I did a lot of other things. But I do this everyday RELIGIOUSLY.

I've been using Emi Wong's programs since 2020, and all I can say is that her program is the most legit, the most considerate, and the most effective. Her programs do not force you to starve yourself, all you have to do is to eat healthy foods and follow the program consistently.
I did these during COVID-19 lockdown and they where perfect. 20mins surely get you sweating

Hi Emi, thanks for this great video. Unfortunately I am not supposed to do crunches anymore after my herniated lumbar disc. Therefore, I am currently looking for alternatives for abdominal training after herniated disc. Luckily it was only a mild one. If you have any tips I would be happy. Thank you so much.
