@@elyaquen9378 You should check your imc ( it takes your age, height, weight and it tells you if you're in good health or not) to see if being 37 kg is good for you, cause unless you're like 10 or something I think 37 kg is underweight but go check it. If your actual weight is great but still you want a change in your body try gaining muscles, you will maybe gain more weight ( not a lot ) but your body may look better to your eyes. And if you're overweight please lose weight in a good way which means you train and eat properly, it'll take time but you will have real results and at least you don't fall into eating disorders which will haunt you for a while. Really, I lost 4 kilos in 6 days without reducing my food, and I ate fast food on the fourth day and the second day I ate noodles. The most important thing is that you add some food. Healthy eating with exercise and walking every day, you will be fine 🧚🏼♂️
@Huyền Trịnh I mostly do abouts 30-20 minutes at least 1 - 2 days. A 13minute work out for 3days. As for diet I just watch what I eat and how much of a portion I have. But if I for example wanna extend my work out I just watch another video of her's not only that. But I also watch either another RUclipsr or TV while doing her workouts.

hi, i started to do this workout yesterday (10th Sep. 2024) and i will update every time i finish it! My current weight: 55,8kg I do this workout when i get home from school. Day 1: Very tired and i was panting a lot 😭 exhausted but i believe it will work! Day 2: nearly passed out 😭😭 It was very very exhausted. Fun fact: when i finished the workout, i had to lie on my mat for 20 mins to get less tired so i could stand up 😭

Girls i kid you not i eat 1000 calories a day and its game changing for me i do exercises 30 minutes a day and walk 7 km in the morning and i also do jumping rope 3 time a week and i am overweight but the results are insane i lost 2 kg in just 7 day maybe because i have water weight 😅but i kid you not i am continue loosing weight 🔥

Monitoring my own self progress 1) Day 1 - Though i have been working out and active regularly but this routine was new to me. Found it very challenging and exhausted me a lot, and i know it would give me maximum results in the coming days, if i am at it. With time i would master this routine hopefully. I am doing this form now, and also I am doing her 30 min full body workout in the morning and evening I am doing this with 20 min of skipping. My weight is 74, but after 30 min workout my weight is 72. Let's make ourself as we want.
