      ​@@elyaquen9378 You should check your imc ( it takes your age, height, weight and it tells you if you're in good health or not) to see if being 37 kg is good for you, cause unless you're like 10 or something I think 37 kg is underweight but go check it. If your actual weight is great but still you want a change in your body try gaining muscles, you will maybe gain more weight ( not a lot ) but your body may look better to your eyes. And if you're overweight please lose weight in a good way which means you train and eat properly, it'll take time but you will have real results and at least you don't fall into eating disorders which will haunt you for a while. Take Care!

    I am now on my fifth day. I do not diet, but I add healthy foods to my diet. After lunch I do cardio and after dinner I walk for 25-30 minutes and I really benefit beautifully, thanks emi 💘
    I finished the week and lost 4 kilos, but I would like to lose another 4 kilos so I will continue for a second week.

    I do not want to update, because I will do these exercises and be on a healthy diet for the rest of my life until I enter the gym, I love these exercises very much, they are easy and useful, but my diet is not healthy, and I have problems with digestion and this makes my weight go up and down /:

      If you really want to lose weight easily, you do not have to reduce your food, or stay away from the foods that you love. Really, I lost 4 kilos in 6 days without reducing my food, and I ate fast food on the fourth day and the second day I ate noodles. The most important thing is that you add some food. Healthy eating with exercise and walking every day, you will be fine 🧚🏼‍♂️

      @Huyền Trịnh I mostly do abouts 30-20 minutes at least 1 - 2 days. A 13minute work out for 3days. As for diet I just watch what I eat and how much of a portion I have. But if I for example wanna extend my work out I just watch another video of her's not only that. But I also watch either another RUclipsr or TV while doing her workouts.

    hi, i started to do this workout yesterday (10th Sep. 2024) and i will update every time i finish it!
    My current weight: 55,8kg
    I do this workout when i get home from school.
    Day 1: Very tired and i was panting a lot 😭 exhausted but i believe it will work!
    Day 2: nearly passed out 😭😭 It was very very exhausted.
    Fun fact: when i finished the workout, i had to lie on my mat for 20 mins to get less tired so i could stand up 😭

    I just really want to apologize to you, Emi, for not knowing about this video sooner, as soon as I started exercising I stopped realizing that all the muscles in my body were working, I predict my future. will definitely lose a lot of weight, this exercise is really great, thank you, I saved it to my list of weight loss exercises, and I will practice it diligently 😊

    Day 1 ✅ : I was sweating so badly felt lots of burn, did not give up and finished !!
    Day 2 ✅: Felt like giving up at every step, little sweaty also was lacking a lot but I still finished it
    WE GOT THIS REMIND ME FOR UPDATES !!
    I completely forgot about this mainly because I was moving across the world but would you guys like me to start again and see where it goes? ( I won’t forget this time but reminders would definitely give me motivation 💕)

    I’m doing this so I’m gunna share my results
    Day 1: ✅ i Feel good but sore, my end goal is to have a slim waist and abs
    Day 2:✅ i did go kinda slow today my legs are sore from yesterdays workout
    Day 3:✅ I lost 2 lbs. I’ve been eating healthier and doing this workout and I feel my abs a little bit
    Day 4:✅
    Day 5:✅ I went to soccer conditioning testwrday and I couldn’t finish the workout bc I’m sore but I did halfway

    I will do this for a week with reduced food intake and other exercises
    Weight : 74.3 kg
    Day 1 ✅️ It was done in an hour because I kept stopping the video because of some tiring and difficult movements
    Day 2 : done ✅️
    Day 3: done ✅️ it's much easier but I still take long breaks in between

    Girls i kid you not i eat 1000 calories a day and its game changing for me i do exercises 30 minutes a day and walk 7 km in the morning and i also do jumping rope 3 time a week and i am overweight but the results are insane i lost 2 kg in just 7 day maybe because i have water weight 😅but i kid you not i am continue loosing weight 🔥

      @@dont.u after I do it the second day I can't even act normaly because of my legs hurt and the third day also the same think so I have a rest 2 days after I had to go to another country and travel
      So I didnt complate to catch my goal ☹️
      But I think that I will not do it again because I'm begginer and this cardio was so hard for me so I think that I had to try another easier cardio

      @@RAGIBBB123 I reduced calories level appropriately each day, then I ate some foods having protein to enhance muscles and reduce appetite. I still ate junk foods but not much.

    Monitoring my own self progress
    1) Day 1 - Though i have been working out and active regularly but this routine was new to me. Found it very challenging and exhausted me a lot, and i know it would give me maximum results in the coming days, if i am at it. With time i would master this routine hopefully.     I am doing this form now, and also I am doing her 30 min full body workout in the morning and evening I am doing this with 20 min of skipping. My weight is 74, but after 30 min workout my weight is 72. Let's make ourself as we want.

    Love that you are true to yourself and your body. Too many people just trying to get all buff and muscular. I like the fact that you are lean and happy with the way you are and aren't trying to grow huge glutes just because everyone is. Respect. P. S.     Tracking my process:
    Day 1: I could clearly see Buddha when I did this workout after 14 days off after Lunar New Year
