So, it's another season where I only recognize three of the celebrities. I do have to say though, that sometimes it's the ones I don't know that I find myself really enjoying.

This is the take we need to see all the time. Just because you don’t know someone doesn’t mean NOBODY knows them. They are known enough to be public figures.

@@jbdloucks Exactly. They don't need to have everyone know who every celebrity is (I think I know four). They want people from different areas (sports, music, TV, movies, etc) as well as different eras. And I always think it's interesting to see who turns out to be good - it's often someone you'd never expect.

I was really hoping to see Parvati Shallow this season. Parvati against Phaedra would have been iconic, especially since they competed against each other on The Traitors earlier this year.

Tommy is still the oldest ever semifinalist and the only guy he didn’t outlast that season was eventual champion and current host Alfonso! I didn’t know anything about Xochitl Gomez last year but she quickly became one of my faves! Same with winners like Jordan Fisher, Rashad Jennings, Meryl Davis and J.R. Martinez! It’s so much fun learning about them!

Not every older contestant is going to be bad. Last year, everyone was all “poor Peta” when she was paired with Barry Williams but he ended up being better than expected!
@@ifeelpretty5790 Easy for you to say. Every single female pro has won a Mirror Ball, INCLUDING Peta (except Rylee, who still has all the time in the world). Britt is the only one yet to win and it's looking like she might be first out AGAIN. She was first out in S30. People keep saying celebs request pros, how do you expect celebs to request Britt or for her social media presence to grow when the show keeps saddling her with these contestants? Let's not act like we don't know what's going on but making excuses like "but Barry and Peta". I don't care about Barry and Peta, I care about BRITT.

Why does the number of contestants keep getting lower ☹️
The shortest amount of celebrities they done was 6 and this was back in season 1, and they haven't done a 13 contestant season since season 27
@@michaelvega6646 Yep 13 is usually the average number of couples we get every season, we were incredibly privileged with 14-16 couples in the last few seasons but 13 is pretty normal! There were initially only going to be 10 couples with a possible 11th but they managed to get a 12th going into the official announcement and then at the very last second they got a 13th in Jenn Tran after her terrible ending on The Bachelorette.

Interesting season I know these celebrities, seeing Dwight Howard compete is something and he'll be the 6th laker player to compete. For Anna I see her as another controversial star like Sean Spicer and Carol Baskin. And having two bachelor nation stars compete the same season is something and especially since they used to date. Chandler will be another disney channel kid to compete, for Ilona she'll be the first rugby player to compete and for them to cast a rugby player is cool and this is more common in the versions in other countries, since rugby is popular in those countries. Stephen will be the first male gymnast. Tori will join Ian ziering, Brian Austin Green for competing. Eric roberts played the evil adult Danny phantom in Danny phantom. Reginald veljohnson played the cop in die hard who radios John through out the movie. I'll give these people a chance and I know you're already picking favorites, I don't do early predictions but I'm predicting that Anna could get an early elimination and when she gets eliminated they'll put her back in house arrest

Only recognize 3 people : Reginald Vel Johnson {from "Family Matters" TV show my kids watched in the 1990s},😊 Tori Spelling and Danny Amendola from my old fav NFL team New England Patriots {when Tom Brady was there}.😊 There's been a LONG list of NFL players that have done DWTS--Emmitt Smith, Jerry Rice, Donald Driver, Kurt Warner etc. NFL players seem to have done well over the years. Have NO idea who those other people are this time around.🤔🤷♀

You could be listening to reggae and rap wifhout fully knowing the differences between the two genres of music. Because God knows what in the disco is happening around here when he knows Satan be looking for his shoulder and pretend like the angels, demons, and ghosts have already solved most of his problems when deep down they knew they haven't just yet.

How did Anna Delvey scam her way into this season
I just have only one question. Will Peta Murgatoryd be on this season? I have been a big fan of hers. I am also very excited for the start of the new season.
She is not a pro on this season! But she might be on the troupe so you could potentially see her in intro dances and random dances throughout the season if she is on Set
She said it's too soon since the birth of her child.
She was approached for this season but she turned it down; she recently had her third baby just a little more than a year after having her second baby so it’s totally understandable that she wants to sit this one out, three kids is a lot! She was actually pregnant with her first and third kids while competing on DWTS 😂
Hmm I don’t really know anyone well this season. I just know that Joey is the current Bachelor but that’s really it
