    This has to be a great workout for runners, strengthening the core but also working glutes, hip flexors, quads and hamstrings ... and all in just 10 minutes !

      Hi Bethany! I am a man, I saw this video because my grandma does this lesson regularly! I tried this lesson with her but it is just too hard! My grandma does the full lesson. She has those thick hard bricks in both her front stomach and in her side parts of stomach also. I feel very low and unconfident and don't know what to do 😔

    Hi.@Sugarfitness I had a doubt. I have heard from many sources that local fat burning is a myth. Then why are workouts for specific areas in most channels? I have placed this question because this is the first workout i came across today and since Sugar fitness is one of the most famous channels primarily based on fitness, I felt this is the right platform to place this question.

    I have significant scoliosis, so back-lying abdominal exercises give me back pain all day. This workout is an awesome way to keep my core strong without getting on the mat!

    Wow what an amazing idea of abs you bring and the best of it is that abs workout one of my best workout i love doing in my channel but when we talk about abs we talk about eaten healthy because if not eaten healthy it will be hard for you to get the abs you are looking for so let lean to eat well mostly what we cook 👩‍🍳 with that you will know what you are eating 🍽

    Love this workout and do it three times a week! Although it is not spot reducing in belly, I have lost two inches in middle so far. You are a great inspiration and this is great for someone like me with back problems. Thanks so much!

    i just did 25 standing abs exercises for 2x, 3 rounds, 6 exercises. Then 40 mins of aerobics exercise. My body is burning in pain and i love it! 💪💪😤😤I was 203lbs and now im 192lbs. I know i have a long journey. As an obese person we can do this!!!! 😤😤😤

    great workout till the end. I looked for a standing abs routine as on the floor does not work for me right now physically. The "bonus" best excercise was not one i could do at present. would love if it could have ended with another standing maneuver. thanks

    This is great for travel, home when you don't have much time, and maybe a quick office workout if you have a door.

    I keep coming back to this workout over and over again. Whatever my main workout is, I always add this one at the end as an extra boost for my core. The movements are so low-impact, yet very fuctional and easy to moderade and make harder if needed. I've done it hundreds of times already, and will surely come back hundreds more.

    This is literally the only abs workout that I can do! I have back problems and everytime I try to do abs my back hurts so much and this workout it's the only one that made my abs work ! Thank you so much !!!!!

    it was fun but for most of the exercises I didn't feel that it targeted my abs
    Not like floor exercises do.. it's fun to do when I can't lie down, but not instead

    Hey Anna have gained a lot after pregnancy... So worried right now... M taking healthy diet like no sugar, oil or refined food... 30 min brisk walk with this workout would help? I m so depressed

    Loved most of it. side plank crunch not a standing exercise, and I have mobility issues so that ruined it for me.

      A really good beginner's workout. Good instruction and it goes by fast! I did it 2x for 3/5 times I did this. 2nd day--really sore lower back muscles, but I worked through it. My balance was much better by the end of the week, although still not great--I'm sure it will improve as the core gets stronger. I'm moving on to another one to advance the goal.

    I taught fitness for 19 yrs then became and have been a LMT for 17 yrs. Was rear-ended yrs ago which left me with a weakened lower back into hamstrings. Very critical of many workouts available but this one is very good to safely strengthen my core. Thank you 🙏 😊

    Luckily no one is here to see me do this with a saucepan instead of a weight because I'm that desperate. Shame the last move is on the floor though because I chose standing for a reason - to not have to crawl around on a cold, hard, dirty floor when I have no mat with me.

    Standing ab exercises are the best. My upper abs are so painful I can hardly breath. No pain no gain ladies. If you hate crunches, this is it.

    I LOVED this. I have bad knees and getting on the floor can be tricky. Great workout to keep working on my core without getting down on the floor. Moves I've never heard of before!

    Hi Anna, thank you very much! Your abs workout are one of the best here... including those ones you do with your friend Katie and the other girls...I have been doing them for three weeks now and am not dissapointed!! Actually, it feels like a full body workout for me...oh and the sweating! Have you got any advice on what do, so that I dont work my glutes so much... because I dont want to lose muscle on that part of my body too much 🙈

    Thanks. Precisely what I needed. I don't mind the bonus crunch since unlike others it doesn't require banging the back of my head against the hard wooden floor. So really useful workout alternitive for crunches which are not so comfortable outside of the gym.

    i like when eachexercixe is times and threefore being done equally.10 each seem insufficient... feel likeim not really giving my best for each exercise....too short
