i just did 25 standing abs exercises for 2x, 3 rounds, 6 exercises. Then 40 mins of aerobics exercise. My body is burning in pain and i love it! 💪💪😤😤I was 203lbs and now im 192lbs. I know i have a long journey. As an obese person we can do this!!!! 😤😤😤
great workout till the end. I looked for a standing abs routine as on the floor does not work for me right now physically. The "bonus" best excercise was not one i could do at present. would love if it could have ended with another standing maneuver. thanks
I keep coming back to this workout over and over again. Whatever my main workout is, I always add this one at the end as an extra boost for my core. The movements are so low-impact, yet very fuctional and easy to moderade and make harder if needed. I've done it hundreds of times already, and will surely come back hundreds more.
This is literally the only abs workout that I can do! I have back problems and everytime I try to do abs my back hurts so much and this workout it's the only one that made my abs work ! Thank you so much !!!!!

it was fun but for most of the exercises I didn't feel that it targeted my abs Not like floor exercises do.. it's fun to do when I can't lie down, but not instead

A really good beginner's workout. Good instruction and it goes by fast! I did it 2x for 3/5 times I did this. 2nd day--really sore lower back muscles, but I worked through it. My balance was much better by the end of the week, although still not great--I'm sure it will improve as the core gets stronger. I'm moving on to another one to advance the goal.

I taught fitness for 19 yrs then became and have been a LMT for 17 yrs. Was rear-ended yrs ago which left me with a weakened lower back into hamstrings. Very critical of many workouts available but this one is very good to safely strengthen my core. Thank you 🙏 😊

Luckily no one is here to see me do this with a saucepan instead of a weight because I'm that desperate. Shame the last move is on the floor though because I chose standing for a reason - to not have to crawl around on a cold, hard, dirty floor when I have no mat with me.

I LOVED this. I have bad knees and getting on the floor can be tricky. Great workout to keep working on my core without getting down on the floor. Moves I've never heard of before!

Thanks. Precisely what I needed. I don't mind the bonus crunch since unlike others it doesn't require banging the back of my head against the hard wooden floor. So really useful workout alternitive for crunches which are not so comfortable outside of the gym.

This is great for travel, home when you don't have much time, and maybe a quick office workout if you have a door.

Standing ab exercises are the best. My upper abs are so painful I can hardly breath. No pain no gain ladies. If you hate crunches, this is it.

The side plank on knees is not standing up (LIES) but I did still enjoy the workout thanks
