Personally I would have told him to sod off, stuck two fingers up then walked off as soon as he introduced the topic. This is something that she is obviously struggling with IN PRIVATE and as a personal issue it should be off limits. She didn't trawl the sewers for the skeletons from his closet. 🤬🏴
She handled it like an entitled, spoiled bitch. Fans like to know celebs exercise and diet plans and copy them. I did this all the time with Arnold, Van Damme and others. When you look great in a film it is reasonable and expected to be asked about it. Nothing about his questions were overly offensive. Unless you're an entitled brat.
Cruise was wrong then and he’s wrong now. The man’s job is to ask questions, and Tom knew there was a possibility of uncomfortable topics. That comes with the territory of being a celebrity. Cruise couldn’t handle that he had been relatively scandal free until that point, and it ended up being his personal life. Unfortunate. But fair game. To directly respond to Cruise’s comment: it doesn’t matter that it’s just the two of you in a room. It doesn’t even matter if Peter really was the only one who wanted to ask those questions. Peters job is to ask the questions and Tom’s is to answer them. Peter asked and Tom answered, albeit with a non answer. Tom Cruise doesn’t need you to defend him. And he never did. He has the entire church of Scientology and their ill-gotten fortune to do that for him.

What a way to phrase it.
He might be insane, but I can’t fault the man his boundaries.
@@JM_Solo and it was non of anyone's business besides Cruz and his family. Why ask questions like that in the first place?
@@JM_SoloEveryone has the right to refuse to answer personal questions that they feel uncomfortable with answering.
@@JM_Solo 'Tell me the details of your co-parenting' is NOT a public-interest question and if you think otherwise then I think you're basically a parasite.
“ are you trying to fit into a catsuit?” 😂
Ramsey with the “keep it rolling for legal reasons” is balling af haha
That man's sole skillset involves putting out the best food and when challenged; you must have a better reason than I suck at ordering food. He's not good at anything else other than making children.
@@incognito4267are you saying that well done steak is OK? It’s not, it’s a shit, stupid idiot order.
He put Joy Behar in her place. Loved it!😂
Can’t stand her or Whoopi Goldberg they both need to retire now.
@thejasonadamecomedyshow7646
They Should Cancel It!!😊
But u know they are shameless, right?
Fair question
and your moma is pussy grabber fans
Loved the Ellen takedown. She had it coming.
Someone had to do it. She had been making guests feel miserable for a LONG time!
They’re still people. I love that they set firm boundaries. I can’t imagine being publicly humiliated for being a human being. The pressure and scrutiny they live with just to provide us entertainment is not cool. People forget no matter how famous they are, they still have feelings just the way we do, and they still make mistakes just like we do. They’re not immortal, they’re just people.
Lindsay should have just asked Letterman when he's due back on Epstein's Island
She'd be poped as soon as she leave the building
Or when he cheated on his wife
Hahahahahaha
why?
😅😅😅
“Are you trying to fit into a catsuit?” 😂 Anne Hathaway you legend.
I think a lot of women were actually interested in her regimen though so I didn't find his question offensive.
@@danielabryner3791 She already said she just work out and goes to the gym but the guy was still asking her for any particular workout.
This is pure comedy gold ...
Hell Yeah, 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
@danielabryner3791 yrah a lot of people are. So much so that that's all they would advertise to get views. She clearly didn't want to talk about it though and any interviewer could have seen that. He saw it and kept pushing and she decided to flip it on him. Class act
Not a Tom Cruise fan, but I gained some respect for him for how he handled that situation.
Not a Tom Cruise fan!? Do you not like bald eagles or Chuck Norris either? C'mon now. He's my favorite scientologist by far!
Hate him or love him, he's the definition of assertiveness...
I think what people get apprehensive about with Tom Cruise is that he comes across somewhat dangerous. And I agree, I too read him as a bit of a wildcard but if you look at it, what he does is only biting back when people don't show reasonable respect. I think he is a very important element in Hollywood to remind interviewers that they are interviewing a fellow human being and with that they must show common decency.
@@LetsRUclipsThanksI imagine he's plenty dangerous to the poor low rung scientologists that work as his slaves.
I agree with you. And he was scary assertive 😢
Robert Downey Jr has come a long way. They need to quit asking him about his past. What happened has happened and he’s now in a good place. Let him be. We love you RDJ. ❤
