Ok so i have been doing this workout for almost 18 days by now... So here are some tips and points: 1. So, IT DEFINITELY WORKS ,ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS TO BE PATIENT . 2. I can already see side lines of my abs 3.also i had a sort of diet,not actually diet . I just didn't ate rice, and lessen the amount of my eating and yes i had cheat meals in between 4. It will be better if you do the workout in early morning or before eating breakfast . 5. If you feel hungry then drink water rather than eating something 6. Have a walk randomly And yeah thats all and i am going to continue my workout. And if you think that you will get results i n a week then YOU ARE WRONG no exercise and diet works that fast . You have to be patient about it. If any exercise or diet works that fast then it will not just make you slim but also you will become weak and unhealthy. Starting line: 133lbs Finish line: 120lbs + Slim legs+ abs Height 5'3 1/2 (Only diet i have is eating things with no lactose and more water intake, less midnight snacks) Day1: difficult at first, very painful for my thighs.✅ Day2: still difficult but got farther without stopping too much.✅ Day3: it was still tiring to do but it had gotten easier.✅ Day4: i was going to take a break for day 4 but decided against it. I could go a bit more faster today with almost no trouble at all, for the abs im already seeing results as my upper abs are getting harder😁.✅ Day5: I almost forgot to do them, but remembered just in time. Is way easier now, i just have more than my abs hurting. I got my neck muscles working too😂✅ Day6: fewf.... Almost forgot again till i saw the clock😂✅ Day7: rest day+weight in (124lbs) seeing myself the results i have makes me not want to stop the exercise, but since ive done it for more than 6 days no rest, day 7 will have to be, i just wont eat at night today😭. I can tell my legs are getting it slims since i put on a skinny jean and it wasnt so hard to put it on today. My abs already had the mark but is forming. Is amazing. ✅ Day8: only my regular full day dance😂✅ cause that's what i do with excersise. Day9: so i dont think breaks are good😂 it started to hurt a littlee👀 no more break guys, full weeks ✅ Day10:today i write before i start😂 this is gonna be fire, physically and mentally amazing and tiring. So im finished my legs feel like noodles😂🔥✅ Day11: wow, ive been doing this for a little time and still keep going, im surprising myself😂✅ Day12: ✅ Day13: im so forgetting to update, but i keep doing it, some pants are actually fitting me less tight in my thighs😁😀✅ Day14: weight in + just dance (125lbs) Day15+16: sunday i was really busy and then my allergy pills knocked me out, but ive been keeping up with my dances since i havent done these specific exercises, i am hoping today i do them😭❤️❤️✅ 126lbs, i see progress in my thighs and my love handles are slowly disappearing, i am very happy with my results so far Day17+18 so my right upper buttock started having some real bad pain and unfortunately ive had to slow down my exercise at the moment, so for now ill keep you guys updated on my condition😅☹️. Day19: they pain is less now, still hurts but less than yesterday Day20+21: pain almost gone, probably back for the 22nd day Day 22+23: pain is gone and im moving to arms exercise for a week afterwards i will go to only legs then only stomach and then Full body. Weigh 130lbs😭 still good since i was able to accomplish a lot in little time, my legs did get skinnier so for me this exercise was the best ive seen so far in youtube. Guys this workout is bomb!it works, exactly what I needed remember to be consistent and I increased the intensity as time passed from 45 seconds to 1 minute taking 5 seconds of break

Hey Emi, I like this workout cause it rotates thigh & Abs exercises in the point that I can hold up no more. The rotation really helps me to keep on doing this workout! However I gave up doing the last squat hold every time cause I really can hold no more lols! Thanks for creating so much contents for us!
i never commented on a video on youtube before, but Emi, this workout is by far the best one I have ever tried. I love that you alternate between muscle groups constantly. Just when I think I cant work my legs more, the abs exercise come in between and just when I cant do more abs, you bring in some legs... This keeps me going and I do not give up till the end! I love it!
I’ve been trying multiple work out routines so let’s try this one out. Emi loved, thank you, I’m such a huge fan ❤️. Day 1: I felt the burn, though I’ve been working out days before so it wasn’t as bad.🙂❤️ Day 2: My stomach and thighs were just a bit sore, but I still pushed through.👍🏾👏🏾❤️ Day 3: I’m seeing a really good difference, all my hanging fat is starting to disappear, it is becoming easier😄 Day 4: My leg lifts are definitely easier, I remember I could barely do one, my stomach is getting way smaller, progress is being done. Day 5: Sore stomach, still pushing through. Don’t know if I’m going crazy but I’m seeing a line going down the middle of my stomach. Day 6: Same as yesterday, keep pushing through. Day 7: A huge difference since day one❤️😀👏🏾
Absolutely my fav workout from RUclips so far! There is pause between each exercise and get cheered up by Emi all along which makes the workout less painful:p! Thank you Emi! Feedback after 3months (from 53.7kg - 48kg) by doing this exercise 2/3 times per week and I can see the 11 line so easily now! It is just a matter of time, be patient and keep working hard!

Jesus. I'm so weak that I kept pausing throughout the video and almost gave up during the side plank but screw it, no pain no gain. Though I never cussed so much in one workout session until I did this. Thank you for not putting in burpees or I would have ditched it first thing.

Like to remind me to do it👍 I NEED MOTIVATION Day1- i got most of them done except for the last two because I'm not good with planks so i gave up. (Sorry its been forever since i worked out) Some of the planks i had to have two extra stop for 2 sec because im struggling to do it. Day2- In the morning i felt refreshed in the morning when i woke up. I skipped the the plank jump because we dont need others to no we are doing exercises in the house and i dont see any difference in my body. My diet isn't strict i just dont eat past 8pm maybe a snack but then thats it Day 3- Didn't do any because im too tired from work Day 4- I ate nourishments so i didn't do it but i'll do a few tomorrow

Day1: difficult at first, very painful for my thighs.✅
Day2: still difficult but got farther without stopping too much.✅
Day3: it was still tiring to do but it had gotten easier.✅
Day4: i was going to take a break for day 4 but decided against it. I could go a bit more faster today with almost no trouble at all, for the abs im already seeing results as my upper abs are getting harder😁.✅
Day5: I almost forgot to do them, but remembered just in time. Is way easier now, i just have more than my abs hurting. I got my neck muscles working too😂✅
Day6: fewf.... Almost forgot again till i saw the clock😂✅
Day7: rest day+weight in (124lbs) seeing myself the results i have makes me not want to stop the exercise, but since ive done it for more than 6 days no rest, day 7 will have to be, i just wont eat at night today😭. I can tell my legs are getting it slims since i put on a skinny jean and it wasnt so hard to put it on today. My abs already had the mark but is forming. Is amazing. ✅
Day8: only my regular full day dance😂✅ cause that's what i do with excersise.
Day9: so i dont think breaks are good😂 it started to hurt a littlee👀 no more break guys, full weeks ✅
Day10:today i write before i start😂 this is gonna be fire, physically and mentally amazing and tiring. So im finished my legs feel like noodles😂🔥✅
Day11: wow, ive been doing this for a little time and still keep going, im surprising myself😂✅
Day12: ✅
Day13: im so forgetting to update, but i keep doing it, some pants are actually fitting me less tight in my thighs😁😀✅
Day14: weight in + just dance (125lbs)
Day15+16: sunday i was really busy and then my allergy pills knocked me out, but ive been keeping up with my dances since i havent done these specific exercises, i am hoping today i do them😭❤️❤️✅
126lbs, i see progress in my thighs and my love handles are slowly disappearing, i am very happy with my results so far
Day17+18 so my right upper buttock started having some real bad pain and unfortunately ive had to slow down my exercise at the moment, so for now ill keep you guys updated on my condition😅☹️.
Day19: they pain is less now, still hurts but less than yesterday
Day20+21: pain almost gone, probably back for the 22nd day
Day 22+23: pain is gone and im moving to arms exercise for a week afterwards i will go to only legs then only stomach and then Full body.
Weigh 130lbs😭 still good since i was able to accomplish a lot in little time, my legs did get skinnier so for me this exercise was the best ive seen so far in youtube.

This workout is amazing!! I can see the results. The burn gradually gets better since I’ve been doing it every day and I and so pleased with the results so far would totally recommend to anyone trying to tone up.

Hey Emi, I like this workout cause it rotates thigh & Abs exercises in the point that I can hold up no more. The rotation really helps me to keep on doing this workout! However I gave up doing the last squat hold every time cause I really can hold no more lols! Thanks for creating so much contents for us!
i never commented on a video on youtube before, but Emi, this workout is by far the best one I have ever tried. I love that you alternate between muscle groups constantly. Just when I think I cant work my legs more, the abs exercise come in between and just when I cant do more abs, you bring in some legs... This keeps me going and I do not give up till the end! I love it!

Day 3: I’m seeing a really good difference, all my hanging fat is starting to disappear, it is becoming easier😄
Day 4: My leg lifts are definitely easier, I remember I could barely do one, my stomach is getting way smaller, progress is being done.
Day 5: Sore stomach, still pushing through. Don’t know if I’m going crazy but I’m seeing a line going down the middle of my stomach.
Day 6: Same as yesterday, keep pushing through.

Feedback after 3months (from 53.7kg - 48kg) by doing this exercise 2/3 times per week and I can see the 11 line so easily now! It is just a matter of time, be patient and keep working hard!

Day 1 :- it was quite easy but i literally cried on the plank hold i feel light thou doing some breathing exercises might help reduce the pain/shaky legs.

Day1- i got most of them done except for the last two because I'm not good with planks so i gave up. (Sorry its been forever since i worked out) Some of the planks i had to have two extra stop for 2 sec because im struggling to do it.
Day2- In the morning i felt refreshed in the morning when i woke up. I skipped the the plank jump because we dont need others to no we are doing exercises in the house and i dont see any difference in my body. My diet isn't strict i just dont eat past 8pm maybe a snack but then thats it
Day 3- Didn't do any because im too tired from work
Day 4- I ate nourishments so i didn't do it but i'll do a few tomorrow
