Type of voice she didn't have the range that even this girl had every song she did was horrifically loud and just pushed to the limit but she. Couldn't sing normal and really she only got the accolades that she got because her mother what's Sissy Houston her aunt was Dionne Warwick? And she comes from a famous family of singers. If she would have never been with those people and just a regular girl on the street she would have never ever made anything of herself because she didn't really. Have. Arranged? Of voice? That many female singers. Have? She couldn't sing anywhere near as well as Karen Carpenter or Dusty Springfield or Celine Dion or many of the other women that were actually spectacular singers.
There isn't many singers that can give me goosebumps listening to a song and that little 12 year, Maia, old did it. I sure hope that once she hits puberty her voice doesn't totally change. The other little girl, Belinda, was really good too. For such a small little girl she has a good voice.
Shes a tower of strenght but shes 15 not 12. But shes got talent shes still got a powerful voice but no one is going to be better tgan Whitney, Christina, or Bette midler.

Could be the Welsh accent which I found wasn't a good fit for that song. She also needs training in stage presence and the way she moves her arms. So there's a lot to work on there. I must say Tia singing Whitney's song was fantastic. To be an unexpected audition was awesome. A 12 year singing like that. I hope that she gets a recording contract.

Fabulous talent, magnificent voices each and every one of them. Yet strangely, Whitney Houston shone even more brightly and eclipsed all of them! No slight against any one of these singers - they all made me gasp and my heart tremble with joy. Belinda Davids certainly had the edge with the more mature voice, she was channelling Whitney more closely. Then the 11 year old singer pulled at all my heart strings and tears rolled and rolled. Oh Whitney .. why did you have to leave us so soon! ❤🎉❤🎉🎉❤
